Dieses schöne drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, 1002sq Haus befindet sich in einer grünen und ruhigen Gegend in Alamo Heights von San Antonio, direkt hinter dem Botanischen Garten. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club und nur 10 Minuten Fahrt von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es ist mit Holz-und Fliesenböden, Deckenventilatoren in allen Zimmern renoviert, benutzerdefinierte alle Fliesen Dusche und benutzerdefinierte Wanne / Fliesen Dusche, Granit mit Edelstahl-Unterbau Waschbecken. Die 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Betten für 6 Personen sowie ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein Klappbett. Beide sind sehr bequem! Dieses Haus kann insgesamt 9 Personen schlafen. Es enthält alles, was Sie brauchen. Es ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. Enthält auch TV mit Kabel, WLAN, Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Die hohen Decken und Oberlichter machen dies zu einem hellen und einladenden Raum. Du wirst es lieben! Außerhalb der Wohnung gibt es einen BBQ & Sitzbereich, Obstbäume und viele Parkplätze.

Die Wohnung ist zu 100% rauchfrei.
Es gibt einen Hochstuhl und Pack n Play (auf Anfrage)

Ich werde mehr als glücklich sein, um mit jeder Ausgabe zu helfen. Ich lebe 10 Minuten entfernt und werde gerne bei Bedarf helfen. Während Sie hier sind, können Sie die Wohnung genießen und die Interaktion mit mir liegt bei Ihnen! I was very comfortable at this location everything inside was very neat, clean and sizable for a full family outside was quiet and peaceful hardly any traffic definetly would book again if i visit this town loved it!!!!

Perfect location

We were in town to see our son play at University of Incarnate word, this place was a perfect location to the school. The house was very clean and comfortable. Daniel our host was very attentive. Great Irish bar near by! Will definitely book again.

The stay was great. The location was easy to find and the host was very cooperative. There was a bit of noise from the neighbors at night which made it difficult at night but not the fault of the host.

No check in information provided till I sent a message to the property manager. Information send did not include which unit at the property. We essentially put in key code information going from door to door till the door opened. There was no response from Daniel or Debbie for any messages I sent NO HOT WATER AT THE PROPERTY - again no response from property managers I would not recommend this property to anyone because of its management team Dr Iduru

The neighborhood is not the best!!! .surrounding area is ok, with nice houses on one side and run down apartments throughout the area, especially on the street the unit is on. The door was unusually uncooperative but I called the property manager who offered a quick response. Host was very straight forward, not friendly at all(all about the money) not very appreciative or aware that I had a choice and chose HIS property. Inside the unit was very nice, spacious and accommodating. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit, along with the pac-man game console in the kids' room. Extra linens and pillows were awesome. The people upstairs dragged the dinning chairs across the floor and made it uncomfortable sleeping a couple of nights but it was a quiet setup otherwise..I felt safe once inside in the unit. Overall, a "Nice" stay!

You get what you pay for

The location is great. Easy check in process. The unit has some wear and tear and doesn't look quite like the pictures. We are ok with things not being perfect because I know lots of people stay here but the two chairs in the living room were stained in a bad way. We would not sit in them. I let the property manager know and he said we could work something out and I told him to let me know what he was thinking and I didn't get a response except for the check out procedures. The smaller room with the queen bed is definitely the most comfortable! Take a fan if you're staying in the bunk bed room. It's a good spot if you're going to be out an about in San Antonio.

As Expected

The apartment was nice and as expected from the listing. We had no problems with the neighborhood, and it was a perfect size for our family of 5. The home did have some signs of wear, but wasn't uncleanly. We would stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Upon arrival we very excited about the location. Okay neighborhood, great location! Once we checked in I received an email message from the owner through VRBO. That said “Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I will be unavailable with my cell phone this evening until Sunday. If you need anything or have any questions or needs, you can contact my secretary Brenda through the VRBO app via text message or directly at (gave me a number) and she would love to help. Have a great weekend! Daniel.” O….K….. first night there around 2:30am we were all awoken to dogs barking. Thin walls and even thinner windows, it sounded like these dogs were in the same room as us. I texted Brenda the secretary and sent her a audio video of how loud it was. She said, sorry and that she would contact the other tenants in the building about their dogs. Problem was it wasn’t the tenants it was the neighbors who leave their dogs out all night. I texted her back about 30 min later, dogs still barking and asked for a number for noise ordinance. No reply and no reply the next day asking if everything was okay, NOTHING. I ended up googling a number and the police did come out around 4am and the barking stopped until the next night. I emailed Daniel through VRBO. I thought even if he wasn’t available at least he will see the message about the dogs. I also let him know about the stained sheets and BUGS dead and alive everywhere! I received back “Wow, I am sorry this has been your experience so far. I will be speaking to Brenda and my cleaning company about the issues. I will also contact all guests about the noise level of their pets. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience better and I will try to do so, Daniel” Yes, this is nice that Daniel responded even though he would be unavailable via cell phone. I guess if it were our property and these issues arose I would be falling over myself to make sure my guests were okay. To us this response from the owner wasn’t a resolution it was a band aid. We have rented through VRBO for over 15 years and have never encountered a situation like this.

When we arrived we could not get the key pad to open to get the key out-was told by manager the code also worked in the door. Never did get the key out. There was such strong plug in fresheners in unit we left door open to let fresh air in. We unplugged fresheners and sealed in a bag. Not sure what odor they were trying to cover up but the fresheners smell was awful! No hangers in closets to hang cloths on. One of the chairs in the living area was stained icky. When we took the sheets off the beds to leave, there was blood on one of the pillows.
