Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Casita mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad liegt im Norden von Phoenix, 12 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Phoenix und dem Flughafen entfernt in einer lebhaften Gemeinde, die eine große Auswahl an lokalen Unternehmen, Restaurants und Cafés bietet.

Es ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Phoenix Mountain Preserve mit schönen Wanderwegen. Oder entspannen Sie sich einfach im rückzugsähnlichen Garten mit Pool, Spa, Labyrinth und mehreren Sitzbereichen.

Die Casita hat ihren eigenen kleinen privaten Außenbereich sowie den gemeinsamen Hinterhof.

Ausgestattet mit einer Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffee- / Teekocher

Spring training trip

we were very impressed with our stay. We felt very welcomed and the accommodations were excellent. we would return in a heart beat to this property. They even picked up subs we had ordered for us as they were near the sub shop. Charles and Fito were excellent hosts!

Spring Training

The property was centrally located for the activities we had planned for the long weekend of spring training baseball. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub at the end of the day and appreciated the seclusion provided by the owners. We will stay here again!

Little Slice of Heaven

Warm, comfortable and incredibly well equipped with access to a magnificent outdoor space. Welcoming, responsive hosts. Very accessible to freeways as well as fun neighborhood restaurants. Easy access to grocery stores. I WILL return!

Magical backyard ❤️

A great place to stay. Always a bit leery when you see such beautiful pictures on Vrbo, and wonder if they measure up and in this case it i did and all that and more! The indoors is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The outdoors/pool absolutely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The extra goodies, a special touch. We used the hot tub regularly and they were very accommodating. The host are wonderful. There is a very busy street on the backside of the property but they have done an excellent job in using the waterfalls in the pool to mask the noise. It absolutely was not a problem at all. If we come back to Phoenix, we will book it again!

Great Casita at a perfect location

This 2 bedroom casita was as great as advertised. The pool, waterfall, hot tub and plenty of room to lounge around. A huge grill for those who love to bbq. This casita is a must if you're coming to Phoenix. Your hosts Charles and Fito are the best!

An Oasis in the Desert

Charles and Fito were great hosts and were very accommodating. We really enjoyed the 8 nights we stayed at Casita Serena. It is an excellent choice for a home away from home. The pool area is like an Oasis and the Casita Serena is cozy. It has everything one would need for a get-away. It is located in a cul-de-sac within a nice community--the area made us feel safe as well. Restaurants and the mountains are very close to the property. We highly recommend Casita Serena.

Delightful Oasis

Casita Serena is a serene, peaceful and calming guesthouse. The beautifully decorated home has comfy beds, a cozy gas fireplace, luxurious towels/robes, delicious snacks and teas to welcome you, and the views are gorgeous! There is a pool/spa view from one bedroom and the living room, and a pretty patio view from the other bedroom. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, listening to the sounds of the waterfalls and the windchimes. Charles and Fito are wonderful hosts and they have a little slice of heaven in Phoenix!

Couldn't ask for more

The Casita was fabulous! we all enjoyed the pool area although the weather was cooler than normal we really enjoyed the hot tub, indoors there was everything we needed and more. The area is ideally suited for exploring the area around Phoenix and we hope to return in the future. Charles and Fito were friendly and helpful hosts who couln't do enough for us.We would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Golf and Baseball annual vacation

We arrived at the house and a cottage therewith connected. The cottage a nice two bedroom was our home for the week. Very clean and we had access to the outdoor grill, pool, Jacuzzi and sitting areas. Although Charles and Fito were not present for much of our stay their company was always welcome when the were. We had an enjoyable vacation and the cottage had much to do with that.

Wonderful stay at Casita Serena!

We spent an incredibly relaxing few days in Charles and Fito's casita. The space is even better than the photos, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the rain shower is luxurious, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space. They have thought of everything from the welcome snacks to the ice maker. One of our favorite VRBOs! Thank you!

Family visit

Casita Serena was the perfect place to stay during our visit with son who lives in Phoenix. The photos were exactly as shown. It is beautiful and serene. There are many attention to details throughout the casita and the surrounding pool area. The location is ideal. The Casita was extremely clean and delightful. Sweet little oasis

We loved absolutely everything about Casita Serena. All the little touches were excellent. The spa was amazing before and after our half marathon race weekend. Beds were so comfortable and the space was just beautiful. Would absolutely come again!

Comfortable & luxurious casita!

Sometimes the photos in listings are misleading, but in this case the reality is even better than the photos. Lovely casita with everything you might need for your stay including shampoo/conditioner, coffee/tea, towels, welcome snacks and bottled water. Comfortable beds and quiet, serene location. The hosts are gracious and welcoming. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

Home Away From Home

We couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location. Just a few blocks form family. The Casita was extremely private, cozy and wow what a beautiful set up. Every little detail was amazing. The host was charming and helpful. We will definitely look to stay again when we head to Phoenix.

Second time, still a charm

Second time here, both times for a girls visit, 7 days. Beautiful updates since last visit. Clean and Charming space with wonderful art to enjoy. Love that we can choose sun or shade with various seating options. Portable ice maker was great, used stainless mugs to preserve the ice in. Bar b queued two nights. Plush towels, 4 bathrobes provided. Various sundries provided in bathroom, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner. We left some 30 sunscreen behind. Don’t doubt that we will be back again, thanks guys!!

Hi..., Charles and Fito here. We have owned this property since 2002.. We built the guesthouse in 2007. We are entrepreneurs with several businesses. A crystal shop featuring art and jewelry from local artists and a real estate/property management company for residential sales, purchases or lease.

We love to cook, entertain, travel and play water volleyball in the summer!

We live in the main house and are excited to share the space with you. With that said.., this is a place where you can have as much privacy as you like! The Casita has it's own private entrance and courtyard. Plus it shares a resort-like backyard with pool and spa with multiple water features and areas to relax. There is also a 3-burner grill for those who want to create some of their meals onsite.

This is a vibrant community with many locally-owned businesses, shops and restaurants. Plus, it is a five minute walk to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve with many great hiking trails... some that climb over 2300ft. with others that are level and meandering.
