Schönes Haus am Wasser mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen und einem wunderschönen Zuckersandstrand.
Überall gibt es einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, einschließlich Küche, Esszimmer, Spielzimmer und 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer.
Die drei Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock verfügen über Deckenventilatoren, große Fenster mit herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser und eine erfrischende kühle Sommerbrise in der Nacht.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafnummernbett. Die restlichen zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen jeweils über eine volle Größe und ein Twin-Size-Bett. Das 4. Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Doppelbett.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen sollten. Es gibt einen Weber-Propan-Grill, auf dem Sie auf der Terrasse grillen können, während Sie auf das Wasser schauen.

Perfect for our group!

The house was just as it appeared in the pictures and description. It was perfect for our group of 9 women. The kitchen was stocked, the rooms were big, and the beach was wonderful!! Ron was very helpful, and available if we had a question.

Beautiful Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was easy to communicate with, check in was easy. Location was perfect. We were able to see both the sunset and sunrise from this beach location. Property was well cared for and clean. Everything we needed was onsite and available. Definitely plan on coming back.

Sisters Weekend!

Having 7 of us celebrating our annual Sisters Weekend, we often find it difficult to accommodate 7 of us. A kitchen table for morning coffee, 2 bathrooms and a bed for everyone is just what we need. The private beautiful beach with a fire pit and patio was an added bonus. Perfect!

Beach was perfect. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the yard or the beach. Swimming is excellent, sandy bottom and shallow with sandbars so great for littles. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. There is an extra room next to the living room where beach toys and extra towels, etc. can be kept. Plentiful deck furniture. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing beach house - perfect location between Caseville and Port Austin

The property was pretty comfortable for our family of 8. The upstairs bedrooms were nice sizes with brand new mattress and large dressers for clothes/ storage. Bathrooms were good condition and updated. The sugar sand beach is pristine - nice large staircase with railings. The neighbors were very friendly. Ron was great to work with. It was nice that he called at booking and before check-in to see if we had any questions. The kitchen is pretty small but we knew that from the pictures. There is not a lot of room for food storage. We couldn't all try and get lunch at the same time- had to prepare our food in 2 groups. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. No dishwasher so it would be good to bring some paper plates/ plastic silverware too. The window AC unit works really well at cooling the house and there were plenty of fans to blow the air upstairs. One bonus was there was an additional room off the doorwall that was not shown in the pictures. It is a game room - we utilized the space for our rafts and beach gear.

Such a nice stay!

We had a wonderful time at Ron's house! It was spacious and comfortable, and the beach was perfect for our three kids. The weather was pretty cool all week, so we stayed comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated two full baths. It's such a nice way to spend time with family on the beach in Caseville! I absolutely recommend staying here for a relaxed and enjoyable time on Lake Huron.

Amazing beach

What a gorgeous location. The beach here is truly amazing. We spent a great deal of time swimming in the water. Our boys (ages 4 and 8) loved the sandy shore and the sand bars. We played mini-golf a couple times and of course, stopped by Walt’s Meats. I’m obsessed with coffee and loved that this house has both a Keurig and a Bunn coffeemaker. All in all it was a perfect week!

Family Stay with grandparents and young kids

Great property with plenty of room for family beach vacation with two sets of grandparents, parents, and 2 young kids. Our favorite part was the sandy beach and the three large bedrooms upstairs that all have big windows with unobstructed views of the lake and when the windows are open give a great breeze and you can hear the waves all night long. We all slept well. Downstairs is open and gives great views as you cook and share a meal at the dining table. The beach this year is great and we were able to walk the beach each way for a mile plus in the mornings. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent Lake Huron family cottage

Waterfront cottage on Lake Huron. Lots of sleeping space and 2 good size bathrooms. Great for families. Extremely responsive and helpful owner. Highly recommended!

House was perfect for our needs. Lots of room. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Lake front is perfect. The kitchen had just enough to make some simple meals. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect little piece of paradise

The property was very clean, spacious, and had that old lake house charm. The kitchen is small, but has a great view to enjoy while using it. The beachfront is sandy and walkable. We enjoyed bbq on the back deck and the fire ring on the beach. We will definitely come back!

Awesome Lake Views

Spacious interior for meeting with family, grassy backyard for children to play, deck with picnic table, lounge chairs for sitting on the beach, kayaking, and immediate response from owner during and after stay. Would highly recommend renting ,we entertained family from 22 mos. to senior citizens.

A wonderful vacation!

Our family of 4 (+ 4 friends) spent a fun and relaxing week at this spacious beach house! Lake Huron was a highlight - the view, private beach, and swimming were all great. Clear water, sandy bottom (no rocks or muck!), and relatively shallow (safe for kids). Apparently there was more beach in past years when the water was lower, but we hardly noticed. There was still plenty of sand for us to play in and have a bonfire (in the fire ring provided). We were extremely happy with the space inside the house, too. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are large and well equipped with a variety of bed sizes and sleeping options. And oh my gosh there are big windows everywhere - you can lay in bed and not just listen to the water lapping on the shore, but you can see the water from bed too! A full bath upstairs was clean and convenient for all. Ceiling fans in every room + an attic fan kept us all cool. Downstairs on the main floor there is a small fourth bedroom and a second full bath, which was great. We spent most of our indoor time in the living/dining room, where there was plenty of comfortable seating for our party of 8 - a large dining table and comfortable sofas. There is a smart tv so we brought our Roku and watched a few movies. There is an extra game room off the living room we could use too. The kitchen is a bit small, but this was never a problem for us. It was well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed prepping meals there while looking out the big windows and feeling the breeze come in. We did most of our cooking outside on the deck anyway - there are 2 grills provided. There are plenty of outdoor chairs plus 2 picnic tables. The lawn is flat and perfect for lawn games. We played bocce ball and brought a pop up net to play badminton. The neighbors are close but very friendly and respectful of our space. Communication with Ron, the owner, was so easy and he gave us all the info we needed to prepare for our stay. Thank you for everything Ron, we hope to visit again!

Great Cottage!

We enjoyed a wonderful week on the best beach in Caseville. Cottage was clean and well appointed. 3 of the bed rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Ron was great to deal with and very responsive to all of our needs. We look forward to being a return guest in the future.
