The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers beautiful hard wood flooring and vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives RIGHT FIELD an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

RIGHT FIELD is centrally located between both baseball camps.
