Dies ist unser zweites Mietobjekt, das sich im Erdgeschoss von unserem ersten befindet. Wir haben uns sehr bemüht, diesen Raum luftig und gemütlich zu gestalten. Ihr Raum ist komplett privat, mit allem, was Sie sich wünschen können, in einem komplett eingerichteten Apartment, in der Nähe von allem, was dennoch friedlich und gemütlich ist. Unser Raum ist auf Sie zugeschnitten - bequeme Betten und weiche Handtücher sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche für Snacks oder Mahlzeiten. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie Snacks im Kühlschrank - Brot, Obst, Müsliriegel oder alle oben genannten. Wir bieten die Dinge, die wir uns immer gewünscht haben, als wir weggingen, wie Papiertücher und Butter und Salz und Pfeffer und ein paar Eier und einen richtigen Kühlschrank. Das WiFi ist schnell und der Fernseher ist groß und es gibt eine Leseecke für einen kleinen Rastplatz. Wir freuen uns, Paare und Familien zu beherbergen und haben einige wirklich nette Leute kennengelernt, wie unsere Bewertungen zeigen. Wir sind sehr kinderfreundlich mit einer Schaukel und Sandhaufen im Vorgarten. Es gibt mehrere Spielplätze innerhalb von 5 Autominuten. Bitte beachten Sie ein Minimum von 2 Nächten für Freitag und Samstag.

Highly Recommend

Quiet, very clean, clean sheets with plenty of pillows, soft towels with extra ones available. Eggs, milk, bread and butter in fridge for breakfast. It came in handy before I started tailgating Saturday morning. I was in town for a football game. Quick and easy access to UMASS campus. Quick access to downtown. Very easy check-in and check-out. Property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of instructions inside to guide you through your stay. I would definitely stay again! It was a great weekend experience. M-I-Z...Z-O-U!!

Great location

Great, quiet and centralized location to explore Amherst and surroundings. Check in was super easy, apartment was clean and comfy. Didn’t get to meet Lee but she was wonderful communicating with. She also left us some welcoming goodies :) Would stay there again.

Late-July 2024

Lower level apartment was very well maintained, very well stocked (scissors, sewing kit, batteries, cleaning supplies, fully supplied kitchen (FYI coffee maker was a Kuerig with fillable filters), even homemade fruit bread, butter, eggs, and fruit in the fridge upon arrival!) Met owner and he was super nice, explaining how to easily get to the 21+ miles of hiking trails behind the property. Very close to Mullins center but far enough removed to ensure quiet, peaceful evenings. Will rent again next year if Convention lands in Mullins center again.

Excellent Stay

The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!

Lovely 2 bedroom in Cushman has everything you need

There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.

Very nice apartment. It appears to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was clean and came with bedding and towels. They even had some snacks and some breakfast food in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with exceptional hosts!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Even though it's a basement apartment, it not dark at all. You can see it's been recently renovated, painted, etc. and well taken care of. The hosts left eggs, butter, milk and several slices of delicious cranberry bread in the fridge. What a nice touch!! We were visiting friends in Sunderland and this location was perfect for getting to their house plus it's near so many lovely towns and historic sites. We loved Puffers Pond. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Great cozy apartment

Wonderful apt. Very clean with many amenities including breakfast food and snacks which added a nice touch. Was concerned about it being a basement apartment but hardly noticeable when you’re inside. This one is a keeper for sure. Thank you to the Kimballs for allowing us to enter early.

Lovely and convenient stay

We were in town for a family celebration. The space allowed us to spread out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts left snacks in the fridge when we checked in. It’s clean, nicely appointed, and the beds were super comfortable.

Perfect location

Every thing we needed to visit UMASS for parents weekend. Basement apartment was well appointed and comfortable, although a little dark. The homemade cranberry bread was a sweet touch and appreciated after a full day of travel

We are Lee and Bill Kimball. Lee's family has lived here for 3 generations when it was Leonard Egg farm. Bill carries on the farming tradition part time raising pheasants and chukkar partridge during the spring and summmer. We like Amherst for it's culture and diversity and contemporary feel while remaining a New England college town and farm area. We are proud of the inclusive nature of the valley.

We are located in North Amherst, just a 7 minute drive to town but quiet and peaceful. There is a cafe down the street and a nature trail to Puffers pond. Great area for hiking and biking and a short ride to all the valley has to offer.
