Das South Wind Resort ist bei Luxury Beach Rentals erhältlich und befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strand in einem ruhigen, familienorientierten Strandabschnitt. Diese Penthouse-Suite mit 4 Schlafzimmern auf der 15. Etage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Ferienwohnung bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer mit Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zum riesigen Balkon mit Rundumblick. Das Hauptbad bietet Granitoberflächen, Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie Fliesenböden. Das zweite Zimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, das dritte Zimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett und das vierte Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind Flachbildfernseher, große Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatten. Diese Wohnung schafft einen großen und geräumigen Aufenthalt für Sie und Ihre Gäste. Fall Getaway

Great location on the ocean. We stayed in one of the penthouses which had a large balcony. All the rooms were comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Only issue I had was with the vent in the back bathroom which wasn’t working. Not a big deal though

Wonderful beach spot

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around porch is lovely and has a great view. The multiple pools were a huge hit with the kids in our crew. A couple of restaurants walkable and others a quick drive. Definitely recommend!

Great location, floor plan and balcony very nice.

Condition needs work. Tile floor dirty...needs good steam clean. Lots of mold in master shower. Bath fixtures falling off wall and ceiling.

Amazing View!!

Our group of 8 had a great time. The condo was perfect for a large group. We didn’t feel crowded at all. Had an issue with the AC shortly after checkin, but they were super speedy and sent maintenance up right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Location

The property was clean and served well for a group of 8 in 4 separate bedrooms. The beach is at your doorstep. The pools were clean, but hot tub jets weren't working. Lots of excellent restaurants within minutes, as well as access to central Myrtle Beach via Ocean Blvd.

First visit

This was our first time staying on this property and have to say that it is lovely. The pools and lazy river are adequately sized and we're not crowded during the entirety of our stay. The unit fit our needs well for the week. I was surprised to find that there were no curtains on the living room windows. We had an issue during the stay where the dryer died early in the week, but the management and the owner had the dryer replaced by the end of the week, so only a minor inconvenience. The shower in the master suite wasn't very well cleaned upon check-in (there was hair on the wall) and there were cleaning towels on one of the beds that had been used for cleaning. Other than that, there were no issues with our stay. We will strongly consider this property again for our next trip to the beach!

Great Penthouse at a great price

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in PH1. The size of the unit is great and all the items you need. The oversize balcony was really great. The only complaint we have is the indoor pool was not "indoor" since all of the glass had been removed from the windows surrounding the room. Our kids were excited to use the pool, but with no glass and no heat in the pool, they were not able to swim. Wish we would have been made aware of this. Other than that, this is a great place.
