Smaller than expected

Right on the beach. Great view. Cramped even for two. Refrigerator exterior rusted. Due to humidity everything smelled musty.

Furniture needs updating

Location was perfect!!! Close to everything. The furniture in the unit was horrible and not comfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The couch was hard as well. You do have to pay for parking which was something I was not aware of. It is $50 a vehicle. Which is something that should be included in my opinion, but it is what it is. View was spectacular from the 8th floor. Also the balconies are not private. Our neighbors could see right over to ours just by standing up.

Best part was location

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Whem we first arrived, there was an odd smell. On our 3rd day there, the washer stopped working properly. We contacted the front desk but it never got fixed.

Not happy

Nice location and easy access to the beach. After spending a full day on the beach we were scared and shocked when we returned to our room and the door was wide open. There was a maintenance man inside replacing the washer and dryer. No body contacted us to let us know this was going to happen. After talking with the maintenance man he said the washer was broken and the previous guest had rust stains on all their clothes after washing them and again no body bothered to let us know of the issue even though they knew it was broken. I would not recommend to stay here because of the lack of communication. The owner said we would be contacted by the property manager but never heard from them. Once they had our money they could care less how we were treated.

Great experience and very helpful staff. Perfect location.

The place was neat and clean. It's small yet efficient. We had a family of 4 and a baby and had no issues. When we had a slight issue arise, the staff was on top of it and handled it extremely well. Location right on the beach and walking distance to some places like the Hangout made it a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent view

Overall the property and condo were great. On site staff friendly and available and the property was clean. It is an older property so could use some exterior upgrades and minor interior, but the condo has had a facelift and well suited our needs.

20th Anniversary Celebration

The pictures were exactly how the condo looked. The size was perfect for us and loved the balcony. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and local businesses.

For all the rules the trash kick up everyday at 3:30 was a rude daily awaking. Location was nice but very loud. Property seemed cheap as you only received a nominal amount of paper products and cleaning supplies. For what you pay it not worth not having maid service.

Ok place price was ok repair shower make tv a lot simpler.

Ok tv a hassle it shouldn’t be that difficult. Shower head needs to be fixed . All wall electrical receptacles need to be replaced they are dangerous I am telling this for your own good . Price was right . On a scale 1 to 10 being high I will give you a 7

Beautiful View.

It was very easy to check in and out. They supplied shopping carts for luggage (perfect). Assistance was available anytime. Fantastic view, being on the 8th floor. Easy access to beach and streets to walk down to shops. Great location. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason I chose a 4 star was because, the tile floors were dirty. We wore socks and picked up a lot of dirt. Also, the condo did not supply dish soap, laundry detergent or dryer sheets. But I would definitely stay there again.
