Untergeschoss - Großes Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, 9-Zoll-Shuffleboard, Sonos-Musiksystem, Minibar mit Kühlschrank und 82-Zoll-Fernseher. Es gibt auch einen kleineren Spielraum für Teenager / Kinder mit Mini-Bowling, Tischfußball, vier Arcade-Automaten mit 1000 Retro-Spielen. Es gibt auch einen Tisch für 6 Personen, ideal für Familienbrettspiele.

Fantastic Nantucket Getaway!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home in Nantucket, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house is charming, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The décor perfectly captures the Nantucket vibe, and the spacious rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor amenities were a highlight for our family. We spent countless hours enjoying the pristine pool and had so much fun playing bocce on the court. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and family fun. The location is also ideal—just a short drive from the beach and easy access to much of the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into making this home a perfect retreat for guests.

The house was just so beautiful everything from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the amazing pool and outdoor fire pit. My family came to enjoy and celebrate my daughter‘s 13th birthday and we could not have had a better experience.

Outstanding home on Nantucket

Awesome home! Grill area with bocce court and pool area outstanding! Not one complaint from us. Be sure to meet owner for tour when you arrive. He was always readily available for any questions. Short bike ride to town and only 1 mile from beach. Loved it all !!!

Amazing House, great host

Every detail of the house was exactly as described. The house is up to date and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is plenty of room and the basement arcade was a big hit for the kids. The host Joao was great, keeps the house in top shape and any questions we had were quickly answered. My family looks forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time! Thank you so much for hosting us. The house is immaculate. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the bocce ball court. The property is 5 mins from the airport and 15 mins to town. Everything is very close. The host was very responsive and helpful to any issues that we encountered! Outstanding house.

The house, and it’s owner are wonderful. The house is clean, new, and really well appointed. No detail is missing. The pool area is a show stopper. The game room and bocce ball court were hits for our family. The house is nestled closely behind another house, but the well defined landscaping/mature trees block most if any neighborly noise. We would absolutely stay again.

Nantucket Gem!

My 7 friends and I had the best time staying at this stunning house. Our time hanging out in the backyard, whether at the fire table, in the pool, or playing bocce ball, made the weekend! The location is very quiet and pretty easy to get to and from town via Uber or Lyft. Two friends went for morning runs to Nobadeer beach and really enjoyed the easy access. I hope to stay here again someday soon!

Nantucket GEM! A+++! Amazing time!

My wife and I and our older dog stayed for the week, with some family on the weekend, absolutely amazing property. Every detail was considered in this home and it was wonderful to stay in. Amazing game room, pool table, and entertainment for adults and kids, owner very helpful and responsive if needed during the week, beautiful quiet back yard with pool. Everything was incredible. Favorite place we've stayed yet on Nantucket.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We loved this home - Master on the first floor along with a fully loaded kitchen (we love to cook), 2 seating areas, 3 couches, many chairs, 2 baths on the first floor - great for entertaining. The outdoor grill area is great for cooks and large families. The pool area is large, plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying a quiet afternoon away from the beach. My grandchildren visited quite often and along with the pool, really enjoyed the use of the game rooms - video machines, pool table, large screened tv, etc. etc. Upstairs had two beautiful bedrooms with two baths. All decor was lovely. As always, for me, a treat was to have a fully stocked book case - loved the titles assuming guests have left along the way. Grandchildren near Surfside Beach and easily biked to our house safely. We needed nothing - trips to Meat and Fish each day, a few meals out and just a perfect escape! Thank you

Simply the best VRBO experience to date, among several. Beautiful home and property, perfectly appointed, with every detail considered. Setup to accommodate both visits to the beach, or relaxing around this perfectly laid out house. Would highly recommend this property.

Incredible Property

This was our second time staying here, and I doubt we would stay anywhere else. This house has everything, and it’s so thoughtfully laid out. For bad weather days there’s movies, arcade games, chess, checkers, bocce, and billiards. It’s a quick drive to all the beaches you’d want and the heated pool with fire pit next to it makes you never want to leave. It’s truly amazing and the owner is the best - super fast with texts or calls and really wants you to enjoy the time on the island

Fabulous!

Our family of 9 stayed at this wonderful home, ages ranging from 11 months to 75years old! The house was immaculate, very spacious and had amazing outdoor space. We enjoyed endless hours of swimming, hanging by the fire pit , outdoor dining and tons of movie watching and game playing. Surfside beach was a short bike ride away , as was our favorite food market. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Joao, he was very responsive, made check in and check out seemless and was available if needed the entire stay. I could tell Joao truly wanted us to enjoy his home and we did! Another wonderful vacation on Nantucket in the books!

The property was fantastic! All amenities were in excellent condition; and in the one or two circumstances where there was a minor issue Joao responded within minutes and was a pleasure to communicate with. We have rented via VRBO four or five times and while they were all very good experiences, this was by far the best.

Amazing house and rental experience!

I had such a great experience staying at Joao's beautiful home! I traveled with a group of friends and the house was perfect for our group. The house is spacious, uber clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. He had thought of everything a group would need! It has a great open layout for being together with a group. The pool and outdoors spaces are beautiful. From the house it's easy to get around to other parts of the island and a 10-15 minute drive into town, but we were happy to just spend time at the house. Joao was also an amazing host. He was very accommodating to guest preferences to make sure we had the experience we wanted. He also went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I can't say enough great things about this property, and hope to be back some time soon!

Terrific property! Spotless!!

The photos are 100% accurate and this house is a joy to stay in. Well appointed and easy to live in. Perfect for a family or up to three couples for a wonderful getaway. The pool is lovely and backyard bbq and bocce court make it great for easy indoor outdoor living. The game room was fun in case you get a rainy day. Joao was a pleasure to communicate with and was an excellent "host." We would absolutely stay here again and hope to next summer.
