Great host, and a great place for a quick getaway.

Mike was a fantastic host. He was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The property itself was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of room for meals, relaxing, sleeping, etc. The pool was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, and it was never busy during our stay. Parking was easy, and we always found a spot close to the entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Property

Everything about our stay was great! Awesome communication from the host, safe gated community with friendly gate guards, close to groceries and restaurants, lots of space in the unit and two nice pools (and one hot tub!) super close to the unit. We would definitely stay again if we ever visit the area again.

Great stay, Easy to rent from

This was one of the easiest stays we have had on VRBO. Mike is the owner and he walked us through the property, gave tips on sights to see, just made sure we knew where everything was and to make sure there weren't any issues. The rental was cleaned and fully stocked. Great guy, easy to do business with.

Good neighbourhood with nice shared amenities

The Ventura Country Club neighbourhood is a nice comfortable area. Lots of pools, good natural areas to explore and although we are not golfers we are told it is good golfing. The 19th Hole is a tasty and affordable family restaurant. The unit we rented was small but adequate for three adults and two children. However the furnishings are large and the decor outdated. The beds are comfortable. The linens and kitchen items need to be re-equipped and enhanced. The owner is friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. We were told that he is in the process of remodeling. We had a good week with the family and found the area convenient for excursions to the beach or to nature parks while still convenient for shopping.

Great host. Clean, well-stocked condo.

If you are looking for a high-end, modern condo with top of the live appliances and granite countertops, this is not your condo. But if you are content with a clean, quiet, well-stocked condo with a very helpful and accommodating host in a quiet resort with access to to 3 pools, amazing AC and free parking, I’d recommend Mike and this property. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Note: The golf course is currently closed for refurbishment (which didn’t matter to us at all. Not sure if it’s busier when the course is open) though the clubhouse restaurant is still open.

Home away from home ❤️

A very nice place that felt like home. Clean, ample towels and kitchen accessories. Restaurant on site that was very convenient. Anything you need is close and within a 2 mile drive max. Absolutely beautiful dog park only minutes away. Mike is an excellent host and provides excellent communication. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in one of Mike’s other condo’s than the one we selected, not sure why, but we had a good stay. Everything we needed was included In the condo. Mike was a very nice host, showed us around the clubhouse and the condo, answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again at one of Mikes properties. Thank You.

Extremely responsive owner

We enjoyed our month in Mike and Kareena’s condo. Mike was exceptionally responsive and even came within an hour or so on a Saturday to fix a broken toilet. Great owners. Great community, and we loved the golf course. We will be back!

Beautiful property overall! House needs a little maintenance. AC didn’t work, living room light didn’t work, and microwave stopped working while making bacon. Everything else was great!

Ventura County club condo

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time during our stay. The condo had everything that we needed, everything was clean. For golfers the course is amazing. Our host Mike communicated well, would stay again.

Basically good

Very clean and perishables like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, laundry supplies all provided. Host was accessible for needs, but closet lights don't work, only 5 tv channels, and not enough towels. Otherwise it 8s a nice home to use while we got our daughter set up for UCF.

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! We still can’t believe how much you get for such a fantastic price! The hosts Mike and Kareena went above and beyond to accommodate our late night check in and even helped with our bags, showed us around and checked in to make sure we had all we needed etc. I can not say enough how much we appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness! We were down to drop off our son off to school and having a stress free place to stay made it so much easier! The condo is even more spacious then it seems in the photos, clean and well stocked. The location in Orlando can not be beat! We were only minutes from everything we needed. The property is gorgeous, there is a lake view from the windows, a nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning, super comfy beds, multiple uncrossed pools, a hot tub, access to the clubhouse and even just walking around the property was relaxing and beautiful! We highly recommend this property and hope to rent again the next time we are in town! Tysm for such a pleasant experience!
