Great location and comfortable house

House looked just like the pictures! Very comfortable and quiet location and convenient to beach and ‘downtown’ DelrayBeach. The house was a perfect size for our family of three and we spent lots of time by the pool. The pool was a little dirty but I’m guessing it was because of frequent afternoon thunderstorms. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Awesome stay - again!

Not much more to say than we love this house and the mngmt company that takes care of it. So much so that we rented already for next year! See my previous review for more details about the property. Love it!

Great work from home week in Delray

We had a great week at the house when different family members could work remotely (great Wifi including outside). Relaxing by the pool and having water access made for a real vacation. Nice space at the house for everyone and helpful service manager who responded very quickly to any concerns. And easy to get to downtown Delray for dining and beach.

Great House with Great Location!

Close to shopping and great beaches. The house was exactly as described and clean upon our arrival. Appliances were nice but some instruction for use of stove top, microwave and oven would have been helpful.

Loved, loved loved it!

The home was very clean and well kept. It is a one story home with a seating area and TV when you enter with the master area to the right and the 3 guest rooms to the left seperated by the kitchen. The management company was excellent and very responsive (Igor is the best!). We gave them a list of the few things we needed and they were taken care of. The King bed master was perfect for my wife and me. The other 3 bedrooms all have queen beds and use one centrally located bathroom, there is also a half bath off of the laundry room. The view of the intercoastal is awesome and i worked a lot on my computer overlooking it. My only 2 recommendations to the owners are: 1) they should have a toaster oven (they have a toaster) as it was a shame to have to "fire up" the regular oven to cook certain foods when a toaster oven would have done the trick faster and less expensively. 2) You should have a DVR in the main room for your guests as often we need/want to record shows and watch them later. Not expensive and a usual amenity. Bottom line - without a doubt, i would rate it a 10 and happily go back (in fact, we have already booked it for next year)!

Great family vacation!

Home is just lovely and perfectly cleaned. All enjoyed the pool. Had one incident where the pool heater was not working. They immediately responded and kids were back in pool. Despite the cool weather, we all had a great time. Would definitely return!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Our view of the intercoastal was a favorite.

Overall experience was excellent. The house was great, management responsive to minor issues. We hope to return next year.

Good.

Nice and clean! Needs new mattress pads on the beds—not vinyl backed that make you sweat. Master bed needs a headboard and a new mattress if possible. Washing machine water temperature is really messed up. Excellent quiet neighborhood close to amenities by car. Pool is fun! Not enclosed with screens so can’t swim after dusk—mosquitoes.

beautiful home and setting, but it took a week to straighten out problems

The house is located in a beautiful setting in Tropic Isle. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Many residents walk to Trader Joe's ( 0.3 miles). We were told the home had a heated pool, fully equipped kitchen, TVs setup with DVD, internet TV. When we arrived on Friday February 1st we noted the pool was cold with no pool heater or motor running. Saturday morning I spoke to the man who was cleaning the pool and we both realized the motor that circulates and filters the water was broken. It frankly was rusted and ancient. The concierge arrived and agreed, but the motor could not be replaced till the afternoon of February 5th, and the pool did not heat up till the following afternoon. After that the pool was perfect. We did a laundry the 2nd day, but the clothes did not dry. The service man who fixed the problem said the dryer was pushed too far back kinking the vent hose. He said it was the third time he had to repair it! I put a sign up! We had issues with the TVs as there was no DVD player, no access to Netflix or other internet TV until the manager went out and purchased a DVD player and Roku devices. Then they worked fine! The kitchen was beautiful with great ovens and a stovetop from the future. Dinnerware was plentiful, but things like a water pitcher, measuring cups and spoons, and a large baking pan were lacking. The remote controls for the guest bedroom fans had to be repaired as they did not work. The property manager was very attentive and tried to repair all the problems as soon as they came up. I am happy overall with our stay and would return again. Anyone renting now will be the beneficiary of our initial problems. Since we were unable to enter the pool for the first 6 days of our 27 day stay, and specifically rented this home because of the pool we feel we should receive a refund for those days and our inconvenience. We would like to hear a response from HomeAway as we are returning customers and look forward to using HomeAway again. Yours truly, Joan and Arnold Konig

enjoyed stay

great location had fun walking to breakfast and shopping. some even walked to the beach. but enjoyed the quietness of the house too. the pool was great and the house worked well for our family . the only thing i would suggest is to pick up some pillows-blanket for the couch. the manager was very helpful and addressed any concerns we had quickly. just a short ride to atlantic ave . where we had a great time again and again. looking forward to going back.

The house is even nicer than the photos.

The house was just renovated and was beautiful. Perfect configuration for 7 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed breakfast by the pool most mornings. The living room was a great place to hang out as was the covered patio. All in all would recommend this house.
