Dies ist eine Wohnung auf der 7. Etage im Oceanfront-Teil des preisgekrönten Sea Colony Resorts. Von Ihrem privaten Balkon genießen Sie eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Brandung, den Sand, den Pool und die Promenade.

Fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug und spazieren Sie am Pool vorbei zum Strand. In der Wohnung sind Sie hoch über allem, in einem luftigen und gut eingerichteten Bungalow mit Blick auf das Meer. Lehnen Sie sich einfach zurück und entspannen Sie sich auf dem Balkon und lauschen Sie den Wellen mit einer Margarita oder einem Glas Wein.

Die Küche wurde im März 2014 komplett renoviert. Der Umbau umfasste neue Granit-Theken, neue Schränke, eine neue Waschmaschine / Trockner, eine neue Mikrowelle und einen neuen Kühlschrank.

Sea Colony ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Resort, in dem Urlauber nicht nur den Strand, sondern auch zahlreiche Sportarten und Aktivitäten in einer sehr komfortablen und entspannten Umgebung genießen können. Es ist eine preisgekrönte Familienstrand- und Tennisgemeinschaft mit erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter 12 Pools (2 Innenpools), Rettungsschwimmer an Pools und Privatstrand, 34 Tennisplätze, Fitnesscenter, Aerobic- und Zoomba-Kurse, Wander- / Radwege und ein kostenloser Shuttle Bus, Kinderbecken und Kinderprogramme.

Sie haben vollen Zugang zu allen Freizeiteinrichtungen, zum nahe gelegenen Golf (Bärenfalle), zur Promenade, zu Restaurants, zum Outlet-Shopping, zu Fahrgeschäften und zu Spielhallen. Innerhalb des Resorts sind täglich Aktivitäten für Kinder und Familien geplant.

Bethany Beach ist eine gepflegte und ruhige Familienstadt, die ein idyllisches Strandurlaubserlebnis bietet. Es ist nur ein paar Quadratkilometer groß und bietet dennoch ein exzellentes, ungezwungenes und kreatives Fine Dining sowie alle typischen Strandgerichte in einer sehr zurückhaltenden Umgebung. Es gibt keine anderen Hochhäuser als Sea Colony und nördlich und südlich von Bethanien gibt es nur wilde Dünen und State Parks. Rehoboth Beach und Ocean City sind nur eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt, wenn Sie einen Film sehen, Gokarts fahren oder die Outlets besuchen möchten.

Enjoyed 5 days at the beach and other areas, we were lucky to have good weather. The condo was clean and well supplied. We walked in both directions and saw our area had the nicest beach. Perfect location and great condo accommodations.

This condo easily accommodated our family of five adults. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We especially liked the well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved our time at Bethany Beach. Despite the restrictions due to covid, this property had plenty of books to read and games to play while taking in the ocean views! Most restaurants in Bethany were open and offering takeout, so we also had some great food. We'll be back!

Great Girls Weekend

Property was perfect for a long girls weekend! The unit was clean very comfortable with great ocean views right from the private balcony. Convenient location

First time to Bethany Beach so it was nice to stay beachfront with access to indoor and outdoor pools so close as well. Kitchen amenities great. 3 bedrooms nice. Owner very responsive. Can’t say the same about Long and Foster- realtor or Vrbo for that matter but I’m sure we paid their fees for little or no service!

Love this Condo

We have rented this condo for five or six years and thoroughly enjoy it - it feels like home! Location is perfect and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The homeowners are great! Clean, bright property, communicative owner

We loved staying at Bill and Juliet's bright, clean condo for a few days. Despite windy weather conditions which precluded us from enjoying the beach, the sight of the ocean and beach from the living room and main BR was lovely. Having access to the indoor pools and a decent core of open restaurants and shops was all we needed to enjoy our time together. As noted, there were not many "basics" so definitely bring an extra roll of TP and cooking spray, aluminum foil, spices etc if you plan to cook. The Long and Foster crew was friendly and communicative, as was the Sea Colony Office folks (slightly inconvenient to have to stop by two places when we were ready to get out of the car!) But Bill was extremely responsive which was much appreciated. We would definitely rent this exact place again! The location can't be beat.

Very nice condo...

