Herrlicher Panoramablick auf den Golf vom Hauptschlafzimmer, dem Wohnbereich und dem großen Balkon sowie der lustigen Stranddekoration mit Fliesen im gesamten Bereich machen diese achte Etage Eigentumswohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern zu einem Favoriten des Mieters.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche umfasst eine Eismaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Wäschebereich mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Zusätzliche Küchenausstattung macht es einfach, ein entspannendes Familienessen zuzubereiten oder Gäste mit einem Gourmet-Menü zu unterhalten. My only complaint was roaches. Lots of roaches. There were baby ones so I assume they have been there a while. Also there was a man who go onto some kids. I understand he needed to but he was loud and screamed at them. My granddaughter was in the same area as the ones he got onto and she got scared.

Absolutely loved the sliding glass doors allowing for an open air feel. Plenty of room for all of us. Clean and extremely convenient location and access to amenities. We didn't need much assistance after we got settled but everyone we spoke with from security to check in concierge was kind and helpful.

Just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to our other condo was ideal and we needed the three bedrooms. Overall, we were underwhelmed. The whole place seemed a little dirty. Not like the last cleaning service wasn’t adequate, but more like it needed a really deep clean. There was also mold or mildew on the master bedroom ceiling that I reported to Sea Chase. The ice maker also was broken and never filled up. I do love the new keyless entry! We have stayed in different condos at Sea Chase (west tower) over the past 20+ years, and I would probably pick a different one next year even if wasn’t on the same floor as our other condo.

We Will Be Back!

The view of the sunrises will start you day off the right way. The unit is comfortable, spacious, clean and bright. Location is great with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and all the area has to offer. The onsite staff is amazing. They respond quickly to all requests. The balcony furniture is exactly what you would want, sturdy and accommodates six. We would like to see a few upgrades/replacements. The area rug in the living area is coming apart. The fabric seats on the dining room chairs are in need of a cleaning or recovering. The cushions on the living area furniture are starting to loose their shape. Also hoping the window with the broken seal is replaced so that we can see that beautiful view from all the windows. All being said you will not be disappointed with this unit or Seachase.

There are views from every room in 801W but the views of beach and pool areas cannot be matched. Breathtaking.
