Die Wohnung ist die gesamte Seehöhe eines 3-stöckigen A-Rahmens. Wir bieten einen sehr sauberen und vollständigen Aufenthalt für Ihren Kurzurlaub. Privater Eingang, Rampe, angrenzender gepflasterter Parkplatz, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 privates Bad, Kamin, Hochgeschwindigkeits-IP-Netzwerk, ROKU mit Live-TV über FUBO. Zugriff auf HULU, NETFLIX, PRIME und viele andere Optionen. Über 100 DVDs, eine kleine, aber komplette Küche mit Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Keureg-Kaffee und Weinkühler. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind privat, haben viele Laken und die Wohnung ist mit "Lake Life" -Dekor thematisiert. Genießen Sie den Whirlpool, den Propankamin im Freien oder machen Sie ein Lagerfeuer 3 Fuß vom Seeufer entfernt. Die überdachten Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien (Regen, Sturm usw.) machen es zu einem großartigen Ort, um die Außenterrasse bei widrigen Wetterbedingungen zu genießen.
Im Sommer stellen wir Kajaks, ein Ruderboot und ein Paddelboot zur Verfügung. Sie können schwimmen oder Ihr Boot mitbringen und an unserem Dock festmachen.
Ein Anruf ist obligatorisch, wenn Sie ein Motorboot mitbringen möchten.
Im Winter können Sie sich am Holzofen entspannen, den privaten Whirlpool genießen oder einfach nur entspannen. Wir haben auch einen Edelstahl-Grill in voller Größe für Ihre Grillbedürfnisse. Queen-Bett ist Standard, oder Full-Bett ist Memory Foam. Und in den Wintermonaten schenken wir Ihnen eine Flasche Wein gratis.
Die Wohnung ist privat und exklusiv, die Terrasse und der Whirlpool auch. Aber der Strand und die Docks werden gelegentlich mit der Familie und Freunden geteilt.

Der See ist eigentlich 3 Seen verbunden. Der Roesiger See hatte ursprünglich ein großes Holzeinschlagslager am Nordsee. Baumstämme wurden durch den flachen Mittelsee geschleudert und dann an unserem Haus am Südsee vorbei eine Reihe von Flüssen hinunter zum historischen Snohomish, 16 km entfernt.

Wenn Sie ein Boot mitbringen möchten, müssen Sie dies vorab genehmigen. In einem früheren Leben veranstalteten wir große Incentive-Reisen mit 300 Gästen. Wir bekommen, was Sie wollen und tun unser Bestes, um mehr als erwartet zu liefern. Unsere Wohnung ist sauber, privat und ziemlich komplett. 100 plus -5 Sterne Bewertungen. The property is amazing and super clean. The host is beyond amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I even plan to being my kids back in a month or two!

Stellar lake retreat

Tim and Jan’s place is private, clean, well stocked and comfortable! They had everything we needed and more for girls weekend. Kayaks and noodles for floating on the lake, a propane grill for late night dinners, comfy chairs for sunny lounging and more! Hosts were generous, kind and thorough with the intro of the home! We will definitely be back!

Perfect peaceful gataway

This was a an amazing lakefront getaway. Tim was great-showed us around and then left us to ourselves. Kayaks were very comfortable, the dock was so peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and it was perfect! Spent all day on the water catching fish from the kayaks, nice local dinner spots, even did night fishing. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful Lakeside Home

A beautiful property with warm accommodating hosts. This was our first time at this lake, even though we live about 15 miles away. This is a great place to stay with fun options to enjoy the lake, or just relax and take in the view, and bbq a nice dinner. We recommend this property highly. We already miss Macy the dog :).

Beautiful lake.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Lake Roesiger. The outdoor areas, hot tub, kayaks, and lake were such fun. The hosts had lots of extras and made the stay very enjoyable.

Lovely Lake Front Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing environment, and very picturesque. Hosts were easy to work with, and provided many extras for guests. They also provided equipment like kayaks, so we could explore the lake. The property is even prettier than the pictures. We would highly recommend it!

Great place in a great location!

Tim greeted us when we got there and showed us around this beautiful property right on the lake. He was wonderful. The extra touches like the baskets of snacks and s’more’s fixings made us feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the lounge chairs on the dock. So peaceful. We used his kayaks twice and had a wonderful time checking out the lake (they seemed almost brand new!). The hot tub was great. We hiked the trail that was off Lake Roesiger Park, which was only a 5-minute drive away! The only “bad” part, for me, is the place had a lot of Knick knacks that could’ve used a good dusting. But that’s easy to overlook due to the fact that the whole experience was amazing! Thank you so much, Tim!

Just what we were looking for

This place is perfect. It's clean, has all the amenities, and it's right on the lake. The lake is fantastic, the kayaks were great, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the evening. Tim and Janet were great and were there if we needed anything but you'd never know that they were right upstairs. We had plenty of privacy, and enjoyed just hanging out in the water, on the dock, and on the edge of the lake with the fire pit. 11/10 and I can't wait to go back!

Lakefront vacation

This three-story A frame sets right on the Lake and has an expansive dock with kyaks, a canoe, a paddleboat for four, and a variety of floaters. The Lake is perfect for fishing and swimming with temperatures into the low 80s during the summer. The property boasts beautiful blooming foliage throughout, generous lawns, a fountain, and a fire pit down by the Lake. Guests occupy the ground-floor apartment fronted by a generous patio, barbecue, and covered hot tub - all private. The host and hostess live above and are available as needed, but respectful of privacy as well. The views of both the Lake and grounds are breathtaking.

Beautiful

Really enjoyable stay! Beautiful and clean property with everything you could need. We baked cookies and made pancakes with food provided by the host. The host let my husband use his fishing equipment and they went out on the boat. He also helped me light a fire. Lots to do- really fun stay!

Rainy weekend escape

Loved watching the swallows feed at dusk. The crackling cedar in the wood stove brought a great sense of relaxation. We were welcomed and were shown around the property, Tim was a gracious host and we felt well taken care of. The owners provide a sense of home and comfort but give lots of privacy. Well worth the stay.

Wonderful quiet getaway for the holidays

This place was amazing! This Thanksgiving we decided to get away for a bit and found this place right on the border of the lake. It had a beautiful view, a lot of privacy, and a cozy atmosphere! We made use of the indoor fireplace and outdoor hot tub and enjoyed the cuew of the lake. We also brought our little doggy who had a blast running free around the yard and dock. It was an overall relaxing time and host was super communicative when we needed anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes quiet during the holidays. Thanks!

Girls Weekend away with Mom

Absolutely lovely place with so, so many thoughtful and included amenities. Tim and Jan were very present, active hosts and checked in with us regarding our stay and provided more coffee for the Keurig ( we are a devoted coffee bunch!) The included breakfast foods, fruits and beverages, such a plus! We didn't go out, yet the view was gorgeous. Thanks so much. Would love to come again and have recommended this place to friends. Lovely outdoor space

The apartment is decent and comfortable. The outdoor space is is gorgeous and very large. Eight days prior to our stay, the homeowner asked us to come over to meet and see the space. We asked if we may invite two guests to enjoy the outdoor space during a day, and he agreed as long as we promised no parties and not overnight. Two nights prior to our stay the homeowner sent a random message stating no guests. I reminded him of our prior conversation and asked him to clarify. Then I emerged from a shower to find several uncomfortable messages and a voicemail telling me about how others have trashed his place and bothered his neighbors. One more odd phone conversation and he said we didn't have to disinvite our guests... well, we stayed alone the entire time. I wish he would have simply said no and left it at that.

Another Great Weekend
