I have stayed in this unit three times, April 2017 being our third rental there. Within ten minutes of arrival, we are unloading groceries and placed toilet paper on the shelf in laundry and the ENTIRE shelf came out of the wall and crashed to the floor. Thank goodness a kid was not in there!! Called maintenance and couple hours later they show up and tell us this is not the first time this has happened (holes in the wall where screws:anchors were indicated this. The floors were absolutely disgusting, with the carpet being the worst. Literally, made my children wear socks and shoes in the condo the entire 8 days because the carpet was sick!
Second day, knob completely falls off of the sink handle. No screws in it at all.
Not ONE, not even one baking sheet for the oven and only 4 towels in a 3 bedroom condo. Called down to the front desk and they brought up two baking sheets and more towels. Think about every single thing you put in an oven on a simple vacation? (Cinnamon rolls, biscuits, pizzas, pizza rolls for kids, etc) and not even one thing to cook any of this on in a $3,000 a week condo. Also, no corkscrew......called desk and they asked me to come down and get one because they were too busy to bring me anything.
Dryer does not work! Took three cycles to dry every single load of towels and clothes. Talk about feeling like your not on vacation :-/
I would not recommend this condo at all until some serious upgrades and checklists are made for simple items such as cookie sheets and towels. Basic maintenance has not been a priority for this unit. I will be making a call to Brett Robinson, as i realize the owner probably depends on them to maintenance unit and make sure it has necessities and is Clean.
Once more......did I mention the carpet, ughhh gross.
