Perfect spot on cape cod

The accommodation was brilliant, well equipped and clean, nothing to complain about. Lots of space, can easily sleep 6. The furnitures are relatively new, the entire house is designed in the typical New England style, very nice! It’s a short stroll to the beach, about 1k. The renting agency was her pro-active, check in was easy and when we ran out of gas for the BBQ they delivered it almost immediately the next day. I can highly recommend this accommodation and in case we go back to the cape we will certainly use the same agency - and probably the same accommodation- again Jan

This property was great for our visit. It was close to where I needed to be. We didn't spend much time in the home unfortunately. I will say we had to call for service and Del Mar was amazing!

This spot worked well for us. Close to my brother’s home where we spent most of our time. It was lovely to hear all the birds singing in the morning.

We enjoyed everything but not having toiletries available is a mistake. Not sure why they made that decision but it should be reconsidered

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed staying at this roomy and perfectly located home. Being so close to Nauset beach and downtown Orleans was awesome. Our 1 complaint and reason for the 4 star rating is that the cleaning was over the top. For example - the refrigerator smelled strongly of bleach and it was so bad we could not use the refrigerator to store any food during our stay. When we first arrived, the home itself also had a strong cleaning smell that was very noticeable until we had opened all the windows and aired things out for hours. I'd recommend that your cleaning service turn it down on the cleaners used.

Prime location!

Extremely clean, very comfortable, great location! We loved our three weeks in this lovely home. Our adult children joined us for a few days and it was perfect. Great beach days, grilled out, played games. Such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay for our family celebration!

We treated my Mom to a trip to The Cape for her 90th birthday and our stay here could not have been better! The home is well appointed; plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s ample linens. DelMar is extremely responsive to concerns. The mattress in the back bedroom was way too firm for me and they brought over a mattress topper . Slept well the next two nights.

Delightful getaway

We took a brief 5 day trip to the Cape. The Beach Rose House met all our needs better than we expected. Great location near Nauset Beach, very clean and well equipped. Would be happy to stay again.

Long weekend trip

The condo was lovely! Tons of space for playing games and lounging around for a family trip. Beautifully appointed and larger than we expected. Walking distance to Nauset Beach and a short drive from great restaurants and Skaket beach. Highly recommend!

Sweet Serenity in Orleans

My mom and I absolutely loved your property. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The central location was perfect for day trips to Provincetown and to Nantucket. The proximity to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants was also perfect. The town itself is so beautiful and quaint we just fell in love with the area. We loved the peace and quiet of the area in this off-season time. The only downsides to the property were that the pillow shams looked Dirty, the light fixture in the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed and one of the windows in the TV room needs to have the lock checked. Overall, I would recommend this property to families or friends. It was wonderful and I hope to visit again one day!

Great spot!

We had a nice time. The weather wasn't the best for beach or outside trips. It was a great place to relax. Kitchen well equipped. We felt at home and treated the house as such. We weren't able to hear the ocean from the house though

Our stay at Number 4, 160 Beach Road

Beautiful property in a quiet location with a lovely garden and just 5 minutes from Nauset Beach. The property is maintained in excellent condition, extremely clean and all rooms are extensively furnished. The kitchen is terrific with all the utensils and crockery you could wish for if you want to cook at home. If you want to eat outside there is a great barbecue and a large table with chairs to enjoy your meal. We enjoyed eating dinner at the Barley Neck Inn which is just a mile away and breakfasting at the Hole in One Diner in downtown Orleans. The property provides an excellent jump off point to visit many of the attractions of the Cape, including Provincetown, Hyannis, Chatham, Wellfleet and Salt Lake Pond. To sum up, we had a GREAT TIME!!

Nice private unit attached to a Cape Cod house

This unit is attached at the back corner of an older Cape Cod home. There are 5 units on this property- 3 divided up in the original home. This unit was an add on and there is a 5th free standing cottage, probably built in the 50’s or 60’s. This unit looks to be built in the 60’s and has a private seating area in the back. While the kitchen appears to be original, the rest of the unit has been updated with white paint and newer furnishings. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to Nauset Beach and the bay side of the Cape can be reached in a 20-30 minute walk. There are also nice neighborhoods nearby for strolling.
