This was exactly what I needed. I had all windows open to hear the waves day and night. The condo does not have AC but the fans helped especially since it was not hot yet. The fans and vents need a good dusting but other than that, this place was perfect. The parking space was and fit my jeep with plenty of room to open doors. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook when I did not feel like ordering. There are TVs in every room but I rarely turned them on. I will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Pacific Beach Condo

This property is fantastic. The views from the living room and main bedroom are awesome! The kitchen is well stocked though we didn’t do any cooking. Little coffee shop just across the street and lots of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Loved that everything was codes and not keys. Dedicated parking spot in gated, covered garage was a huge plus. Check in process was super simple. We will definitely be back if we vacation in San Diego again.

Definitely recommend! Condo was very clean and welcoming. Great location which means popular location … so the dedicated parking garage spot was super convenient. Beautiful property and view. Location was great and the view was fabulous. Property was well maintained and people very friendly. Loads and restaurants, grocery and pharmacy near condo. Communication with rental agent was great. Would definitely rent again if coming to the area.

Vacation Paradise

Great accommodations, great views. Easy, secure parking and access to Highway and beaches. Beds were very comfortable. Beautifully decorated in nautical themes. Internet access easy. Farmers Market on Tuesday one block away! Many good restaurants within walking distance. I don’t think you could find a better place to stay.

Best view on Pacific Beach!

Amazing corner unit gives you a panoramic view of the coast with stunning sunsets! This condo was well stocked, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We appreciated the closet full of boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. John was helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going great. We would happily stay here again.

Best place in the boardwalk

Pacific Beach and nearby Mission Beach are two of the most active and fun beach communities in San Diego. And this unit was in almost the perfect position to see all the action. The living room and bedroom each have big window views. And the deck was right on the corner with views up and down the boardwalk. On top of that, the apartment was clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. And on top of all that, you get a garage parking space in an area where parking is a premium. Finally, the unit manager was very helpful and accessible.

Wonderful stay

Great spot to visit San Diego and Pacific Beach. This corner unit has absolutely spectacular views, and is perfectly located to walk to hundreds of restaurants. Very clean and recently renovated. A perfect perch, above all the action, great combination of being on the beach, but also a retreat from the crowds below. Very secure garage with parking spot. All the San Diego attractions are a short drive away. If you are looking for a California beach vacation, stay here, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all the way.

Perfect.getaway location

Fabulous location with great views. Very clean condo with comfortable beds & modern appliances. Condo manager was communicative and friendly. Complex was quiet & clean. Laundry room was very clean. In close proximity of restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend this location & unit. I have stayed 3 other times at this complex in different units, this was by far the best yet.

Family getaway

Our last family trip as 3 before we welcome another one to the crew, and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. Waking up to the sunrises and ocean literally right outside the window can’t be described in words. Convenience to everywhere we wanted to go (the zoo, sea world, downtown, La Jolla) was a bonus, and we were very comfortable in the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an ocean front getaway!

Beautiful, large condo in perfect location

This condo was incredible in every way. Directly on boardwalk and walking distance to everything, quiet and friendly building, dedicated garage spot, updated and stocked, prestinely clean. And easy, clear and helpful reservation and check in/out process with John. Easily the nicest rental in the area. Grateful and will definitely return!

Amazing location!!

Would stay here again! Condo is in a great location, plenty of room, very nice, and clean. Anything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Open the windows and hear the waves crashing all day and night - is there any better sound? :)

Amazing views and very comfortable stay!

My husband, 12 yr old, 9 yr old and I had a fantastic stay at this ocean front condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. The condo’s views of the ocean were such a treat to wake up to. Cuz of the views from the condo of the beach we didn’t feel the need to rush off and do things. We had some of the best meals on the ocean front patio! The condo offered plenty of room to spread out, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean and updated. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids and would fit 3 comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed from spices to Tupperware containers, nice pans and cooking tools. The fridge offered filtered water and ice maker. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels and blankets for the beach. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and beach toys/balls. We appreciated the cleanliness of the carpet at the condo. Not many rentals I can say that I was very happy to sit and lay on the carpet! The condo is right on the strand. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The grocery store in 2 blocks away and there is a nice CVS just around the corner. The property owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at this property. Highlights include: * Great location, right in the center of Pacific Beach next to Crystal Pier, you can walk to the beach without crossing a street and you're close to shopping, food, and beach services. * The condo is updated with a well-stocked kitchen, nice furniture, and televisions. While the property is 'rustic,' the decoration is modern. * Great ocean view on the corner, ample windows and fans, air conditioning was not missed during the hottest days of the year. * Several beach chairs and boogie boards for use. * Good communication with property manager. Note the garage has low clearance, good for any car or truck, but not for overhead storage.

What a View!!

We had the best time staying at this Condo. It was exceptionally clean and had everything imaginable for a great time; Lounge chairs, games, shovels, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels and sand toys. This condo also had the very best view of the ocean and beach. We saw pelicans and dolphins and watched surfers right from the comfort of our condo. John was a pleasure to work with. He made this experience top notch. We will be back!!!

Amazing location, directly on the beach/boardwalk! Walking distance to everything you will need. Pristinely clean upon check in and great communication with property manager. Beach chairs, towels, and toys available to use along with movies, books, and really comfortable beds. We stayed with our 3 children and had an amazing time. Will definitely be back! Great stay.
