Misty Cove ist der Ort, um einfach nur auf einem der beiden Decks zu sitzen und den Nebel auf dem Berg zu beobachten oder die gleiche Aussicht zu genießen, wie Sie im Wohnzimmer sitzen. Die große Küche und Essbereich ist genau das, was Sie für die Familie treffen müssen, um zu sammeln. Die Hütte ist sehr leicht zu erreichen und von der Hütte sind Sie sehr nah an den Eingang zum Great Smoky Mountain Nationalpark sowie Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg und Sevierville. Sie sind nur einen Katzensprung von unserem Erholungsgebiet Cove Mountain entfernt, das Ihnen ein großes Schwimmbad, ein Kinderbecken, 2 angelegte Fischteiche zum Fischen und Freigeben sowie eine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit bietet.

I liked it very much

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good vacation experience. It was convenient because it had a lot of places to go near the cabin. If we wanted to go 30 mins away there was even more stuff to do. Lots of places to go is what I’m getting at. The cabin was great too. We were supplied with extra pillows and towels and stuff like that. The hot tub was also phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to go.

Christmas vacay

Definitely will be visiting again our whole family enjoyed the cabin and enjoyed the pool table we were able to relax and just enjoy time together as a family perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge.

Fabulous stay

We stayed at Misty Cove from the 28th of December until the 1st of January.The check-in was extremely easy. We received an email with the lock code. The cabin had a beautiful log burning fire with lots of dry logs. The only issues I add was on the images of the cabin. It shows there are three bedrooms there is in fact only two but there is a sofa bed in the living room. So we were all able to stay comfortably . there were lots of cooking equipment in the kitchen lots of towels. I can’t complain about our stay at all. I do think it will be a good idea if a hairdryer was added to the property as we were visiting from the UK so didn’t bring one with us but we did purchase one for 16 from Publix. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Relaxing!!

This place is wonderful!! It was clean, spacious, in a beautiful setting, and the hot tub was fabulous!! There are several nails that need attention my child had an E.R visit, lesson learned we wore shoes on the deck after. It happens. It is in the mountains no cell signal. It was all I expected and more. We were very pleased with our stay. Would book again for sure!

Fun fall break

My eleven-year old insisted I write a review giving 5 stars all around. He and the rest of my family had so much fun at the cabin! It was very clean and spacious, with sufficient privacy but neighbors close enough that it didn’t feel too remote. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which was wonderful. We’d definitely go back.

Smoky Moutain getaway

Great cabin tucked away from the hustle of Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. But not far from all that awaits there. Close to National Park to explore. Wears Valley and Townsend offer shops, wineries, distillery and family activities. Enjoyed our stay and making memories. Kids liked the hot tub and pool table.

Wonderful views!

The first night we were there we heard a herd of moose trecking theough the woods right beside the cabin. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The cabin was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the big television.

Cabin was clean and had everything. The outside upkeep was not the greatest The pictures are not accurate for some things and the discrepancies I would like to see addressed For future guests I did call management and they did address some but other things like the screen porch which I was so going to use ,wasn’t screen in and when asked to why didn’t get a comfort answer so with all the new property being built in and around If owner wants to rent I do believe he or she needs to address issues and update the description of this cabin We had a great time and price was good but a bit disappointing

Everywhere you turned it needed maintenance, wish I could post the pictures. It didn’t have bedbugs at least. Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here.

Cabin is in a perfect private and nice location. It was clean, the electronic equipment in the living room and kitchen appliances was working right.The yard was clean, but not quite kept. Vines started covering main entrance. Porch screen was broken and missing door side. Window shades and garage door were broken. Overall inside was good except (comments). Outside needs more attention.

Disappointed in Misty Cove & Cove Mountain Realty

Reviewer Comments: I have rented from Cove Mountain numerous times and have always been satisfied until this time. Misty Cove was very dirty, grounds and outside porches and decks had not been cleaned in weeks. Information about the cabin should have included the fact there are many, many stairs; entrance to the cabin and between floors. You had to find the wi-fi password on the refrigerator; Cove Mountains’ information was all wrong. I was very disappointed that Cove Mountain would have a cabin like this as one of their rentals. I would not recommend this cabin.

