This home is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as advertised in the listing. We stayed with a large group for a baseball tournament and loved every minute. We never felt cramped or short on space. Family Cooperstown week!

My family and 4.others from our team stayed in this beautiful house during our son’s week at Cooperstown! The owners were very friendly, easy to get ahold of and helped right away if we needed it. Communication with them was the best! The house was perfect for all of us staying there! It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and great space for everyone to be comfortable! The pool was a HUGE hit because it’s SO hot there during the summer! We enjoyed the pool daily! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

We stayed a week for baseball. The house was very close to Dreams Park and was large enough to accommodate 5 families. The kids loved the pool. The pool house and outdoor seating areas were great. We also loved the grills/blackstone and additional kitchen space in the pool house.

Cooperstown AllStar Park rental

This property is great but may be a stretch for AllStar Park. It would be absolutely perfect for Dreams.Everything it claims is true and it did not mis-represent the distance to All Star Park, the reality is that if you have a late game (likely) it is a long drive after a full day.Highly recommend for Dreams, just recommend for AllStar. Note i have no better suggestion for a close house that has all the amenities.

This was a great home for our baseball families. We loved all the options for cooking out from the grills and blackstone, oven and stove and refrigerator in the pool house. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone! The boys and girls loved the heated swimming pool and ping pong table! Paul & Carin were wonderful with any questions or concerns we had ..quickly responded and help us with everything

Perfect Cooperstown Team House

We just got back from week 9 at Dreams Park. This house offered the perfect location - less than 10 minutes from the park. We had coaches wives, siblings and team families stay in this house and there was plenty of space for all! The pool was a perfect respite for the siblings after games and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was HOT the week we were there. We hosted our team party at the house and everyone agreed that it was perfect! Paul and Carin were great hosts - responded immediately to any questions and even loaned us a socket wrench when we had some car trouble :) Would book this house again if I had a younger son going to Dreams Park!!

Great Multi-Family Rental close to Dreams Park

We had four families (mostly coaches’ wives, siblings, and grandparents) stay at this property for our amazing week at dreams park. We would definitely recommend this property to large groups - it’s close to dreams park to make for a quick commute; has a lot for siblings to do during down time (ping pong, basketball court, heated pool, basement entertainment room); and the best part was that we were able to host a fabulous team party that the boys and families loved! Not many rentals allow for team parties but this one did and it did not disappoint!! The pool house was perfect with kitchenette, bathroom, and lots of pool towels for our guests to use (and no one needed to run in and out of the main house during the party). The adults even got to hang out around the fire pit and relax at the end of the night. Communication with the owners was quick and they were easy to work with during our stay. Please consider renting his house for your stay if you attend an amazing week at Dreams Park; you will not be disappointed!

Host was super responsive and was quick to answer any questions our group had. Made for a pleasant and easy stay. Bedroom layout worked great providing enough privacy considering we had families with different sleep habits/schedules. Cooperstown Baseball Trip

We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. We had three families rent the home so that we could see our boys played baseball. I do believe our girls who are were playing in the pool every day had as much fun as the boys. Paul and Linda were amazing and such a big help in terms of planning. The outdoor space was amazing and everyone had a comfortable. place. to sleep! I highly recommend this place to complete your Cooperstown experience.

PERFECT home for baseball families!

Congratulations - if you are on this page then you have found the BEST house in Cooperstown! This property is absolutely fantastic and is perfect to accommodate multiple families who are looking to stay together near Cooperstown and Dreams Park. The owners, Linda and Paul, could not have been more helpful to us from the time that we booked in October through the entirety of our stay. The house, pool, firepit, basketball court, games, wifi, etc. are all completely set up for your enjoyment. And with the house being less than 10 minutes from Dreams Park and from downtown Cooperstown, we were able to easily go back and forth between games to enjoy all it had to offer. Linda greeted us upon arrival to show us around and stayed in communication throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We hosted our team party here with catering from Maskots and everybody was raving about how incredible it all worked out. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults were able to relax and chat by the pool without ever having to go inside. The owners have truly thought of everything to make this home enjoyable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cooperstown, then look no further. This is it!!

A great property to rent. Lots of activities for the kids to do. Love the fire pit and ping pong table. The grills are amazing and make it easy to cook for a lot of people. Kitchen did not have some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, etc and hardly any hangers in the house. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

A Great Getaway!

Cooperstown is one of my favorite places to visit. This was a last minute get away due to having to change plans because of Hurricane Florance. From the 2 days before we arrived, Linda was great to work with! We were able to book without difficulty and she was more than accommodating. The house was great - we truly enjoyed our stay. Linda and Paul were great with any questions we had and were easily accessible for any concerns regarding the house. The house was homey and spacious. Everyone in our party was able to have their own space. It was only a few minutes from in town Cooperstown. I would definitely book with them in the future! Thank you Linda and Paul for a great stay!

This is the home you and the kids don't want to leave. It is set up with your team in mind. A fire pit to gather around, Share stories over a roaring fire, a large deck attached to the home with a BBQ grill area with seating for all. Ping Pong anyone?? Play that playoff championship game on the ping pong table in the pool house. A 16' x 32' Mineral based heated pool with lounge seating all around for your enjoyment or sit under the pavilion and watch the baseball games on the outdoor TV. If that was not enough send the kids to the yard to play basketball on the basketball court. There is something for everyone. You will not be disappointed.
