Unser neu erbautes Haus befindet sich in günstiger Lage im Dorf Leland, einen Block vom öffentlichen Zugang zum See Leelanau in der Fourth Street entfernt. Geschäfte, Restaurants, der Hafen von Leland und Fishtown sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir können unser Haus nur ungefähr 6 Wochen im Jahr genießen und stellen es daher verantwortungsbewussten Mietern zur Verfügung, die sich wie wir darum kümmern werden.

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett in jedem Zimmer und ein Loft mit 2 eingebauten Queensize-Betten (siehe Grundrissbilder). Es gibt 3 Badezimmer (eines auf jeder Etage). Das Cottage verfügt über eine umlaufende Veranda, Gartenmöbel, einen Gasgrill und eine Feuerstelle im Freien. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, HDTV, ein Audiosystem mit Anschlüssen für Ihren Musikplayer, integrierte Beleuchtung, Holzböden, geflieste Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

Beautiful Home and Location

The house was very well stocked, everything was labeled, and it was nice and close to Lake Leelanau. As nice as the inside of the house is the outside spaces were our favorite with a great porch with eating area, fire pit with chairs, and a nice lawn for games. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great set up of house and property. If you bring your bikes Fishtown is a short ride away. Having bedrooms on each floor gave us time together and apart.

Fun weekend in Leland

We had a great time visiting Leland and our stay was great. We had only 4 in our group but there was at least enough room to accommodate twice that. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and pillows, and a great location. We were able to walk into the town of Leland. Loved everything about the place!

Island lake goddesses getaway

Lovely home, great location.

This house on 4th street in Leland, MI was close to Lake Leelanau and Lake Michigan. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were able to walk to almost everyplace we wanted to go in town, which was very convenient. The property owner was always quick to respond when we reached out to him. Great house, great location.

Michigan gem!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything about this home was perfect for our Northern Michigan getaway. The location was ideal for exploring beautiful Leland and all that the surrounding Leelanau peninsula has to offer. And the home was both cozy and spacious with a great layout inside and outside to have some memorable meals together and get some much needed rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

The house was the perfect size for our family reunion of 10! Exceptionally clean and the perfect location to walk to town and the lake. Everything was thought of in this house- emergency supplies, extra bedding, all the kitchen supplies you could need, info about things to do in the area and a great book explaining all you would ever need to know about the house. To top it off, the owner is really nice and is easy to communicate with. A gem of a rental for sure!

Great place in a beautiful location!

This spot was perfect for some great family time. It is a beautiful home with an owner who has thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. The location is perfect. Gorgeous House, Great Location

This was a perfect retreat in Leeland, MI. The house was beautifully cared for, Michael provided easy and effective communication, and there was more than enough space for our group. We loved that the lake was right down the road and Fishtown was also a short walk away.

The most peaceful place that I have ever lived.

The only word that comes to mind to describe this home is 'perfection'. I stayed here for about a month and a half and really got the full experience. Everything about the home is just so comfortable, warm, and beautiful. From the woods that were used throughout, to the beds, to the light that comes through the many windows and skylights. It truly feels like home. Now what could be better than a perfect home? Well, a perfect host. And Mike was exactly that. Always so helpful, patient, and always willing to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn't write a review and leave out Jane (the next door neighbor and Mike's mother). She welcomed me like one of her own sons. What a wonderful woman! So thoughtful, sweet, and very wise. She was also the most perfect neighbor one could ever want. I will conclude with this, some places carry on with you long after you've left and this is one of them. Feelings of joy, happiness, and love. Ones that you too will experience as soon as you walk through that front door.

Pristine! Love the TC area and Leland in winter is the best...nobody! The house is immaculate!

A very well equipped and organized home. Everything is labeled and easy to figure out. Great home

Michael is a Great host, answers questions quickly. His home is well organized clean and relaxing. The town is great with a lot to do in the area. I had my whole family there for three days went over to sleeping bear dunes, rode bike, played at the beach and ate in the town. I can highly recommend his home and hope to visit again. The owner’s personal involvement during our rental experience was heart warming. He was so personable and helpful with all my questions and concerns.
