Dies ist ein zweistöckiges Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 ½ Bad. Die Hauptebene dieser Villa bietet gemütliche Einrichtung und bietet viele komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten für Ihre Familie. Die Offenheit des Wohn- und Essbereiches bietet einen tollen Treffpunkt für Familie und Freunde. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich auf eine schöne Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und Gasgrill und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über schöne Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Haushaltsgeräte und den Komfort einer großen Waschmaschine und Trockner in der angrenzenden Waschküche.

Auf der zweiten Ebene haben Sie Ihre zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad direkt neben dem Flur. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett mit viel Kommode / Stauraum und einen Flachbild-TV. Vom Balkon des Hauptschlafzimmers genießen Sie Blick auf den Innenhof und den Poolbereich. Great location

We stay at Coligny Villas every time we come to Hilton Head. It was our first time in this unit. Love that it is tucked away in the corner. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was there was not a grill on the patio. There was a propane tank but grill was missing. We really enjoy cooking out while on vacation and that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Great location but needs tlc outside

We enjoyed the property and it was updated inside as photos show. It was also in a great location, near the beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants & shops. Super convenient! However, the floors were dirty & there was sand on the couches. I know its by the beach but it still needs to be cleaned in between guests. The outside of the building also doesn’t match the inside. There were awful caterpillar type bugs all over the entrance, the trees are overgrown so the very sticky bugs fell all over our car along with other tree droppings, making us need a car wash. And the outside of the building was so outdated; we could hardly open the sliding doors in the bedroom. The table & chairs in the back was also filthy. Lastly, the property management company emailed us to check in after 4:30pm. However, you need to check in by 5pm. We found out at check-in that you can check in earlier. The lady there said they didn’t say that in the email & I was wrong. It clearly stated that & we tried to make the best of the day instead of being able to check in.

The location was great in the complex and overall in distance to everything. Just a block away from shopping and restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The on-site pool was nice and well-maintained. Also close to our villa. We used the gas grill on our patio which required attention. Management came right over and got us up and running for cooking out that same night. We would definitely recommend Coligny Villa 1 and hope to return.

Great corner property

This condo/villa was #1, on the corner, which was nice. The kitchen area is small, not room for much more than one person to be cooking at once. Some bar stools would be nice to have for extra seating. The villa was very nicely decorated. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom needs replaced, it is very hard to open/close and gets off the track. The walk to the beach was about a half mile, a little longer than I would have liked while having to carry beach chairs and everything. Location other than that was great, walking distance to grocery, shops and several restaurants.

Great condo in a perfect location

Condo was clean, very cozy. Love the layout, my son’s room across the hall from Master. Good size , clean pool was steps away. Quiet off the street location. 10 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to coffee shops, grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

The condo was not clean

The floor was full of sand, there was trash under the master bed, the closet reck was off the hing , the out side grill was not clean , the dishwasher put it brown stuff on the dishes , there were no kitchen trash bag., the patio was a mess and table . Had to clean it just to sit out side and wash by hand some dishes . I contact the office and was told would get back with us but we are home know and still no word from any one . The condo didn’t even smell clean .

Stressful week but nice rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 major issues! 1-the condo was not accessible at 4:00pm. We had picked up groceries on the way to pick up the key. There were several other guests in the same predicament. Pacing back & forth with carloads of vacationers! After waiting 1 1/2hrs & frozen food beginning to thaw, and complaining again they finally gave us the key. When we arrived, the condo had not been touched. The cleaning crew that showed up was very apologetic. #2 - I was told there was an issue with the dryer and a repair was scheduled for Monday. I called Tuesday to let them know them know no-one had shown up and was snarkly advised "It works". The heat setting was on low and could not be changed. No one called me back after promising to check on it. On Thurs, after I called back I was told a part needed to be ordered. It took 2hrs to dry a regular load of clothes. Even more painful keeping up with beach towels. I would rent this unit again but only through a different rental company. Nice décor, great location, well maintained pool.

The management company was easy to communicate with, the villa was clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated, the patio was private, the pool was warm and a 1 min walk from the villa, the beach was a 6 min walk away, and the location is perfect. You are a 5 min walk from anything you may need including the grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. Would 10/10 recommend this villa to anyone considering it.

Though the price continues to rise significantly we are going to be forced to look elsewhere if this continues,this is based in other sites and weeks . Also we've learned the cleaning service doesn't arrive until 230 or later. This is an inconvenience because we have ALWAYS had an early check-in time. We learned she arrived at 335 on July 10th. Not enough time for someone to get in by 4.

Nice property and location

The property was very nice and as pictured on the site. It was within walking distance of a lot a things to do: Coligny Plaza, the beach, and trails. When we arrived and went in right after the cleaning people had left, the floors were very dirty. Management did send someone to sweep and mop. Also, the ad says there is a gas grill which there is but only able to be used if you are one of the lucky ones that gets there after the person before you was there to fill the propane tank. We were going to grill the first day we got there and it was out of propane. When I called to see if we could get a full tank, I was told it was our responsiblity to fill it if we wanted to use it. Probably shouldn't list this in the amenities if it is not usable.
