Diese 850 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für acht Personen und befindet sich im Herzen von River Run Village, sodass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und lokalen Festen entfernt sind. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass Sie nur drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt sind. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master. Der private Balkon bietet Blick auf den Innenhof und die Whirlpools, sodass Sie leicht sehen können, wann sie verfügbar sind.

Der Eingangsbereich bietet montierte Haken und eine Bank für Ihre Bequemlichkeit beim Kommen und Gehen im Laufe des Tages. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV über einem Gaskamin und ein großes Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Der private Balkon ist über den Wohnbereich zugänglich und bietet Blick auf den Innenhof und die Whirlpools. Sie können leicht sehen, wie voll die Whirlpools sind, bevor Sie die Treppe hinuntergehen.

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alle notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteile, um auch unterwegs eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Im Mai 2018 installierte der Hausbesitzer alle neuen Geräte. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für vier und es gibt zwei zusätzliche Plätze an der Frühstücksbar. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Einzelwaschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Alle Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination und eine Tür, die den Toilettenbereich für zusätzliche Privatsphäre trennt. Das Gästezimmer bietet Platz für vier Personen mit einem großen Etagenbett und einem Flachbildfernseher.

(Für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten sind Luftmatratzen auf Anfrage gegen eine geringe Gebühr erhältlich.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have four kids (6,8, 12, 15) and came loaded with gear. The rental fit us perfectly. We will more than likely try and rent the same unit again in 2026 due the close proximity to the Gondola and Pizza on the Run, Ha. We requested more key cards for my kids and they had a delivery option to drop off the keys. The door key cards are not made on site but at the key pickup location, which is also very close. Underground parking was convenient as well. With such a large family we did have to leave a few times to head into town and parking was easy.Our only suggestion is to replace the electrical receptacles because when you plug something in they tend to fall out due to their age. When you have multiple kids all with mobile devices being able to charge your devices is crucial. We hit Keystone with 16 family members and they all toured the unit at some point and I referred them to the Rental company and the great deal we got. Will rent from again.

Only one night.

We only stayed here one night on our way to another resort. However, if we were to ski Keystone for successive days, we would stay here for that purpose. Convenient location, underground parking, well appointed, comfortable. There is no stocked pantry so plan accordingly. The hinges on all the cabinets need to be replaced as they are failing.

Great amenities and unbeatable location in Keystone. Perfect size for 3 adults on a ski weekend. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and easy walk to lifts. Garage parking was a nice bonus. Highly recommend

Great mountain stay

Loved our time here. Little shops and food available. Also a river behind it my son fished. 1) need more elevators or faster ones 2) condos need more trash bags and towels 3) make all the hot tubs warm. There was one that was not and that area gets crowded.

The location is close to the gondola. We usually stay at the Springs in River Run, but with the expansion of condos there, that location is no longer desirable. I would stay here again. The only thing I would caution about this particular condo is the living area is very small. It sleeps 8, but I probably would not do more than 4-5

Wonderful Condo for Family Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Silver Mill 8159 was a wonderful condo for our family of 4. Elevators could be a bit slow, but the set of stairs directly next to unit made for super easy in and out, even in ski boots. Loved the 3 hot tubs, ski lockers, and underground parking. Very short walk to gondola, several restaurants and shops walking distance as well. We did have an issue with the smoke alarm going off every single time we opened the oven, which was a bit annoying. The layout is great for a family of 4 and we especially loved having 2 full bathrooms. We utilized the onsite laundry on the 4th and 5th floors, which was very convenient. Dont forget to bring your own detergent, as the dispensing machine was broken. This was our second time using SCMR, and we found the check in and out process very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Fireplaces don't work!!!

Initially, I wasn't upset because things do break from time to time and need to be repaired. However, our friends who were staying in the same building had the same issue in their condo as well!! The maintenance person told them it was a problem with the ventilation in the building that causes the fireplaces not work. I was totally bummed, as I wasn't planning on skiing and was looking forward to sitting by the fire. I specifically made sure we booked a condo with a fireplace. If the fireplace doesn't work and they know it doesn't work, it needs to be disclosed prior to booking and the rental website need to take fireplace off the list of amenities.

Maintenance problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property as described and a great location. However our fireplace didn't work for the duration of our stay. Maintenance couldn't get it working. Drain pipes were plugged in multiple units and had to be snaked. Water was turned off for 6 hours while work was done. When plumbing was fixed no one came back to clean the gross mess of sewage left behind in both tubs. I was expecting to be offered a different unit or a possible discount but nothing was offered. I understand when issues come up but I judge management on how they deal with the issues. For that reason I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit and the location of the unit. Literally one flight of steps away from being in the heart of the action. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Our family skied and tubed and it was the most convenient location we could have had. We meet a few other families there and all stayed at units in Silvermill. The river run village was also perfect. We could walk to dinner and had no issues getting in with a small wait (even with our group of 13). Our only complaint is that the fireplace does not work. We called the property management company for three days, then it was repaired. Unfortunately it immediately stopped working again on the first use. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but would have been more enjoyable. Overall we would stay here again.

Great location. Comfortable setting. Some aspects are showing wear (couch, bunk mattresses) and could be upgraded. VERY nice to be able to look out and see if hot tub busy or not. Kids had fun playing pool in lobby, too. It was snug and cozy for family of 5; (8 would be a squeeze). very convenient to village shops and ski slopes; we had a fun time.

We would stay here again simply due to the excellent location to the slopes! The convenience of not having to get on a bus or a shuttle or drive and park our own car was extraordinary 🙂 The condo itself was exactly as described. No real issues other than we got in very very late at night and the top bunk had not been made. So we had to scrounge around and climb up on a top bunk at midnight to make a bed 🙂 some of the extra blankets in the closets had stains on them and appeared to not have been washed... That was a slight turn off. The humidifiers were a wonderful touch to help with the altitude, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, fireplace was wonderful 🙂

Close to slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a decent sized unit for a family of 4 (2 teens). The bunk beds in guest room were perfect. The master bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are a couple maintenance issues such as a slightly askew cabinet door and oven drawer but overall the unit is in good shape. We had a plumbing issue with the master bath and the whole building boiler went on the fritz but the maintenance crew worked hard to get everything fixed as quickly as possible.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never saw the view that is showing in this photo. Location was great. The bunk beds were horrible, hard as a rock, hard to sleep on. So so maintained. Couch in living room not enough depth to sit on. I might recomend it. Love the village and the long walk on the river,
