Wir sind ein Ocean Front Condo Komplex auf der No Drive Abschnitt von New Smyrna Beach. Unsere Wohnung ist ein 2-2-2; zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und zwei herrliche Ausblicke. Eine der wenigen Einheiten in Point East mit herrlichem Meerblick von Süden und Norden. Ansichten von den Schlafzimmern, vom Balkon und vom vorderen Flur sind fantastisch; einer lebhaft und lebhaft, der andere ruhiger. Diese Einheit bietet Platz für 6 Personen. (1 König, 1 voll, 2 Zwillinge).
Genießen Sie einen privaten Balkon für den Morgenkaffee, während Sie den Sonnenaufgang genießen, oder genießen Sie einen Cocktail am Nachmittag im Schatten bei Meerblick. Voll ausgestattete Küche, viel Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und verschiedene Gegenstände, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und bequem zu machen. Es gibt WLAN und einen großen Flachbild-TV. Das Gerät wurde frisch gestrichen und aktualisiert.
Auf dem Gelände stehen private Aktivitätsräume für kleine Gruppenfunktionen zur Verfügung. (Karten, Treffen, gesellschaftliche Zusammenkünfte). Der Komplex bietet ein separates Kinderbecken, ein beheiztes Sportbecken, Shuffle Board, einen großen Gasgrill und eine offene Clubhaus Cabana, wo Sie den Meerblick vom Schatten genießen können. Das Clubhaus ist groß genug, um ein Familientreffen oder sogar eine Hochzeitsfeier zu buchen!
Wir sind nur wenige Schritte von einem neu renovierten Park mit Picknickplätzen, Racquetball, Basketball, Handballplätze und ein Spielplatz für Kinder.
Wir sind zu Fuß zu einem Supermarkt, Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc. Geschäfte und eine Eisdiele. In der Flagler Ave und der Innenstadt von Canal Street können Sie eine kurze Fahrt zu Dutzenden von gehobenen Restaurants und ungezwungenen Restaurants sowie zu Boutiquen und Wellnessanwendungen unternehmen. New Smyrna Beach wurde zur "besten kleinen Stadt für die Künste" und "beste Strandgemeinschaft" gewählt!
Außerdem sind wir nur 45 Minuten von Cape Canaveral und eine Stunde von Disney Themenparks und anderen Touristenattraktionen in Orlando entfernt.

Best Family Condo!

We will absolutely stay at this condo again! Can not beat the location. Going down to the beach was a breeze and the pool is great as well. The entire complex is well taken care of and the office manager was so friendly and very helpful. Everything you could possibly need when staying with kiddos is there. TVs have all the streaming networks, wifi, plenty of towels and hooks to hang them, plenty of storage drawers in both bedrooms, hangers in closets, a laundry basket, plates/utensils/cups/salt/pepper/seasonings/cleaning supplies/paper towels/toilet paper, even a beach closet with toys/chairs/umbrella! The pots and pans are in like new condition! There's nothing worse than renting a condo with pans that are clearly years past their prime, especially when your kiddos want scrambled eggs every morning. Appliances are in excellent condition. The only super picky negative is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades/curtains, but bring a sleep mask and you're good. The "kids room" is definitely darker than the master. All the beds are super comfortable! Long story short, the owners of this property have CLEARLY taken excellent care and take great pride in this condo. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

Perfect beach vacation

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, warm pool (even on a cool day), steps from ocean, spacious condo stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute beachy decor. Lots to see and do in the area even if you don’t want to visit the big parks. The host was super responsive. We highly recommend!!

Awesome property

This condo was probably the best condo we have rented. The unit was clean, updated, and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed how Point East wasn't huge and crowded. The unit had what we needed and then some. Communication was great. We want to go back already!

A Little Slice of Beach Heaven

We found this condo to be exactly as described and better. The location was perfect for us, and the amenities just right! Being a beach lover myself and living 3 miles from a NJ beach, I appreciated every aspect of being right on the beach. My grandkids loved both pools and the ocean! Amazing stay at the beach.

Place was very clean and very well kept up. We had a problem with the Internet, and the host was very quick to reply. The only thing I'd recommend is if you plan on doing laundry to plan on sourcing some quarters before you get there. The complex doesn't offer any way to get quarters, and the 7/11 across the street can only give you $2 in quarters, which will get you one load. Other then that it was perfect.

Wonderful Trip

The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen for the days we didn't want to eat out. There were coolers for packing a lunch and sand chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. There are plenty of things to do and plenty of restaurants around making it a great location. Easy access to the beach and supermarkets. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Holiday getaway on the water while visiting relatives

Lovely host! Kitchen super stocked! Location perfect for us. Pool and pavilion with tables and lots of chairs. I don’t love the sand, but I love the water so it was nice to sit on the pool deck with the water right there. LOVE the decor and the colors. It was like the sand and the oceab the way the walls were painted (not sure that was planned) nothing negative to say if I wanted to. Colleen our host even sent us a Happy Thanksgiving message which made us smile. You can tell they care about their home and their renters.

Fabulous 4th of July!

What a fabulous week we had! My son was home from the Navy and this vacation spot was perfect for us to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun with family and friends. Condo was very clean, and nicely decorated with coastal decor touches. Everything was quite comfy, with nice cool a/c after hot days at the beach. Great pool and community area as well. Visiting over July 4th was just amazing with fireworks right on the beach - wow!! Colleen was thorough about communicating all we needed to know, and easy to contact with any questions. Even left a thoughtful gift bag for us on arrival. 😊 Condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Loved it!!!

We have been staying at Point East for 12 years. Colleen's condo was the perfect fit for our family of 6. The multiple beds in the 2nd bedroom was just what we needed for our 4 kids. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our 12 days.

We have vacationed in New Smyrna Beach with our family for a decade and love the small beach town community, restaurants, shops and beautiful white sand beach it offers. Nothing better than New Smyrna Beach. It's the best kept secret outside of local counties. This property is perfect for our snow birds in the winter months and provides great family fun for all, the rest of the year.

While we are on the no drive beach, we are still close to Flagler Ave boutiques, shops, spas and restaurants. We are walking distance to C's Waffles, So Napa Restaurant and S'mores Ice Cream and Coffee shop.

A few steps on the beach to the south and you will find a quiet strip of beach, yet a few steps to the north and you will find Chase's on the Beach and a beach teeming with activity.

There are weekly activities calendars for seniors during winter months and the senior community has a great time together.

During the summer months, it is an ideal vacation for families with all the water activities you can imagine available nearby. Additionally, there is boat parking upon request.
