Diese wunderschöne Penthouse Wohnung bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann! Das Hotel liegt auf der 28. Etage mit dem spektakulären Blick von Ihrem 30-Fuß-Balkon können Sie wirklich nehmen Sie all in.
Mit raumhohen Schiebetüren aus Glas im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer werden Sie unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge der weltweit schönsten Smaragd Strände zu genießen.
Unsere Lage ist nicht zu schlagen! Tidewater ist zu Fuß zu Pier Park, der mehr als eine Million Quadratmeter bietet. Die Fläche der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Fahrgeschäfte, Kinos, Konzerte etc. Was für eine perfekte Ausrede, um 5 Minuten dauern Fuß am Strand! Der Pier ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um ein wenig angeln.

Unsere Wohnung ist professionell gestaltet. Die große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, schöne Möbel und ein Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Das Master-Bad ist elegant als gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem sehr bequemen Schlafsofa, 2 Akzent Stühle, Couchtisch, Beistelltische, Entertainment-Center mit 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player. Es ist ein gehobenes Essecke Tisch für 4 und 3 bequemen Barhockern sowie. Die Küche verfügt über Travertin Fliesenböden, Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Mixer und alle Utensilien, Kochgeschirr usw.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eine private Schlafraum mit einer Wand montiert Flachbild-TV, hat eine Safari Thema, die an die Kinder und Erwachsene ansprechend ist und hat einen ganz eigenen Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Es gibt auch mehrere Spiele für Sie zu genießen, während Sie wie Leider bleiben, Phase 10, Uno, Dominos, Candyland und ein Kartenspiel.

Der 30 Fuß Balkon ist mit 2 Sets von Tischen und gepolsterten Stühlen sowie einem gepolsterten Sessel ernannt.

Great family vacation spot

The room is even more beautiful than the pictures, with the best views we’ve ever had on a vacation. We loved getting to see the wildlife from our balcony we saw sharks, stingrays, dolphins. The whole facility was amazing and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The owners were amazing and answered any questions we had leading up to the trip. We loved the place and would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Sunshine and Comfort

The Tidewaters Beach Resort was a great place to stay! Beach front made for perfect sunsets over the water. Clear waters and soft beaches. This unit was perfect for my husband and I. It had a set of bunks in the second room, we didn’t need them but would be suffice for smaller children. Very quiet with just about anything you might need to cook a meal.

Everything was great! Absolutely no issues we had a great time! Love that we got two beach chairs but remember to bring chairs of your own if you plan of staying at the beach after 5. If I would have found a broom I would have swept up sand but over all great place and the ice maker was full and worked!! That’s a great feature to have!

Great family vacation

The room was definitely a good a the listing said it was going to be, but the down side was the elevators at the property. The wait times were crazy long sometimes 30 to 45 minutes to get onto an elevator and then the elevators would randomly stop on every other floor with no one there.

Clean. Had everything I needed for a quick beach stay. Elevators handled the size of the pace. Never waited more than a couple of minutes. Beach chair rental was included and that’s nice.

Great Anniversary week at the Beach

Fantastic week and great condo. Super comfortable bed and fast elevators. Also, on another note the parking deck is actually high enough to get my lifted truck in without hitting the top. I had an inch to spare. Thank you for such a nice condo.

28th floor spectacular sunsets

This being our first VRBO experience, we were a little nervous. The rooms were just as portrayed in the photos. The rooms were clean and the place felt clean. The owners would respond quickly, when questions were asked (text and email). In fact a couple days before we were to leave, they called us to see if we had any questions. The check in was easy (youhave to pay a registration fee of $35 before you arrive). We were there for 2 weeks in January 2023, so we were there in off season, which is what we prefer. We did not have the issue with getting the elevators, as was noted in previous reviews during high season. Also had no problem with getting a luggage cart or finding a parking place in the garage. The sunsets (if weather cooperates) are spectacular from the balcony. Of course the Gulf is also beautiful. One place we visited twice was a Park named Camp Helen. It is beautiful place to take a packed lunch and enjoy the beach with it’s beautiful white sand and had fun looking for shells.

We are Jim & Aundrea Sparks. We live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We own a restaurant called Home Plate Cafe located just outside the main gate of Hot Springs Village which is the largest gated community in the U.S. We love to travel, cruise, go boating and camping on beautiful Lake Ouchita and we love concerts. Our favorite group is Train. We have a daughter named Jayla. She likes to sing, play soccer and she loves animals.

We chose Tidewater Resort for many reasons. First of all, the location can't be beat. Not only is it walking distance to Pier Park which is where everyone wants to go during their visit to Panama City Beach, it is also less than a mile from Gulf World Marine Park, another huge attraction. It also happens to be the very first oceanfront condo you get to from the airport which means if you fly in you will literally be on the beach in 15 minutes. the amenities at Tidewater are also the best. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, several 15 person Roman spas, saunas, 2 arcade rooms, a restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, a tiki bar, a movie theatre, free wireless Internet, covered parking, 24 hour security, enough said!