July 2021 Stay

Ive stayed at several Cove Mountain cabins amd enjoyed my stay prior to this one. Misty Cove was the absolute worse experience Ive ever had. Upon our arrival we found what seed to be mice droppings in the closet on the lower level come to find out they were worms all inside the closet. We notified the Cove Mountain around 5pm amd she said she woyld let someone know…never heard back. The mext morning we wake up and worms were now all over the bathroom floor , carpets, garage, game room amd crawling up the steps. We called the office again and talked to Francis, she said she would notify someone amd see what she could do. It’s 10pm and we have not heard from anyone all day. We had to move all guest up on the 2nd and 1st levwl floor bc they were so bad they coyld not stay on the bottom level. Absolutely disgusting. The fact that they owners did not try to do anything about its is even worse. The cleaning crew done a horrible job. The kitchen had food crumbs still on the floor, spider webs all over th throupillo

Fun area, great house for six people.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in an area new to our travels. Very convenient to Mt Leconte and other hikes. We weren’t in the area long enough to enjoy everything. The rental house was nice. I do believe if you have a pool table and air hockey as part of the package, they should be in working order. We had one pool stick that was crooked. The fireplace smoked terribly. We know how to operate a wood fireplace. It kept setting off the fire alarm. When we got home all of our clothes smelled of smoke. It was very cold the last night. In the morning we couldn’t get the heat to work. The people that slept downstairs said the heater was so loud the first night, that they turned it off. Very cool home and layout. Loved having two king beds in a rental. The hot tub was a very nice addition. I think this home needs a few adjustments to make it match the presentation. The fees and rental were high for the amount of things that need to be updated. You pay a damage fee and a maid fee. You don’t remove your sheets (so the maid can inspect them). Now, if the last people that stayed there broke the pool sticks, that should come out of their damage deposit. So then you replace the pool sticks for the next renter. I don’t get the damage deposit, if it isn’t used to replace broken items. There were many light bulbs that needed to be replaced. For this price I have stayed in nicer equipped homes as advertised. The beds were okay comfortable. We did have a great time. Again, fix the fireplace. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and general stores.

October 2024 Stay

overall an ok stay probably won't stay there again as it was very difficult for my elderly dad and friend who both use canes to manage pictures were deceiving no view to be seen because of trees would suggest more safety bars in downstairs bathroom my dad slipped in the shower also all remotes did not have batteries so tvs couldn't be used with remotes sounds trivial but extra batteries would be nice we have stayed in several cove mountain cabins over the years

Just a house

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures advertised show a beautiful scenic view, these must have been taken years ago because there were no mountain views to be found. Plenty of mimosa trees and vines. Paths that we thought might lead to a view lead to the neighbor or were blocked within 20 feet of entering the path. It was advertised for 10 people but there were no large skillets to cook. We were a family of 8 teens and adults. The pool room had no chalk, the darts were stuck in the board- no ability to throw. The pull out couch bed had cereal in it when we opened it. And it was so bent out of shape that my son couldn’t sleep on it. He ended up sleeping on the couch. My daughter said sleeping on the living room floor was more comfortable than sleeping on the bed and in the sweltering heat of the third floor. The kids got in the hot tub one night in the dark, when we got into it the next day we realized what they had been soaking in. The water was disgusting. Again as I said it was - just a house, it did work for our needs for the week but no extras.

August 2022 Stay

The 3 main selling points for the cabin was the view the hot tub and the extra beds upstairs for more people. The upstairs was too hot to sleep there. The fans did not do a good job. The cover on the hot tub was broken and one corner falls into the water in the hot tub. So it was very hard to get on and off. We only use that 1 time. The view in the pictures was non-existent. The trees and brush have grown up so much that there isn't a view. We were very disappointed in that. The cabin is comfortable and quiet. The clothes dryer made a horrible racket and did not dry clothes completely. There wasn't an outside trash receptacle. We had to take the trash to the office to get rid of it.

First time and the experience was better than staying in a hotel.

It was comfortable and homey. We were able to hang out and enjoy our own space by getting a house for the family and enjoy each other rather than trying to do it in a hotel. This is only the beginning!!!!

Loved the cabin. Excellent location with a nice Mountain View. Very clean and well supplied. Cannot wait to return again to Misty Cove in the near future. RE/MAX Cove Mountain is the absolute best. Top notch service. Truly 5 STAR. 🙋‍♀️❤️
