Erschwingliche Cottage Schritte vom See Avalon

Diese Hütte im Norden bietet Ihnen Zugang zum unberührten See Avalon. Es ist nur drei Häuserblocks von einem Zugang zum Sandstrand entfernt. Die Hütte bietet ein abgeschiedenes Gefühl, umgeben von Bäumen und doch in der Nähe des Sees.
Dies ist eine großartige Vermietung für mehrere Zwecke.

Im Sommer bleiben Sie hier, um in der Nähe des Sees zu sein, ohne die hohen Kosten für die Uferpromenade zu tragen, oder um eine Heimatbasis zu haben, während Sie das wunderschöne Nord-Michigan sehen. Im Herbst können Sie hier auf den zahlreichen Wanderwegen in der Nähe jagen oder ATV fahren. Im Winter nutzen Sie diese Wege für Motorschlitten. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze für ATV / Schneemobilanhänger.

Die Kabine bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen mit den beiden Schlafzimmern, kann aber im Wohnzimmer eine Luftmatratze unterbringen, wenn Sie keine Angst vor der Nähe haben. Viel Platz im Hinterhof, um bei Bedarf ein Zelt aufzubauen.
Die Besitzer sind in der Nähe, wenn sie während des gesamten Aufenthalts gebraucht werden. Lassen Sie sie wissen, wenn Sie spezielle Wünsche haben. Sie sind mehr als glücklich, unterzubringen.

Die Eigentümer können zwei Pontons mieten. Es gibt eine lokale Firma, die Kajaks und Stand-Up-Paddle-Boards sowie Schwimmwesten vermietet und ausliefert. Erkundigen Sie sich beim Eigentümer nach Einzelheiten.

Die Kabine verfügt über WLAN und einen Feuerstab, um Streaming-Dienste zu sehen. Kein Kabelfernsehen.

Great stay

We were up in the area from Ohio. We attended the Sno*drift performance stage rally. We didn’t get to the cabin till late at night, maybe around 11. We found we had a small problem with the cabin. Alysa pickup the phone right away even thought it was late. Ted was there the next morning to fix the problem. Really seems like they care, that was nice. 100% recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for us.

This was our second vacation here. Like the first time, booking was efficient and painless. Price was just fine. Communication was perfect and prompt. We spent 80% of our time in the cabin. Everything thing worked, very clean, very comfortable. Can’t ask for more than this.

Budget-friendly lodging just steps from an amazing lake!

We are repeat guests at this cozy home 3 blocks from Lake Avalon, which we consider the best swimming lake we have ever found! Alysa is the perfect host: attentive, accommodating and always happy to help. The cottage has received upgraded bedding and appliiances which have escalated the property from "rustic" to "classy country". The property is beautifully maintained and the house is very clean. The updates in the kitchen helped a lot, and we really appreciated the efforts of the homeowners to make the rear deck a wonderful place for morning coffee. I can't say enough good things about this small, cozy budget-friendly home!

Perfect Location for our Family Reunion

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for when at the last minute we decided to attend our 418 strong family reunion. The location was convenient to everything we needed and had all the amenities. The lake is beautiful. Sat on the deck one morning and was serenaded by the mourning doves and loons, what an amazing song! If you are looking for a nice getaway in this area, this place is definitely what you are looking for!

Clean, Close to Thunderbay Elk Viewing

We booked because of the elk viewing at Thunder Bay Resort. We came with a second couple. I didn't want to book at the resort for the 2 night minimum and stay for one. I was seriously surprised by this place. They have all of the essentials. Before you go to the store, check the cabin. The place is immaculately kept. Plus (bonus) it was way cheaper than a hotel because there were two bedrooms. If you stay in this area, book the room. I will. For sure.

This was our second time staying at this location. We just love it. Nice quiet area close to town why waste $60 at a hotel when u can get a whole house under $100. Already thinking to plan our next visit. Happy holidays to everyone

Great Place!

This cottage is perfect if your looking for peace and quiet. Very clean, decorated tastefully and quaint. The only negative thing I would say is the mattresses could be better quality. But overall a great property.

Cozy Get away

The cottage was perfect for a peaceful quiet fall getaway. The back deck over looked a spacious yard surrounded by trees. The inside of the cottage was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The property owners were quick to respond to all messages and questions.

A fantastic stay.

In short, this immaculate cabin had not only all the normal amenities, it had much more. Even more impressive, it had things we never thought of. For example, the television, DVD player and Fire had every conceivable cable and adapter to attach virtually any device we brought including cell phones and computers. The 3-burner grill was clean and equipped with a full tank of propane. All three piezo lighters function fired with one click. Heavy duty, outdoors decorated plates, bowls and coffee/hot chocolate cups were spick and span as was the silverware. Both large beds were comfortable. The heating system was even and efficient. The water in the kitchen had on-demand heat that was not to hot and not too cold. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we loved this cottage and the friendly and helpful way communications were conduced.

My husband and I have deep roots to Lake Avalon and the Hillman area. We bought this cabin for a multitude of reasons but right now we are enjoying renting it out to vacationers.
We live nearby in Alpena but spend as much time on Lake Avalon as we possibly can. My husband, Ted, is an electrician and I, Alysa, work at a title company in Alpena. We have one wild and darling daughter, Ava, and another on the way. They are joined by our huge black lab Boomer.
We love hosting renters and are only a call/text away in you need anything from us during, before, or after your stay.

We pride ourselves on offering the most affordable rental property in the area. This cabin is cozy and offers the 'up north' feeling that you want while you visit northern Michigan. You can't get a hotel with two separate room, a kitchen, and a private back porch overlooking the woods for this price. We try to make our guest feel welcome and always ask if there are any special requests we can fulfill. If you're looks to get some lake time, just get away, or be near family for a cheap price, we are the cabin for you!
