UPDATE: Habe gerade einen brandneuen Sundance Spa Whirlpool installiert!

Dies ist unser Familienferienhaus am Lake Winnipesaukee, nur 1,6 km vom Weirs Beach und 11 km vom Gunstock Mountain entfernt! Super Lage, die einen fantastischen Zugang zu allem bietet, was die Seenregion zu bieten hat!

Dies ist eine echte Blockhütte (von unseren kleinen Jungs treffend Winnipecabin genannt) mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, großem umzäunten Garten, Einzelgarage, Whirlpool und vielem mehr! Die Hütte befindet sich nur 500 Fuß (4. Haus die Straße hinauf) vom See entfernt in einer Sackgasse mit gemeinsamem Zugang (ca. 25 Fuß breit), um im Winter problemlos Kajak zu fahren, zu schwimmen, zu schwimmen oder Eisfische zu fangen!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit zwei Etagenbetten, einen Fernseher und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.

Der Hauptwohnbereich ist ein offenes Konzept mit Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnbereichen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen gemütlichen Gasherd und Kabelfernsehen.

Die Kabine hat eine große hintere Veranda, die sich über die Länge der Kabine erstreckt, und einen neuen Whirlpool für die kühleren Nächte, einen Gasgrill und Adirondack-Stühle zum Entspannen.

Der Garten ist eben und sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für Gartenspiele! Holen Sie Maisloch, Hufeisen, Kanjam, usw. und fühlen Sie sich frei, die Feuerstelle zu benutzen, wenn die Sonne niedrig wird und Eibischgelüste Ihre Partei schlagen!

Es gibt eine große Auffahrt mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und wir haben eine Einzelgarage, in der Sie Ihre Sachen während Ihres Besuchs unterbringen können.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, super nah an alles. Es gibt zu jeder Jahreszeit viel zu tun mit einem so guten Zugang zum See und zum Skifahren und allem, was die Region zu bieten hat!

Gathering of friends

This cabin in the suburbs was a great location for old friends to meet up in the middle of winter from all over New England. The check in process was easy, the place was clean and inviting, and the hot tub was just what we wanted. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen. It lists a bunk bed, but it was actually 2 fulls and a mattress in the closet.. which was fine for us. The lake is just a few houses away and I assume you have access (it was a very windy cold weekend, so we couldn’t enjoy that part). The neighborhood was quiet, but I’m sure that may not be the case in the summer, but the parking and privacy was good at the house.

Great trip to the cabin

Hosts were very responsive to all our questions and super helpful. The cabin was great, clean, had all the necessities we needed and the hot tub was great to come back to at night. Wish we had longer to enjoy all the things, would love to book the cabin again in the future!

Beautiful location and home

The property is small, but the house is gorgeous. If you’re looking for the log cabin experience, you found it here. It is close to the water there are kayaks to use. Also, it’s very close to all the excitement downtown! So many things to do we really couldn’t do them all in a few days we were there, but it would highly recommend the tiki boats. It was so much fun ask for Steve he’s a sweetie.

Great cozy cabin for a weekend at the lake!

Just like all the other reviews say. The house, location, check in and communication with the owners are all great. Particularly ideal is the late checkout. I have a family of 8 and getting packed up and out of a house by 9am-10am like a lot of properties want now a days is a major challenge sometimes. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a stay in Laconia.

Great for all group types and all seasons, read on...

We went in March for a ski / snowboard trip and chose this cabin due to the proximity to Gunstock Ski Area (11min drive). We very much wanted an outdoor hottub which this cabin has (fits 6). The hottub seemed brand, was very clean, modern and had great features like lights in the water and multiple jet settings. The hottub area is also in an area on the back deck that provides plenty of privacy. Also, there are lights along the roof line of the back deck area that were a nice touch once we found the remote to control them.. The cabin is beautiful on the inside. Downstairs you walk in to a dining room to your left, kitchen on your right, and living room straight ahead. The kitchen has many plates, glasses, silverware, and a corkscrew among other things included. There wasn't no dishwasher but we did not mind washing our own dishes. There are two bedrooms down the hall to the right past the kitchen which are good size each with lage enough beds for two. One room even had an additional fold out mattress in the closet that could work for one person. There was a heat zone thermostat in one of the rooms for that area. Another thermostat was next to the living room area. The living room has two couches. One was slightly larger than the other (think 3 couch cushions and 2 couch cushions). We noticed thr larger is actually a pull out bed as well if needed. Plenty if pillows and even blankets in the foot rest. The gas burning fire place in the living room was easy to use and kept us cozy as we watched a movie and played some card games. That's right, we found some games in the upstairs closet in the hallway. There are two full bathrooms with one on each floor so people can be showering at the same time if necessary. The upstairs bedroom is where we slept. I would consider it the master. In that bedroom is a large bed as well as a set of bunk beds. We actually noticed a cute area that was set aside with an additional small mattress perhaps suitable for a young child. There was a washer and dryer on the first floor for laundry as well. The WiFi worked great and the cabin comes with Netflix on the TV in the living room and master bedroom. You can login to other streaming services as well but be sure to log out when you're done. There are plenty of well written easy to follow instructions with pictures for how to use all of the features the cabin offers but the owner is also very responsive if anything should arise. Super close to the lake and hiking as well.

Great Family Friendly House Near Gunstock!

Our family of 6, including 4 kids (4-11), had an amazing time. Close to Gunstock with nearby access to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was super clean with nice amenities to keep the kiddos entertained! They were sad to leave. Looking forward to staying again the future!

The perfect getaway

I rented this cabin for my friends and I. We wanted a nice place to stay for a ski trip, and this cabin fit the bill! It was so cute and cozy. We were able to all hang out, play games and enjoy the hot tub. And the hosts were so accommodating! Would 100% stay here again!

Couples Weekend Away

We had a great weekend at "Winnipecabin" with our close friends and found it was the perfect place for relaxing! We took a short drive to Twin Barns Brewing to enjoy great drinks and live music. Cold nights made for perfect hot tub weather back at the house. Winnipecabin felt nice and comfy inside as well for watching movies and playing games in front of the nice stove! We are an adventurous family of 5 hailing from Connecticut. Native's of Nebraska and Boston, we met on Grand Cayman island in our early 20's and never looked back. Since then we've added a few kids and our awesome log cabin up at Lake Winnipesaukee that our boys named Winnipecabin.

Wendi spent many nights in her childhood up at Winnipesaukee and Bobby, being from the midwest, often visited the large lakes in the Ozarks and Table Rock. When it came time to find the perfect spot for our family to get away to we found it in Winnipecabin and especially considering the insane amount of activities the Lake Region has to offer!

I mean, it's a log cabin. There's something special and warm about a log home that we really wanted to have as a part of our family. Whether we walk up from a kayak at the cabin's water access or warm up by the fireplace or in the new Sundance Spa hot tub after skiing and snowboarding all day at Gunstock, the cabin is a cozy place to bring a family together.
