Dieses schöne Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern wurde kürzlich renoviert. Es verfügt über ein Master King-Bad mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank sowie ein Queen-Bad und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Dieses fantastische Haus verfügt über einen nach Süden ausgerichteten Pool mit einem Spa. In den kühleren Monaten ist eine Heizung möglich. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung eines schnellen Frühstücks benötigen, bevor Sie in den Park gehen, und einen Slow Cooker, damit Sie Ihr Abendessen bei Ihrer Rückkehr zubereiten können. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Grill, damit Sie Ihr Abendessen grillen können. Nach dem Abendessen können Sie eine Partie Billard spielen oder eine Partie Airhockey oder Tischtennis spielen. Die überdachte Veranda bietet an heißen Sommertagen eine Pause von der Sonne am Pool. Great place for a family

The host was great about allowing us to come early to a great place for a family with kids. Great pool, kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook. Since we arrived early, we met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. The house was clean, and has plenty of room for a large family to stay. Would definitely stay there again for our next Florida family vacation.

Our experience in davenport

Linda was very responsive and helpful from the time I inquired about the property before booking all the way until after check out. She checked in on us and made sure things were good during entire stay. Property was clean and as advertised. The game room definitely was a hit for the 13 year old and kept him occupied while we stayed in the house. The pool was perfect size and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking/meal prepping. Location of property was great as well. Definitely recommend this property. Would stay again if we visit Florida again.

Amazing vacation!

Thank you Linda and Ron for providing such a beautiful place to stay that has all the comforts of home. It was exactly what our family needed to unwind after busy days at the Universal Parks. This was our third stay and we will definitely be back!

Would definitely stay again!

This property was a great vacation home, between all of the amenities and a great host it was very comfortable. The house was well taken care of and clean. Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! Linda was an amazing host. She was very friendly and responded very fast to our messages. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the kids. The location of the house was very convenient to everything we had planned on doing, Disney World and Gatorland. Lovely stay

I would like to thank Linda for providing us with a lovely stay for our family Christmas vacation. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Another amazing vacation!

This was our second time staying at Linda & Ron's beautiful vacation home and once again it did not disappoint. Linda is amazing to deal with and responds promptly to any questions. The house is in an ideal location to spend your days at the parks, shopping, and close to restaurants. Or you can spend the day poolside enjoying the sun. Girls Getaway

What a great way to start 2017 than an all girls getaway to this beautiful Villa. This beautiful home away from home was the perfect place to kick back, relax and have lots of fun. Our group of girls spent countless hours pool side, swimming, hot tubing, playing games and making unforgettable memories. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation. Family getaway

The home was beautiful and spacious for our 2 families that stayed there. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids! We had a small issue with the pool heat- within 15 minutes the owners had called us and things were resolved. The owners checked in through out our stay to ensure everything was as we hoped and made sure we had no concerns! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family, would most definitely stay again!

Best Villa Yet!

Linda and Ron's villa is just as described. A real home away from home, perfect for our extended family visit to Orlando. Well located off US27 in the nicely kept and small Solana Complex. Linda was very attentive and responsive prior to and after booking. Everything was arranged well ahead of time and Linda checked in regularly during out visit. All in all a great experience. Thanks Linda and Ron!

Def a 5 star property!

The villa was more than perfect for us, the property owner was the best in the last 14 years we have rented through VRBO...hands on all the way! Everything was as pictured, the villa was clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable, pool and spa were refreshing after our days at the parks. With our teen age grandtwins, the air hockey and pool table were a hit and, we were able to sneak in a round of putt putt at the resort one morning which was fun for all. A big shout out to Linda who took care of my special request due to my allergies. It made my vacation allergy free. Would def recommend this property (and owners).

Awesome Villa!

We had a wonderful time in Florida on our family vacation. It was even more special because we were lucky enough to stay at the Enchanting Escape at the Solana Resort. This beautiful house became our second home. It was immaculate, comfortable, and very spacious. Linda was kind enough to check in and make sure everything was just right and to let us know we could contact her anytime if we needed something. Our family had fun splashing in the pool and playing air hockey in the game room. We also enjoyed visiting the clubhouse, where the staff was exceptionally nice. We would highly recommend staying at this luxury villa!

Fantastic vacation home!

Our family has vacationed in Florida several times and this was one of our best experiences with renting a vacation home. The home is just as pictured, if not better. All the necessities are provided and the house is very clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool every day, from early morning until night. The location is perfect with shopping and attractions located nearby. I can't say enough good things about Linda; she was so easy to deal with, answering any questions that I had and checking in to make sure that all was well while we were staying there. I would without a doubt recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. Thank you again Linda & Ron!

Linda was incredible to work with and we would absolutely stay here again. She is the type of owner everyone who has a property on VRBO should strive to be. She is very focused on making sure her guests have a great time and have everything they need. We stayed for a month and could not have asked for a better experience. Any minor issue we did have Linda tackled immediately. The house is beautiful with many new upgrades to make the property just that much nicer. Highly, highly recommend Linda and her property, you will not be disappointed!

We purchased our beautiful home in Solana as it was our favorite community when we did our family vacations. We are from a small town in Elmira, Ontario Canada and found this was a perfect getaway for ourselves, 2 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. We plan on having the high standards for our home as we do our bridal salon Taylors Bridal, which is also in Elmira, Ontario

When we did our family vacations in Florida we found that Solana was a very nice area to stay. You are close to everything you could want to do to make your vacation memorable. We felt very safe in the community of Solana and love the extras that the Clubhouse has to offer. We personally take great pride in our home away from home in Solana and the home is maintained to our standards. We have done all the upgrades to the house that made it perfect for all to enjoy. You do not even have to leave Solana to have a wonderful time. Our goal is that when you stay in our home you will be counting the days until your next visit.

We purchased this beautiful home in March 2013 and flew in to personally update the home and add our own personal loving touches so that all of our guest will enjoy the home as much as we do.
