Diese Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer bietet viel Platz und einen direkten Blick auf den Strand. Von der dritten Etage haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick auf den gesamten Strand, sind aber so niedrig, dass Sie abends die Brandung hören können.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang zum Balkon und das große Fenster kann geöffnet werden, um die Brandung zu hören, wenn Sie einschlafen.

Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, und ist groß genug, damit zwei Personen bequem eine Mahlzeit zubereiten können.

Alle unsere Unterkünfte verfügen über volle Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Unterkunft und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, ist, Spaß zu haben! Darüber hinaus bietet unser Komplex einen Pool, einen Grill- / Picknickbereich, kostenloses WLAN, einen Autowaschbereich, eine Promenade für den Strand und einen bequemen Markt nebenan! In den Monaten März bis Oktober bieten wir auch einen kostenlosen Strandservice an! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

The couch was extremely uncomfortable and was more like a bench vs a couch. The bed was also uncomfortable and also very firm. I would not call the kitchen well stocked, but bare minimum stocked. The toilet in the bedroom is very low and is not ideal for tall people. No screens to keep bugs out on the main patio door or the windows in the bedroom.

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. Overall, great!

Great location, great view. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like the other families were enjoying it. Easy walk to beach. Plenty of parking. Has elevator and carts. Keyless entry was very convenient. Decor was a little outdated compared to the other listings but this had no effect on our stay. Television was a little confusing to use, but again, totally do-able. Needs some light bulb changes but that is an easy fix. Would absolutely stay here again, we had a blast.

Wonderful

The room was so comfortable and clean and just the perfect size for myself and my husband. We were only three floors up and right on the beach. I really enjoyed the quietness of the area, and we both appreciate being able to use the stairs not have to wait for elevators. While we did not use the pool, it was very clean and very nice.The check in receptionist,, Tonya, was welcoming and informative. We arrived early and our room was not ready but we were permitted to use the complementary beach service so it felt like we had another extra day on the beach. There is a Tom Thumb convenience story right next-door which was very convenient for last minute needs. All in all, it was a perfect place and stay.

Great stay at the Nautilus

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Nautilus and our first stay in unit 1305. The condo was clean and we enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf. We had a problem with the door lock initially that was resolved. The unit was comfortable. However we noticed a musty smell during our entire stay. Also the refrigerator freezer was making a loudnoise as if the motor was about to go out. We reported this to Nautilus mgmt. We enjoy the Nautilus because of its location and primarily because management staff is on site, accommodating and friendly. I also appreciate the ease of calling staff and reserving a condo by phone and the liberal cancellation policy. We will be back!
