Heller und fröhlicher Charme umhüllt die Atmosphäre dieses kürzlich renovierten Badezimmers und der aktualisierten Wohnung. Alle Fliesenböden, aktualisierte Küche, WIFI in der Einheit. Brandneue Bäder und Farbe in der gesamten Wohnung Januar 2018.

Diese Einheit befindet sich in der 8. Etage und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat ein Strandgefühl, einen großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, einen Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer und WIFI in der Wohnung. Es gibt eine Königin im Hauptschlafzimmer, Zwillinge im Gästezimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Sweet family time in lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony has updated and comfy patio furniture, the kitchen is well stocked, and lots of towels! So thankful for the opportunity to spend time in such a beautiful setting!

Winter Vacation

The sunset view is spectacular. We love being able to be on the beach after a short elevator ride and walk. The location is perfect. The condo was satisfactory, needed a little TLC, after sending message to property manager, at end of our stay, she apologized and asked we contact sooner when staying in a property. She said she would have it all taken care of before next family. She was quick to respond and kind as could be.

Beautiful Marco

This is our 5th visit to Marco & as usual, it did not disappoint. Stayed at Seawinds before because it’s within walking distance to everything, however, we’ve not stayed in this unit. Unit was clean & well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, toaster & coffee maker. Plenty of beach gear & the rolling cooler was nice. Beach chairs could use replacing. Patio furniture was really nice & the sunsets amazing. We had a wonderful time & a great experience.

Outstanding

Condo was what I expected. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. It’s so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing I didn’t like were the window treatments. Hard to keep the sun from shining through the blinds. Maybe black out curtains instead. They would def fix the light coming through the blinds.

Dolphins playground

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed! The view is amazing from the balacony. Every morning and evening we could watch the dolphins flip around and out of the water. Highly recommend

Lovely spiritually refreshing time

I spent the majority of my time on the patio over looking the beautiful gulf and enjoying God’s creation. I brought a great book to read to refresh my soul in Jesus Christ my Savior. It was hard to pack up and go home. Thanking Jesus for the means to enjoy such a lovely place.

Seven days in paradise

This is our 2nd time renting this unit. It does not disappoint. We couldn't ask for a better location on Marco and the closeness to the beach. The pool was wonderful and never crowded. The sunsets were beautiful! Can't wait to plan our next trip down there.

The condo was clean, bright, and comfortable. However, I would call this a bare bones rental. There was no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no plastic wrap or tin foil. These are kitchen basics that are hard to buy in small quantities. It would have added to the convenience of this rental if they had been supplied. But, knowing this, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thanks

Location, location, location!

We were thrilled to spend a wonderful week right on the beautiful Marco Island south beach with the sand, sun, waves and sunsets. The grounds and pool were well kept, and the VRBO unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. It reminded us of a well-loved cottage with a familiar, homey feel. All we needed was available including an in-unit washer & dryer. A great place!

Sea winds

The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The view is absolutely gorgeous and unforgettable. Only complaint I have was the elevator was not working properly most of our 7 day stay. I don’t think that was acceptable. Most likely will not stay at this complex again. Climbing eight flights of stairs several times a day was exhausting.

what really needs to be fixed.

I been staying at the Sea Winds since the 1980 to the 90's. Loved the landscaping. Well kept I would say. Now one of the issues I ran into inside the apartment was the bathroom sink water flow. It was a very little out put of water. Another issue was in the kitchen closet where the laundry machines and a/c theres a rattleling noise every once in a while. Maybe its a water pressure in the pipes. Other than that nice condo and enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Perfect Love Marco Island

This property is exactly as it is advertised. The location is perfect right on the beach, balcony overlooking the most perfect water. Everything that is needed for the stay is there from kitchen supplies, towels and beach equipment. The place is big enough for 4 adults, not more than that. The master bathroom faucet had barely any water pressure Great experience! This condo’s location can not be beat! The sunsets were amazing, and being right in the beach is amazing. The inside of the condo was ok. but we really spent all our time outside! Definitely will be back to Marco! Nicki and Chantal were prompt answering our questions.

Perfect location for relaxation

This property is exactly as it is advertised. The location is perfect right on the beach, balcony overlooking the most perfect water. Everything that is needed for the stay is there from kitchen supplies, towels and beach equipment. The place is big enough for 4 adults, not more than that. The only reason I rated it a 4 is because I didn’t think it was perfectly clean, had to do my own cleaning a bit not too much. The place could use some cosmetic renovation. The master bathroom faucet had barely any water pressure and the air conditioner was making some noise. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat because it’s all about the location.
