Ruhe im Texas Hill Country, ein privates und ruhiges Häuschen, eingebettet in den Wald am Nordufer des Lake Travis. Genießen Sie einfach die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Hügelland oder nutzen Sie die vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in der Luxusresortgemeinde The Hollows. Direkt vor Ihrer Haustür befindet sich der Ausgangspunkt für ein 16 km langes Wander- und Radwegenetz. Die Hütte ist eine kurze Entfernung (5 Autominuten oder 1,5 Meilen zu Fuß) vom Yachthafen, Beach Club Grill und Beach Club (Pools, Whirlpool, Fitnessraum, Volleyball, Picknickplätze, Zugang zum See, Kajakfahren und Spielplatz). Der Beach Club verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool mit Strandzugang sowie mehrere Pools im Grottenstil. Es gibt ein saisonales Restaurant in der Unterkunft, das in der Hochsaison von Donnerstag bis Sonntag Speisen, thematische Getränke und Musik serviert. Es gibt einen monatlichen Aktivitäts- / Veranstaltungskalender mit Aktivitäten für Kinder und Erwachsene (Smores, Kickball, Kunsthandwerk für Kinder und eine Bloody Mary Bar für Erwachsene zum Beispiel). Der große Pool ist in der Nebensaison nicht beheizt. Der Whirlpool an den Pools im Grottenstil ist jedoch in der Nebensaison eingeschaltet. Die Marina hat die beste Marina in Texas gewonnen. Auf Anfrage können Boote und Anhänger abgestellt werden. Sie können auch die Marina für Bootsverleih und Kreuzfahrten kontaktieren. Es gibt auch ein Hilltop Smokehouse, das Sie reservieren können (4 Autominuten vom Cottage entfernt), wo Sie Familientreffen, Probeessen, Zusammenkünfte usw. veranstalten können.

Das The Hollows befindet sich etwa 48 km nordwestlich von Austin, Texas, wo Sie Museen, Kunst, Festivals, Live-Musik und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten besuchen können. Besuchen Sie die University of Texas, um nur einige zu nennen. Das Hollows liegt auch in der Nähe mehrerer Zielorte (Fredericksburg, Wimberly, Horseshoe Bay und Marble Falls). This was a beautiful location.

This was a great location for my family to stay to watch the eclipse. The house was very clean and easy to access. The only issues we had was, the clubhouse was closed for renovations, and the bed was comfortable, but kind of squeaky. Thanks for the great stay

A wedding at Villa Antonia

Lovely property, my wife two nieces and a new born stayed here to be close to the wedding venue as several of us were in the wedding party. The only hiccup was we were given an incorrect lock code that made property entry harder than it should be.

Family Spring Break

We so enjoyed our stay at Patrick and Lisa’s home. Everything was absolutely wonderful and just want you need in a vacation home. The views and walking paths at the Hollows are great! Our boys loved fishing off the dock at the beach and enjoyed the swimming pools. Seriously cannot imagine how you would do a vacation home any better. Every detail was thought of. You feel far from town but only a 7min Drive for groceries. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked most meals at the home. Worth every bit of our drive from Kansas for some warm Texas sun and hospitality. Only possible downside is the master does not have a king bed. Would highly recommend staying at this home.

Perfect getaway

I can't say enough great things about this property and the owner, Lisa. While the pictures are excellent they can't tell the whole story. This house is tucked away off the major road putting you in quiet hillside nook overlooking a wooded valley from the back deck which great place to watch the sunset. The house is well furnished, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. This place has all the things you look for in an out of the way getaway. Only 20-30 mins to Austin, but honestly we prefered to stay near the house. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I also can't say enough about the owner Lisa. I have been using Airbnb, VRBO and Homeaway for years and I can honestly say communicating with Lisa has been the best of all the places we have stayed. Her replies to any of my questions were very prompt, usually right away. She was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here anytime I visit Austin!

Beautiful wedding

Our daughter was married at villa Antonia just a short few miles away. We spent the week here at the cabin and all I can say is that it was a beautiful peaceful and delightful place to stay!! We even sighted the elusive Texas Ringtail that came to visit one evening from the deck. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Texas Hill country and Lake Travis. 5 plus stars.

Well Stocked Hill Country House

Nice combination for visitors to experience hill country and lake travis. Beautiful cozy home with views and stocked coffee for keurig and cooking utensils. The local hand soap also nice touch.

Largo Vista is a great Texas Hill Country home.

We had a great experience at the Largo Vista home. The rental process is easy and the home is beautiful, not to mention accommodating. Everything inside is organized and feels like a home away from home.

Great girls trip!

Great House

Really enjoyed our rental. The house and the location are great if you want to get away and enjoy nature. The house has everything that is needed and you can tell that the owners put in a lot of thought into making sure the guests are comfortable. Look forward to returning after Covid, so we can enjoy some of the amenities of the resort that were closed.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely LOVE this cottage! We only had a couple of hiccups.... we were a little warm at night. We couldn't adjust the thermostat. We will definitely return! Great place overall.

Perfect Getaway

The place was is great shape and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay. We spent the mornings on the deck drinking coffee and enjoying the view, the days on a boat on Lake Travis, and the evenings grilling on the grill. All the while the kids entertained themselves with the Nintendo Wii. Lisa and Patrick were also very helpful during our stay. 5 star for sure.

This place is great! Location is handy from greater Austin. Pool at Beach Club is fun and accessible. Three comfortable bedrooms and spacious kitchen for making meals together. Sunny beautiful view.

Great getaway from the city. Beautiful property. One of the most comfortable places we have stayed, Peaceful, quiet, great walkable neighborhoods, lots of trails, friendly people, and nice weather. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to this area.

The Perfect Christmas Getaway

Our son lives in Houston and we spent last Christmas there, so this year we decided we wanted to try the Austin area and found this cabin - it was absolutely perfect. Sadly, my dad passed away the day we arrived in Texas so much of the week was spent making arrangements, etc., so we didn't have as much free time as we had hoped. But it turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 4 to "cele-grieve" as my daughter put it. Celebrating Christmas while grieving at the same time. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and everything worked perfectly. We grilled steaks for dinner on Christmas! The view off the back deck is amazing. If you get the chance, this is a fantastic place to stay. You're about 30 minutes from downtown Austin, which is ok. It was an easy drive. If you go about 15 minutes down the main road there are all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Many thanks to Lisa & Scott for their wonderful hospitality!

After spending many years staying in the Hollows and enjoying what it has to offer, we decided to purchase a second home here. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have over the years.

The Hollows holds a special place in our hearts. We were married at a venue on the north side of Lake Travis in 2008 and our whole wedding party stayed here. We all had such a wonderful time. Since then we have had bachelorette parties, girl weekends and now family vacations. No matter what the occasion, the Hollows was key in creating those special memories.
