Erstaunliches Ferienhaus in Nordostindiens wunderschönem Steuben County, am wunderschönen 854 Hektar großen All Sports Hamilton Lake, dem viertgrößten See im Bundesstaat IN!

Vintage 1920 Cottage wurde vor kurzem aktualisiert, um High-End-modernen Annehmlichkeiten, alle unter Beibehaltung seiner ursprünglichen rustikalen Atmosphäre. Unser Haus verspricht nicht zu enttäuschen.

Der Hamilton See ist nur 10 Minuten von Angola entfernt und eignet sich perfekt zum Angeln, für Wassersportarten, zum Einkaufen, für Weinproben, für Antiquitätengeschäfte, zum Rodeln, zum Eislaufen im Winter und zum Zeitvertreib mit der Familie. Im Mietpreis enthalten: Anlegestelle für Ihr Boot, Gasgrill, Fahrräder, Kajak, Tretboot, Otter Island Raft mit Pop-Up-Sitzen, Maisloch und vieles mehr. Mit 80 Fuß Seeufer und einem sandigen Boden ist es perfekt für alle Schwimmaktivitäten. Es gibt auch einen Park direkt hinter unserem Grundstück mit Basketball- und Spielgeräten, Picknicktischen und Platz für Kinder zum Laufen.

Wenn Sie an einem Bootsverleih interessiert sind, bieten 2 der 4 Marinas am Hamilton Lake einen Bootsverleih an. Clark's Landing (260-488-2169) und JB's Water & Wheels (260-668-2741).

Haus hat Schlafgelegenheiten für 14 Personen. 1 Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene hat ein französisches Bett. 2 Schlafzimmer auf der 2. Ebene, 1 mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Kinderbett und Schlafkabine, das 2. mit 1 Queen w / Twin Trundle und 1 zusätzlichen Twin. Die untere Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafsofas und 1 Queensize-Schrankbett. Pack n Play und Hochstuhl ebenfalls erhältlich.

Lakeside Relaxation ! Beautiful place !

My wife and I, and 2 adult sons attended a wedding in Butler. The house is SO well appointed, and totally updated. So relaxing and comfortable. Has to be one of the prettiest views on the entire lake. 5 star recommendation all the way. Thank you for sharing your home !

Summer get away

The home was everything and more than expected. It is well appointed with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were also happy that we were able to bring our boat and enjoy the lake. It was a week that went too fast!

Perfect stay for large families

Our large family easily fit 12 people in beds. Lots of bedding options, from king, queen, twin, trundle, Murphy bed, pull-outs, a couple crib mattresses, and even a pack-n-play. Plenty of sheets, towels, and dining room seating as well. The house was spotless inside and out. Communication couldn't be better. The lakeside property provided a beautiful location to swim, relax and visit. We would definitely return!

The property was perfect for our needs. The lake view was spectacular and much better than staying in a hotel. Bev was on top of the booking from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend and would stay again should the opportunity arise.

The BEST family Thanksgiving ever!!!

Charming Lake front home, this place is a 10+

This home is everything you see and more! So open, comfortable and tastefully decorated “Lake Style.” The panoramic view of the lake is spectacular! Loved the peace and calm of the lake in the early morning! Our family, 6 adults and 6 Grandkids throughly enjoyed swimming, kayaking, paddle boat and cruising on the pontoon boat which we rented from the marina. I would highly recommend as this home is one of a kind!

Fantastic lake house!

My wife and I took our adult kids on a long weekend getaway. Had a great time. This is a beautiful house and property. Killer views across the lake. The house is so cozy and nicely decorated. Unlike some other rentals, this house is stocked well w all accessories you need. We played games, had a fire next to the lake and explored the area which is charming. Bev was great to work with on details and access. Highly recommend this home.

Lovely and comfortable lake house

The house is lovely with a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The spaces are all excellent from kitchen to dining to living room to bedrooms, lower level apartment and both porches. All beds were quite comfortable. There are stairs down to the docks and lake and a paddle boat and kayak for guest use. There is an easy to use ladder to get into the water. It was cold in the beginning of June but by the end of three weeks was a good temperature. We rented a pontoon boat for one of our three weeks and the 11 year old grandchild loved being pulled behind on a float. Weekends on the lake can be busy but the weekdays in June were very quiet. The youngest (3) grandchild loved the little playground across the lane. Beverley, our hostess, was fantastic and helpful. I highly recommend this rental. We really fell in love with the house, its setup, comfort and decor.

Great week at Hamilton Lake

This cottage was the cleanest property we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot of them. Decorated very cute with a lake theme. There is a great view of the lake from the wall of windows in the great room. The children had a great time swimming and fishing in front of the cottage. They played a couple times on the "Lily Pad" that came with the cottage as well as with some blow up toys we brought from home. The swim area worked great for our little ones. Even the 4 year old could touch at the bottom of the steps leading into the water. They fished from the sea wall and our 10 year old grandson caught a huge bass. He will always remember the thrill. The extra kitchen area downstairs provided a 2nd refridgerator that we stored all of our beverages and some extra frozen items. Handy to come in from the lake front for a cold drink. The large sectional in the great room provided a comfy area for the kids to have movie night while the adults played a game at the table nearby. Our family really enjoyed our week. This is a great place and the location was wonderful as well.

Peaceful Stay

The house was beautiful, well maintained, stocked with everything you could need including life jackets, paddle boat, kayak, floats, and more. Bev was awesome to communicate with, the neighbors were friendly and their properties were also well cared for. The fire pit was perfect, and our kids had a blast.

Overall, our experience was great. The host is overly helpful and great to work with. The neighbors were a little short with us on the extra parking in the park, as they were having a party later in the night. We tried to explain to them, we would be gone as we were getting ready for a wedding. The house was beautiful along with the lake.

We loved this house and had a great stay! The house was everything that was advertised. We would recommend everyone to stay at this house if they are looking to book a week at Hamilton Lake. The owner was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating. We will rent again at some point.
