Willkommen in unserem komfortablen Zuhause in der Karibik! Der Discovery Point Club wurde mit dem 2018 Certificate of Excellence ausgezeichnet. Sie werden nicht durch diese fantastische Eigenschaft enttäuscht sein! DPC wird von TripAdvisor auf 7 MB regelmäßig an die Spitze von 37 Spezialimmobilien geführt.

Sie werden einen erholsamen Aufenthalt direkt am schönen Sandstrand von berühmten Seven Mile Beach Cayman zu genießen. Unsere abgeschirmten Terrasse ist auf zwei Seiten mit freiem Blick auf die Küste nach George Town geöffnet. Wir sind eine Geschichte vor dem Strand - Sie werden schnell und einfach Zugang zum Strand und die Privatsphäre und eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool haben.

Unsere komplett renovierte Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen und unterhaltsamen Urlaub.

Zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit eigenem Bad, bieten Privatsphäre und Komfort.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-Fernseher, Kalifornien Läden (mit Verdunklungsrollos) und einen kleinen Balkon. Ihr eigenes ist auch vor kurzem mit neuen Fliesen und einer ebenerdigen Dusche renoviert.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, die zu einem großen und bequemen King angeschlossen werden kann. Es hat auch einen Flachbild-Fernseher und ein neu renoviertes Bad mit einem Vollbad.

Die Wohnung hat auch eine in voller Größe Waschmaschine / Trockner - ideal für Familien.

Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granit, Fliesen backsplash und Schränke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - Mixer enthalten für Getränke am Strand! Der Kühlschrank hat einen Wasserfilter und Eismaschine.

Das Wohn- / Esszimmer ist hell mit vielen Fenstern mit einem spektakulären Blick auf den Strand und karibischen Ozean. Alle Möbel sind neu und hohe Qualität. Das Schlafsofa ist oben auf der Linie. Es gibt einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein Sound-Dock von Bose. DVD-Player und eine Auswahl an DVDs sind in der Suite. Wifi ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Die in abgeschirmten Balkon hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool, den Strand und den spektakulären Sonnenuntergang.

Reinigungsservice ist täglich außer Sonn- und Feiertagen.

Discovery Point hat das BEST ONSITE MANAGEMENT-Team am Seven Mile Beach. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft sind makellos. Genießen Sie den Pool, Whirlpool, großzügige Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und Reetdach Cabanas. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. 2 Tennisplätze, ein Basketballnetz, Grillmöglichkeiten und Tauchflaschen sind vor Ort.

Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung und Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Family vacation

This was a nice relaxing family spring break. Condo was well appointed. Beach was a little rocky, but all you had to do was walk a few steps to the next property. We will certainly be back.

Gorgeous place

We had a great vacation. Cardo is well-maintained with an outstanding view of the ocean. Lots of shaded places to sit on the beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My children and I had the most amazing time staying at this property! The place is huge, well stocked, with nice finishes and a beautiful aesthetic. There is daily cleaning which gives you the benefit of staying in a hotel while getting the space and privacy of staying in a condo. The unit directly overlooks the beach - the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Plenty of space in shaded areas and no need to get down at the crack of dawn to reserve a spot. There are always plenty of chairs available. The pool is warm which I loved (as did my kids!) and the ocean water is just amazing. It is rocky so bring water shoes but that also means great snorkeling:) Location is also amazing - just a few mins from shops, restaurants and tourist destinations. Everything was about a 5-10 min drive and very easy to get to. Our host was so kind and flexible when a global IT outage almost impacted our flight. We are all eager to return - cannot recommend this place enough!!

Unbelievable Experience

Every amazing review of this property doesn’t even come close. We just visited this late May, the last week before the rain was coming in. First, the unit was perfect for my older daughters and my husband and I. Spacious, SUPER clean (and I hate sleeping in hotels/rentals just for the sheets alone), and the air conditioning works so well it saved our lives a few times! This unit had everything you need and very close to Foster’s grocery store, which carries most of the food larger stores carry in the U.S. There is nothing like stepping out on the lanai to have coffee or dinner and watching the waves. The pool and ocean are steps away and offered privacy and freedom to swim and play all day. The ocean is beautiful and calm and you can snorkel in waist deep waters and see beautiful fish. The property managers and staff were extremely friendly and kind. Rent a car, if you are on the fence, do it. It’s intimidating if you haven’t driven in the left (and with a steering wheel in the right) and there are lots of roundabouts, but the slower traffic is accommodating and you can see so much. Or, you can never leave the property!!! I mean, this was paradise and the unit delivered as advertised!!!

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful time at Discovery Point Club #10. It was the perfect size for our family and had all you need to enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub right outside. The location is also very convenient to the grocery store, Turtle Centre and airport. Also, don't miss out on Heritage Kitchen if you can get there, it's a quick drive and worth it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Awesome!

The place looks just like the pictures! The area is fantastic. You are right on Seven Mile Beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with just about anything you need. The entire staff was great - especially Sue Ann. We normally stay at the hotels on SMB, but this was even better as you have a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook some days instead of going out. We met couples who come every year for years to Discovery Point! It is a must!

Perfect Set Up!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week, and it was a perfect place for us. The location on the beach was ideal. Just head for the cabanas and the beautiful water right outside. No crowds or challenges getting a good spot on the beach! The pool was awesome for lap swimming. Groceries and restaurants were all close by. The condo had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. The daily cleaning service and office staff were an added bonus. The screened back patio with the postcard worthy view was amazing. Our teenagers loved chilling in the chaises and we enjoyed several meals on the patio table. Highly recommend this condo as your home in Cayman paradise!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here during our kids spring break and had a wonderful time. We loved the location - outside the busy Georgetown/7 Mile Beach area but still close enough to get to those places easily. Only two minutes to a grocery store and the Cayman Yacht Club where we had chartered a catamaran one day (highly recommend doing this!). The property was clean and we really enjoyed that there is daily housekeeping and that clean beach towels were always available by the office. The screened in porch with incredible beach views was our favorite part of this unit. Our kids loved the beautiful beach, crystal clean water and the oceanfront pool. All of the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Cayman Islands.

We had a great vacation at Discovery Point Club. It’s right on 7 mile beach with an incredible view. West Bay is close to great restaurants and shopping yet away from the congestion in George Town. The condo had everything we needed and the staff is great.

Very clean, comfortable condo in a quite but accessible location on 7 mile beach. Owner was very responsive to questions and check in was a breeze. The beach here is wide and snorkeling is good just in front and to the north at Cemetery Beach. Kitchen was well appointed and even the knives were sharp! Fully recommend for smaller families.

Beautiful place, would absolutely go again. The condo is big and spotless. The view from the patio is breathtaking. You are right on the water and being the end unit and having it open on the side definitely is a perk. The beach directly in front is a bit rocky, but makes for good snorkling. We would just walk about 100 ft up the beach to go into the water. Perfect location because you are walking distance to 7 mile beach but without the crowd. The manager was wonderful, even left me a fruit basket and champagne for my birthday. I would absolutely go back here.
