Bequeme Cottage Schritte von Tennis und Strand

Klassisches, einfaches Strandhaus in Weekapaug Association ist neben dem Weekapaug Tennis Club und einen kurzen Spaziergang zu den beiden privaten Stränden von Weekapaug. Vermietung beinhaltet private Strandpässe und Strandparkerlaubnis. Der Zugang zum Tennis Club ist ebenfalls verfügbar (gegen Aufpreis). Zwei private Schlafzimmer (eines mit Kingsize-Bett, eines mit Etagenbett) schlafen bequem 6. Terrasse im Freien zu genießen Sommer Abendessen und Weber Grill, obere Terrasse Deck für den frühen Morgen Kaffee oder Sonnenuntergang Cocktail. Ein komplettes Badezimmer und eine Dusche im Freien. Strandaufbewahrungsbox am Fenway Strand bedeutet nie, Stühle oder Ausrüstung zu schleppen. Schöne, familienfreundliche Unterkunft.

Good Location

The location and beach access were great and the reason we rented the house but the house itself was sparse and the seating area not very comfortable. The upstairs was hot in July. We spent a lot of time at the beach and enjoyed our stay.

great location but need upkeep

My son and I loved the location and fun room with bunk beds. Few suggestions. The electric coil stove should be replaced. the coil is not flat so the pot does not sit evenly so the pots slides off. The sofa should get a deep cleaning. The fridge light bulb so be tucked in and not expose to breakage. owner was great communicator and was very help.

Great location, but the rest meh

The best part of this property is the amazing location. It is walkable to Fenway beach, and you can bike/walk pretty much everywhere you need to go. Outdoor shower was fairly big and clean. A few downsides: if you are looking for a fully stocked kitchen (pots) you won't find it. For many folks this may not be an issue, but no lobster pot in a RI rental is kind of strange. Overall, be aware there just isn't much comfortable seating - either inside or out. A few things that could stand repair (grill hasn't been cleaned in a while and ignition button doesn't work making lighting it an experience), a light fixture with just an open bulb etc. Overall great location, but could be kept up a bit better well.

LOVED this cottage and location!

This is a true beach cottage and exactly what we wanted. It is at the end of a dead end street so I didn’t have to worry when the kids played outside or were biking. Great, big yard. Loved the outdoor shower. Walking/biking distance to a private beach that is great for little and big kids, another beautiful beach with fun big waves, a great ice cream shop and Salty’s Clam Shack. Great area to fish for large stripers. We only moved the car twice while we were here, and both times were to go to Aunt Carrie’s (my favorite restaurant). Otherwise, everything you need is close by. We had great communication with the owner and she was very responsive. I can’t say enough about this cottage or this area! Best area to stay in Rhode Island!

Great house, wonderful location

The house on Morris Rd was just what we needed for a week at the beach for our family of four. It was an easy walk down to the beach especially with the box holding the chairs and umbrella. Heather was very responsive to the couple of questions that we had and overall it was a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great host

This is our second year renting this property and you can’t beat the location, the convenience and the amenities for the beach. Our host provided us with beach and parking passes to the beach as well as access to the storage unit at the beach so we could just walk right to the beach everyday empty handed. Our boys loved the house, especially the bunk beds. The house is also located on a very private road with a dead-end and our 3 little boys could ride their bikes up and down the street safely. We look forward to staying their again next year!

A Wonderful Stay

Our family just returned from two weeks in Weekapaug. We didn't want to leave and we are ready to go back. Weekapaug has become a must-do during our summers but we had never stayed for 2 weeks. It was awesome. This home exceeded my expectations in comfort and convenience. It was the perfect setup for us and our two kids. The living area was perfect for hanging out as a family (when we weren't at the beach). The outdoor area was great with plenty of seating and a fire pit for s'mores! One favorite feature of the house was the outdoor shower. Perfect after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The house was in a great location. Very private but still close to everything. The kids rode their bikes but we were also able to walk everywhere including the beach, the Innlet and the Weekapaug Inn. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. And thankfully we had no issues during our stay. The house was clean and well-maintained. My family and I cannot wait to return. Wonder if I can take 3 weeks off next year...

The cottage is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The private beach is wonderful and I loved watching the surfers who come around 5:30 pm. The property had all the modern appliances and it was the perfect size for us. We loved the breezes at night and the owners are so nice— perfect for a couple or small family. Gail
