Günstig gelegen in Gehweite von St. Petersplatz, der Vatikan, St. Angel's Castle, Trastevere, Navona Square, das umliegende historische Zentrum, diese Wohnung ist das perfekte Nest, um Ihren Aufenthalt in Rom zu genießen.
Das Gebäude wurde vor 7 Jahren komplett renoviert. Es ist akustisch isoliert und mit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer ausgestattet.

Rome Holiday

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights prior to catching a train to the coast for a cruise. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance to the Colosseum, Vatican and Parthenon. Andrea was extremely helpful and meet us at check in to review the amenities. 4 star property that I would definitely recommend

Wonderful Rome location

We had a great stay in this Rome property - easy to walk to several attractions and very close to the Vatican. Andrea was very responsive to all of my questions, arranged for transportation from the airport and met us at check-in to show us around the apartment. Lots of space which was great. Building A/C was turned off for the fall but luckily there was a standing fan that we moved into the bedroom. Thank you Andrea!

Wonderful stay in Rome!

Our amazing host, Andrea, and his associate, Nikoo, greeted us for check-in.The apartment was larger than anticipated, quiet, and well appointed with everything we need, and is in a fantastic location both for walking to many of the top attractions and restaurants, as well as great bus and taxi access. Andrea is an exceptional host and very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you Andrea!!

Bright New Apartment

Andrea was very accommodating with our change of arrival due to flight delays. He was very prompt in responding to questions. The apartment is awesome - ample space for a mother, son, and grandson. Great area with eateries and close bus access.

Such a fantastic stay

We could not have picked a better location or place to stay while we were in Rome! We literally walked to everything from here. Attending daily mass at the Basilica was at the top of our list and this location made that easy to accomplish. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us !

Once in a lifetime trip

We stayed here following our Mediterranean cruise for a few days to explore Rome before we headed home to the US. This home was exactly what we wanted and it was in perfect condition and such a perfect location. I can’t say enough great things about this property and the management. We will definitely be back!

Andrea was super responsive. He arranged transportation for us, met us at the home and showed us around and presented us with wine. Fabulous host! The location was perfectly located for so many sights but was quiet. Highly recommend!

Tres beau séjour dans cette belle ville.

Bel appartement bien situé et conforme a la description. L'hôte a été tres gentil et a répondu a nos attentes. Il nous a trouvé un transport pour l’aéroport et cela a été rapide et confortable. Seuls petits points négatifs le lit est un peu mou et la douche aurrait besoin dun peu d’amour. A part ca. Tres bien.

Location is unbeatable, so close to the Vatican

You can be at Saint Peter’s square in a 15 minute walk. The Vatican is an amazing place to visit. I appreciated the darkness of the bedroom and how quiet it was at night. The host met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Also appreciated the bottle of red wine he gave us. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant the around the corner.

Perfect location and property!

Great Location Near Vatican

Very quiet bedroom for a great night sleep. Comfortable bed. Shower water pressure wonderful. Enjoyed a bottle of wine provided by owner and a bottle of water. Grocery stores and Coffee bar close by as well as restaurant around the corner. Easy taxi pick up. Utilized private pick up service offered by apt owner and went smoothly. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect in every way

Absolutely the most well equipped apartment I have stayed at in Europe. I didn’t cook in there but if I had wanted to it had everything necessary, even an immersion blender! Ladies, there’s a makeup mirror! Owner responds quickly to any questions. Great location, super spacious. We will stay again.

Rome week

This was a great apartment to explore the sites in central Rome for the week. Easy walking distance to the major sites and many restaurants. Andrea was a responsive host and shared a list of restaurants & pizzerias ahead of time. He also coordinated a driver to get us to the airport for an early morning flight home. We would stay here again.

Holy Week in Rome

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We spent nine days in Rome during and after Holy Week. The location is exceptional for access to the Vatican and bus lines for ventures afield. A good sized grocery store is about a ten minute walk away. We typically ate lunch out and cooked dinner in. The refrigerator is large an easily stored what we needed. The induction cooktops are intuitive. All necessary kitchen gadgets and many pantry staples were present. The only issue we had was the fiddly nature of the washer/dryer. Not being used to the small European combo unit, it took a good amount of trial and error to figure out what worked - and I’m not sure we ever got it quite right. The apartment is clean, bright, spacious, and quiet. We would most certainly stay here again.

Great Location

This property is located very close to the Vatican museum and basilica. A quick walk across the bridge takes you into old Rome. We would stay here again.
