Perfect Retreat

Hosts, Aimee and Tim were perfect. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Apt stocked with all necessities and they went over and beyond with wine , water, fruit and ice. No need to run to store immediately. Pool and surroundings were exactly as stated. Location was near beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

I was in town for a family get together nearby in Boynton Beach. The pictures are exactly as posted in VRBO. Tim greeted me at the gate at the agreed upon time and gave me an orientation to the unit and backyard. The pool house was well stocked with coffee, creamer, wine and fresh berries on top of the usual expected supplies. The bed was very comfortable and there was more than enough space in the pool house and backyard. The owners gave me full use of the backyard pool and let the doggies out in the front yard. The backyard is a tropical oasis! The house is fully gated and the surrounding areas seemed very quiet and safe. It was close to Atlantic Avenue, the beaches, and Publix. Aimee and Tim were awesome hosts and I loved playing with their golden retrievers. I left early and returned late, so I didn't get to see the owners as much as I would have liked. They did come out and meet me and my family while we were using the pool one afternoon when we were having appetizers and happy hour. Aimee even agreed to join me for a cocktail by the pool in the late evening on my last night so we could get to know one another. This is my new go to place to stay for our annual family get togethers in June/July! Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your beautiful pool house!

An Exceptional Place to Stay

This property is a true gem; and the hosts , Aimee and Time, are wonderful. As hosts, . they have mastered the art of providing all the help a guest might need, without being intrusive. the inside space is both attractive and very comfortable, and has just about anything one might want during a stay. the lovely back yard and pool area is a peaceful work of landscaping and gardening art I spent nearly a month there, and plan to go back. If you have any interest in, or need to be in or near the Delray area, you could not do better in my opinion.

Just Perfect!

Our first travel since Covid and things couldn't have been any nicer. Very easy to find from PBI airport, accommodations were even nicer in person! Some special touches, wine in refrig, fresh berries, nice hand soaps, plenty of paper goods to get us started. The hosts were just great, and we felt very comfortable immediately. We loved the back yard pool area and who could forget the friendly well behaved family dogs Stella and Toby! Thank you Aimee and Tim..it was hard to leave and head back home.

Fabulous stay!!

We can not say enough for Aimee & Tim and their fabulous cottage. They made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The cottage is beautiful and the backyard is like a resort! Visit With family that just moved to area

Lovely cottage with pool in great neighborhood, close to the beach, shopping, and other attractions. Tim and Aimee were very accommodating, and the cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would love to stay here again when in the area.

Tropical Paradise

Aimee and Tim were great hosts! We arrived to their place after a late flight and they had everything prepared. I can’t say enough about the space. It was very clean and it was clear that they thought of their guests comfort. The weather didn’t fully cooperate but when the sunshine peeked through the clouds we didn’t have far to go to enjoy it….the backyard oasis was perfect. The pool was a perfect mix of sun and shade with a beautiful palm tree arched over it. This is a great getaway for any couple looking to relax and soak up some sun. Delray Beach also has an amazing downtown area and the beach itself was awesome!

Very pleased

The property was in great condition, it had a great back yard with a pool that was great for relaxing during down time. It was in an excellent location, everything was just minutes away. Our host Aimee was so accommodating. Very nice people. I would stay there again.

Aimee and Tim were great hosts. The house was so clean. Every detail was attended to, including lovely bottles of wine. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Amazing Tropical Retreat!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at this VRBO jewel. Everything you need is there - house is so well equipped! Laundry, plenty of towels, pillows and the bed is comfy-we slept so well! The backyard with pool is huge and our pup loved playing out there and we enjoyed lounging. It was covid, so we ate in a lot, and the kitchen has everything you need, including condiments, coffee etc. The way the place is set up is private, and the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts are so lovely. Right there if you need them, but not intrusive at all. We felt very lucky to find this gem.

One of my Favorites!

I travel often for work and stayed in private properties all over the country. Not only is this one of my favorite places, they are some of my favorite hosts. The property is divine, both inside and out. After long days in a convention I enjoyed sitting under the gazebo on comfortable patio furniture next to the swimming pool flanked by dim lights. So calming. The interior is comfy and clean and adorable. . Aimee thought of everything, including nice welcoming touches like fresh fruits and chilled wine. Even the bath towels were luscious. When I had rental car problems, my hosts came to my rescue and again when I broke my arm on this trip. On departure, Aimee even loaded my bags into my car so I wouldn’t have to lift them. She just really went above and beyond. Her sincere Kindness was a blessing in a stressful week.

Aimee and Tim are fabulous hosts! We enjoyed our stay so much. The space was very comfortable, the pool area large and beautiful. The inside and outside space are cery clean. Very well equipped cottage

Turned out to be a perfect setup for a couple and a dog. Nice location, Fenced backyard that was super to enjoy the sun poolside. Walk out the back gate to play golf, short drive to a world class dog park (Lake Ida) and into the scene on Atlantic Ave. Super nice hosts!

Wonderful Experience

The hosts are extremely welcoming and gracious, and the Cozy Cottage had everything we needed for our visit to Delray Beach. The rental was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe.
