Best Family Vacation Ever

The house is unbelievable. The photos do not do it justice. There were 14 people in the house but with the layout and how big it was we never felt crowded. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy Florida. Having 2 dining room tables and 2 tables to eat outside allowed the entire family to eat together. This allowed for loud and fun meals. Bedrooms were large with beautiful comfy beds, bathrooms were great and plentiful lol! Not only can you take in the pool and hot tub in the backyard, it was only a 5 minute walk to the lazy river, and pool complex. Communication with the owners were wonderful, from the moment we booked until our vacation was over. This was our first time renting a home for a vacation and having gathering places for everyone rather than just a hotel room was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Not a perfect stay, but the owner was great

The house was great for accommodating our large group. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space overall for our group. It seemed clean at first but the floors and showers do need a good cleaning. The pool situation was incredibly disappointing. We paid to have the pool heated (mostly for the hot tub) but the heating element did not work. There was also a ton of sand in the pool the entire time we were there, our pool floats ended up with funky brown rings on them which makes me think that the water was not chlorinated properly, and the pool water level dropped significantly several times which left us refilling the pool on a near constant basis just to remain “in good standing” on our end of the reservation. While the pool was super disappointing, the host was very responsive and agreed to reimburse us for the amount we paid to heat the pool. There was also a double booking situation that left us in an awkward situation with other guests who arrived saying that they had reservations for the house, but again, the host was responsive and made that situation right for the both of us. The manager Ivan who comes to the property to check out any issues is not the kindest person to deal with. He was quite rude to us on multiple occasions. While it wasn’t a perfect stay, I did appreciate the hosts responsiveness and effort to make things right, however, I do not think we would choose this house again because the issues with the pool put a real dampener on our weekend.

Room for ALL

We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay. The common areas were very large and able to accomodate family game night with all 17 of us! The rooms were comfortable and the number of bathrooms was enough to give the ladies space to all get ready at once. The pool was the focal point of the house and was used daily. The clubhouse area was only a couple of blocks away and the lake was a great backdrop for family pictures. All in all, this property was amazing and we would rent again. I feel obligated to also state that a number of the kitchen items ( coffee maker, knives, pots and pans) could use an upgrade. They have just been used as normal, but need an upgrade. These issyes were NOT serious enough to hamper our visit ( except for the couple of tense hours each day as the adults waited for the Starbucks to arrive! Lol. DO NOT miss this opportunity to have the whole family together to enjoy a property close enough and far enough from the “Parks” to be convenient to everyone.

Family 4th of July Celebration

This property was perfect for our family celebration. Spacious, double refrigerator was perfect. The owner is awesome. Response in timely manner. Our stay was most enjoyable. The cleaning crew and maintenance is not up to par. Towel supply was not sufficient (but fixed the next day), we had to wash linen before going to bed. Sheets were not clean at all…we found white substance on pillow cases and sheets. Major adjustment, we stayed up washing linen and spraying down covers. Pool area was full of mildew. I have pictures. We also feel that the ac thermostat was being controlled, no matter what we set it on it would always go back to 75. But there were portable fans in rooms, so we were good with that. Garbage disposal did not work and leaked water. Maintenance man came and could not repair it, so he left. That was that. We made adjustments by putting towels underneath to absorb water and tried not to use that side of the sink. Would we stay here again? Of course with minor adjustments with cleaning crew and pool area. The owner is very kind, prompt and understanding. We did not want to be a nuisance. We wanted to focus on the memorable moments we were making. So we did what needed to be done to enjoy. Family 4th of July Celebration 2023

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 14 of us ages 78 to 7. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the Club House and Community amenities. Not far from Kissimmee and Orlando main attractions. Several other rentals in the area and lots of cars in the street even though they weren't suppose to. (Not the owners responsibility just FYI) House was as promised and just as the floor plan on the website. Owner was prompt with all communication and items were addressed. Would definilty stay again.

Large house- NOT clean

This house is large and has plenty of space for a family/friends gathering. Easy walk to the clubhouse in a mostly quiet neighborhood. We paid extra for pool & spa heat, but the spa heat did not work for the first 3 days of our 6 day trip. House has a lot of damage from previous renters. This house was NOT clean, seems like this is a recurring issue with other reviews. There are also no cleaning supplies to do it ourselves.

Very Comfortable and cozy

This was my first home rental and me and my family really enjoyed it. It was like a home away from home everything went smooth even the check in process of getting in the house. Beautiful!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. There were 16 of us in the house, and there still was an unused bedroom. Everything was spotless and beds were great. My wife and I are still talking about how good we slept during our stay. Pool and hot tub were great, and the maintenance guy was super polite and answered every question we had. Just a small issue with hot tub heat that he remedied immediately. Traffic in Orlando and Kissimmee is crazy during spring break, but that was to be expected. The owner was great to communicate with and was very accommodating to our requests. Already planning another trip here in the same house.

Good stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Jim responded timely to any concerns. Let us check in about an hour early since we got into town earlier then expected. Only con I experienced was the pool and hot tub heat was inconsistent. Could have been on me. But I never really figured it out. It seemed to work intermittently. But pool was decent enough to use. Hot tub never seemed to get to temp the week we was there. The jet never tur ed o. As the neighbors did. But was warm enough to enjoy. So I didn't worry about it. Our group enjoyed the house!

Family getaway

We had a great time while at Windsor. The house was big and it fit the our group of 17 comfortably. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was warm and never had any issues. Jim was quick to answer any questions and kept us in the loop with check in. The Xbox and tv upstairs didn’t work, but the property manager said they would look into it further for the future guests. That was the only complaint for the trip, so I consider that a win. Thanks for a great place to stay while spending time with our family!
