Der weiche Sand und der geschützte Badebereich bieten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub für alle Altersgruppen. Wir starten unsere Kajaks und setzen unsere Motorboote am glatten Strand ab.

Nur wenige Häuser in Texas bieten die besondere Kombination aus glattem Wasser für Sport, Blick auf die Berge, privatem Sandstrand, Platz für Ihre Boote vor Ort und einem sehr komfortablen Schlafplatz 8.

Nach dem Blick auf viele Seen und Flüsse ist dies die beste Kulisse und Heimat für Ihr Budget. Besucher sagen, dass dies eine hervorragende Kulisse ist, ohne Ihre Zustimmung zu sprengen. Der See ist auch bei Dürre immer voll, die Berge sind beeindruckend, der Strand und die Badestelle sind mit Sand übersät. Das Haus ist so bequem.

Das Haus mit Blick auf das Wasser und die Berge ist offen und hell und verfügt über viele große Fenster, die um das Haus gewickelt sind. Wir sorgen dafür, dass Sie alles haben, was Sie für einen gelungenen Kurzurlaub brauchen.

Lovely gem away from hustle and bustle

We have stayed at Scott and Jill's lake house in the past, and we were happy to return. What truly sets this property apart is its location. Unlike the developed and crowded areas elsewhere around the lake, this spot offers a pristine sandy beach and views of untouched nature across the water. The peaceful setting allowed us to disconnect and truly relax, something that's increasingly rare to find. Our kids (8 and 6) spent hours digging in the sand and wading in the water. As parents, we appreciated being able to keep them within line of sight through the large windows while we prepped meals from the kitchen or enjoyed quiet time on the patio. The house itself is charming and thoughtfully organized and equipped with everything we needed.

Relaxing trip

We loved our time at the lake. The house had more kitchen supplies than most rentals we have stayed in which we appreciated very much when preparing meals. The beach was great. Having the sand toys and kayaks all ready there was extremely helpful. House was clean and well cared for. Scott was always easy to get a hold of and prompt to respond. We will definitely stay again!

Cozy Stay with Amazing Views!

Our family had such an amazing time during our stay! Scott was extremely accommodating in meeting our needs. The property, views and wildlife was very enjoyable! Their home was cozy, clean & comfortable. The kitchen was also big enough to prepare our Thanksgiving meal! Our 2 year old loved the beach & the teens had a blast on the kayaks. We would definitely recommend this stay & hope to be back soon!

Awesome Vaca Spot

We spent our annual "Girl's Weekend" here and everything was above and beyond our expectations. Water with beach access is great, close by and kayaks available if you so choose. Beautiful home! We would definitely recommend you stay and see doe yourself!

Family Fun!

Our family loved our stay! The view is beautiful! The beach was perfect for our 16 month old grandson and of course the rest of us too. The river isn’t very deep but definitely deep enough to cool off and enjoy the water. We rented a boat nearby and pulled right up to the beach at the house. Again we loved our stay and the host got back with us quickly if we had any questions. There is an HEB close if you forget something and we saw deer every day. Just a note… The walk back to the house from the beach could be hard for elderly or someone who doesn’t get around good since the walk back is up hill.

This house was perfect for us. Super clean, comfortable, cold AC, well stocked kitchen, etc. Loved the beach. Would definitely return to this part of LBJ and would definitely book this house again. Seemed like a great value.

Amazing trip

Fabulous Family Vaca

This property is exceptional for a family vacation. The house is so comfortable with three separate living areas so everyone could spread out. A/C works great, kitchen is so organized along with the perfect amount of cooking and prep items, and the beds are so comfortable. The sandy beach was perfect for our grandkids and adults as well. It was very easy to anchor our boat during the day and overnight. We will definitely return for another memorable family event. Consistently wonderful

We stay at this property twice a year and have never had a bad vacation. House is comfortable and well cared for. Beach is FABULOUS for kids. Kayaks are a fun bonus (lots of wildlife to see across the river!). And the host is hospitable and easy to communicate with. Book it!

Awesome house on LBJ

Eclipse in Kingsland

Needed a place for the eclipse that wasn't gouging people. Scott fairly advertised standard pricing while another Owner tried to cancel our stay (that was booked MONTHS in advance) with no notice and no reason (except that she let it slip her husband said they could get lots more $). Anyway, Scott, besides being very fair and communicative, also has a beautiful place that left us wishing we had more time to spend there. The bluebonnets and all the other wildflowers were in bloom and we picked a bouquet of them for the table. The beach was huge and fantastic, the lake/river afforded great swimming and paddling opportunities; the screened porch was wonderful to keep the bugs out (not that they were a problem anyway); the neighbors were friendly; the little town has ample restaurants and grocery stores mere minutes away; the beds were comfortable- this is a great place for big families as the double bunk beds are best for those teens that don't want to share a bed with their sibling; the sunroom's windows let in lots of sunshine; the blackout blinds worked great when we wanted to sleep in. If I HAD to find an area to critique, it was the lack of cable/satellite TV for some kids. For me, I think kids need LESS screentime on vacation, but for other parents, they may tire of hearing, "I can't watch TV!" There are any number of streaming apps to choose from, though, so this is really a moot point as most programming can be watched when you sign into your own Netflix/Prime/etc acct

Fantastic place, especially with young kids

Great house with all the basics you need to be comfortable. But the real beauty is the incredible beach which is so safe and relaxing even with little kids. Kayaks were a cool perk. Better than we were expecting, pics do not do the backyard justice. We hope to be back.