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great condo with a wonderful view. The large sectional is big and comfortable, and the unit looks just like it does in the photos. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are really nice. There's plenty of hot water and the water pressure is very good in the main shower. The AC works great (haven't found this to be the case at some other Sea Colony condos). The fridge has a great ice maker that pumps out lots of ice (no need for bagged ice). There are lots of kitchen utensils. We used the vacuum cleaner twice and it worked just fine. If I had any nitpicks, it would be to have a king bed in the master, but the existing bed is still comfortable overall. Would definitely come back here!

Cleanliness left much to be desired

There are ants, we found a Viagra pill under a mattress, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, one bedroom had walls so filthy we didn’t use it, the ironing board is disgusting and stained from its inception in 1950, and really I could go on and on. We set 6 brand new ant traps upon arrival and it didn't prevent me from twice finding an ant crawling on me. And no, it’s not because we are slobs that we had ants. The owners admitted a problem with ants when they were there June 18-21st.

Great Apartment but Parking Nightmare!

The apartment we rented was wonderful! It was clean, tastefully decorated and very convenient. We loved it! However, parking was terrible! I have a handicapped sticker due to a deteriorated hip and there was only ONE designated space which was filled with the same car for two weeks! I watched it. Our son had a parking permit, but there was absolutely NO space for him. The overflow lot was filled, so he got a nasty note threatening a ticket or tow. Did you expect him to put his car in his pocket? It is a shame for such a nice resort complex to have such a horrendous parking problem! We want to come back but not on the 4th of July again. It was very stressful!

Upon check-in at Long & Foster, we were told unit was not ready yet although it was late afternoon and to come back in about 2 hours. Returned at 6:20 pm and was told unit had still not been cleaned but L&F rep was obligated to turn the keys over anyway😖. Then she decided to call the cleaning lady just to verify and was told that the unit had already been cleaned but she hadn’t gotten around to update their tracking system. So first impression, not so good. On entering the condo, floors were dirty, we tried the vacuum - didn’t work very well. My poor grandson who is allergic to dogs, had several severe sneezing episodes during the week. We had to go out and buy new pillows. We should have been told if pets had been on the property. Overall unit was outdated and needs a proper cleaning.

Sea Colony Off Season

Sea Colony is a very well managed and controlled property. It is essentially self-contained with many resort amenities. Good access to beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Only problem with visiting late in the off-season, is that various contractors are making repairs and sprucing things up for the coming summer season. Sometime this may cause slight inconvenience within the property as well as noise. Otherwise you almost have the place to your self!

Nice Fall getaway

The location and convenience to the beach was the best thing about this unit. It was also very quiet but that might be do to so few people in the building this time of year. Living room furniture was a little worn and dated but beds were quite comfortable. Overall the unit was clean but bathrooms could use a deeper clean and the kitchen floor a good scrubbing. We also were caught off guard by annoying fruit flies that seemed to have infested the entire community! Fortunately they were not an issue out on the beach but seemed to be everywhere! Nevertheless, we enjoyed our mid-week getaway which included shopping the outlets and visiting Rehoboth and Lewes.

We stayed in similar units in Sea Colony many times ourselves and always loved the experience. Our vacations were guaranteed to be fun and effortless. The oceanfront buildings are of high quality, particularly well-maintained and very tasteful. The best words you could use to describe them might be 'quiet class'. They are very clean, clutter-free and continuously updated.

Everything we needed during our vacations could be found in Bethany or nearby Rehoboth. Just steps away are the beach, pools, tennis courts, gym, basketball courts, cafe, restaurants, drug store, and wine shop! It was so easy to accommodate everyone in our family. Activities ranged from rollerblading, surfing the waves, building sand castles, swimming in the pools and ocean, bicycling wide shouldered roads, playing tennis, walking or just sitting on the balcony reading a book or chatting with family and friends!

Just a few blocks walk to the boardwalk and main strip in Bethany, where the kids can enjoy the arcade, mini-golf, homemade fudge, water ice, pizza and so much more. There are also many wonderful restaurants in town, including southwestern style, BBQ, seafood, and more.

Of course it can rain when you're at the beach, and that's the time to jump in the car and head for Rehobeth Beach outlets, amusements, movies and dining. You can't beat this vacation!
