We would love to stay here again

The place was very nice and close to all Disney parks. The pool area the kids liked better than when we stayed at Disney. It was clean and convenient We enjoyed our stay. The only negative we had was the air couldnt be turned down below 72 and at night we got a little warm. Overall this place was a great vacation rental.

Nice place & location

This was a nice place to stay. We really liked that it was gated. The management company was very easy to work with. We had an early flight and it was no problem to check in early. It was very close to all the Disney parks. Our daughter loved the water slides. We would definitely stay here again.

Really good value in excellent location

The property was in an excellent location within the complex with easy and quick access to the swimming pool, water play area, parking, reception and 15-20 minutes from Disney World. Also easy access to a wise range of restaurants open 24/7 aswell as a Walmart for supplies. Inside the property was comfortable and clean with the beds particularly cosy. Kitchen was easy to use with two good showers. We found this very good value for money to enjoy Disney without the overload of staying within Disney itself.

Nice property

My family and I enjoyed our week stay at this vacation rental. It looked just as advertised in the listing. The only thing I could recommend for improvement was the bedroom with the 2 twin beds did not have a ceiling fan. Maybe either have one installed or provide a mobile one for the guests. Other than that, this property was terrific. It was nice to have the pool and small water park at the property to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Stay

Very clean when we arrived. That's a huge deal for me. Enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was there was a problem with the dryer shutting off. Communication was fine and quick. Stuff happens and stuff breaks so not a huge deal. My only negative comment is that the unit could be better suited for small children as it's not really baby proof. other than that great rental unit and company.

Perfect location but beds uncomfortable

Everything was perfect ...... except the king beds. Terribly hard and uncomfortable. E want nothing more than a comfortable bed after a long day in the parks. Also shower head in master bath needs cleaning or replacing because it sprays out of the shower. Toilet in shared bathroom runs constantly. Otherwise with a few modifications we would stay here every time we come to Disney!

Family vacation.

The condo was in a great location, pool was nice but VERY crowded. My only issue with the condo itself was the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were exceptionally loud. My only issue with the rental company was for a full week stay they only provided one single use packet of dishwashing detergent, a partial roll of paper towels, and not enough toilet paper. Also, every other home I've ever rented had basics like salt and pepper. So if your staying here and want to do any cooking you have to purchase everything! Otherwise the layout is nice and it was clean.

Great Location and Amenities

The location of this property is fantastic. There is a Walmart and many shops/restaurants within a few miles. The pool and waterslide are large and weren't overly crowded. Our teens enjoyed the game room and we also took advantage of the private movie theater. The first floor condo unit is clean but dated. The beds are comfortable and there is ample closet space. No trouble pakirking and easy access to the pool/clubhouse. The kitchen has the minimal basics and they aren't great quality. We had to purchase a few basic kitchen items (pitcher, bowl with lid, usable bread knife) that we generally find in rental homes just to make it through the week. The beds are comfortable and there is ample closet space. Our overall experience was positive and the condo definitely meet our needs while traveling for a sports tournament.

Nice place, great location

The room was close to the pool which was very convenient. The location of the resort is close to everything you need. Our only dissatisfaction was with the pull out couch in the condo, everything else met our needs perfectly!

Upon arriving did not really get to the process of checking things in unit until later in day due to family gathering down in clearwater, but upon return found a few things wrong called to advise 800 number, guy on phone only really concern was a water leak we had with sink but did not want other issues advised to email them to let them know

This condo is so tastefully decorated, the bed was so comfortable, it was so close to the pool. The parks were close as well. I would FOR SURE stay here again, it was great!!

Great Place!

What a great place! We had reviewed several properties online prior to booking this place and it was definitely the right decision! Plenty of space for the four of us, simply but adequately stocked kitchen with the right amount and type of utensils and cooking equipment, plenty of bath and kitchen towels, very nice pool towels, etc. The pool was fabulous and the boys really enjoyed the water slides too! The unit was as described and check in was very easy. The location is very close to Disney and very easy to navigate to and from. A couple small issues, I'm not sure that the floors were vacuumed very well before our stay as there were bits of fluff on the carpet in the master bedroom, but it was a small amount and I just used the vacuum myself to clean it up. Second, there was a huge rain storm and water was pouring over the entry way to the building like a waterfall. We all got soaked. Third, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not work and the room got stuffy at night. I would stay here again!

Spring Break in Paradise

We had an excellent time while staying at the beautiful Windsor Hills resort. The gated community and professional security immediately gave a sense of safety. Check-in was extremely easy, except for a minor glitch with the given security code. But that was minor and the only hiccup during our stay. Our condo was approximately 50 yards from the spacious heated pool, hot tub, splash pad and water slide. Our two teens immediately made for the pool while we unpacked. As for the rental, WOW!! Often times, the pics are staged and fall well below the actual space. Not in this case!! The condo was beautiful! A large bedroom with a private bath, another large bedroom and then a smaller one with two single beds. The main bath was huge and well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessary items for meals - from cutlery to pots/pans and glasses - and was a great size. The living room was nicely decorated and came with a large flat screen (flat screens were also found in each bedroom, big plus there). There was also a Playstation for the kids, but even with the cool weather, they didn't even use it. Topping it off was our own private washer/dryer, also a big plus. We have already recommended this space to a number of friends and would most definitely book again, without question. A 10/10 for sure!!
