Dies ist unser Zuhause in der Ferne, unser kleines Stück Paradies und Traum wird wahr. Wir bieten es wöchentlich oder monatlich zur Miete an, damit auch Sie das "Keys Life" erleben können.

Dieses helle und luftige Reihenhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern befindet sich in der entspannten Wohnanlage des Kawama Yacht Clubs in Key Largo, Florida, MM 100. Dieses Gerät wurde vor kurzem im Juli 2017 komplett renoviert. Es hat neue Porzellanböden, alle neuen Möbel, neue Edelstahlgeräte und ein geräumiges, erweitertes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, von dem aus man vom französischen Balkon aus den Blick auf den Pool und die Bäume hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kapitänsbett mit einem Rollbett und einem Etagenbett für 4 Personen. Ein Plasma-TV im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Familienzimmer sowie WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der überdachten Veranda im Freien oder grillen Sie abends auf der überdachten Veranda. Entspannen Sie umgeben von frischem und lebendigem Inseldekor mit Pool, Salzwasserbadelagune, Yachthafen und Strandschritten. Ein einzigartiger Steg bietet die Möglichkeit, den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, zu angeln und zu schnorcheln. Vor Ort gibt es einen Yachthafen mit Zugang zu einer kostenlosen Bootsrampe, einem Parkplatz für Bootsanhänger, einem 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, beleuchteten Tennisplätzen und Strand-Tikis mit Liegestühlen. Wenn Sie einen Bootsschein oder einen Golfwagenverleih benötigen, lassen Sie es uns wissen und wir können Ihnen bei der Organisation behilflich sein.

Das Kawama liegt nur 3,2 km vom John Pennekamp State Park entfernt und bietet Zugang zu erstklassigem Tauchen, Kajakfahren und Schnorcheln. Our family enjoyed our stay during our spring break. We just love the lagoon, pools, and bike rides to watch the sun set. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are already planning our next trip.

Great vacation location

We had a very comfortable stay in Kawama! It was close to the marina, where the fishing boat we hired was located. We loved that it is gated. The condo was equipped with so many comforts of home, and has a washer/dryer too. Ingrid was very accessible, and made sure we had all the information we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

I had no idea how new everything was at the condo. Looked like there must have been a total remodel in the last couple years. We loved the lagoon and the proximity to the ocean. I only wish we had stayed longer!

Great, clean, very well maintained unit.

This is our third time visiting this vacation spot and this unit has been our favorite. The attention to details by the owner is undeniable and made us feel very welcomed. Our family of 5 enjoyed comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, toys for kids to pay in the sand, beach chairs to take to the lagoon, clean linens and so much more! Can’t wait to come back next year.

Very easy for check in and out. We did not utilize any of the amenities as we just used the place for showers and sleep after scuba diving all day. Everyone in my stated they would stay here again.

Great location and amenities

The rental was well equipped and decorated. It was also spacious and perfect for a family of 4 and even space for more. The pool and lagoon were great and enjoyed by everyone in the family. There was a nice deck to wrong around the property with cool iguanas. Our favorite was the ocean view by the marina and Adirondack chairs which was super relaxing. The owner was responsive and quick to resolve any question/issue we had. We would definitely return again.

Six to see the dolphins

Very clean and had everything we needed. The interior of the condo was great. Perfect for our group of 6, two adults and four grandchildren while we went to Dolphin Plus and beaches. Locations was great! Exterior of condo was messy, especially on the porch by the parking lot. Does not give a great first impression.

We Loved It!

Nice, neat and close to everything that we needed. Great central location for fishing the upper Keys. The only issue is the loooong walk to drop the trash in the dumpsters.

We loved Kawama

My sister, her twin boys, my son, and I spent a long weekend at this property. It could not have been more perfect for us. It was easy to find, communication with the owner was easy, and the accommodations were excellent. The people are so friendly. We loved the Keys. We would do it again in a heartbeat and wish we could stay longer. Thank you for providing us the perfect place to make these memories before our boys graduate from high school in a couple of short months.

Lovely Condo in Key Largo

The property was all we expected plus more! It was a beautiful condo, very clean with many amenities. It was close to many things - easy drive time from Key West and Ft. Lauderdale plus everything in between. The condo property was clean with a lovely beach area, swimming pools and lagoon plus small beaches and lookout point, all within minutes (or seconds) walking. Very enjoyable stay - would recommend 100%!

The condo unit was immaculate and totally comfortable. Recent and tasteful remodeling. Overall property the same. We would stay here again for sure. Hostess and local manager were courteous and bent over backwards to ensure our stay went well, which it did in every respect. Top notch property.

Clean and great Location

The property is in a great location in key largo if you are looking to go fishing, diving, snorkeling. The property was very clean and the host responded instantly. If I’m ever back in key largo I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place!

This place is even nicer than pictured. I love it when that happens! It is super clean, (kudos to the cleaning company). The lagoon looked a bit murky and dark, but there is so much life everywhere. The kayaks were a special addition to our stay. The 9 year old even learned how to paddle one himself. There were fantastic restaurants just down the street. The condo was easy to find and quick to check into. Ingrid responded immediately when I had a question. All in all, a great time was had by all. Thank you, Nancy

5 days on Key Largo

This town house was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 teens). The setting was perfect, overlooking the pool and lagoon, and was close to shopping and restaurants. Without question, we would stay there again.
