Wenn Sie schönes Dekor und Bettwäsche mit hoher Fadenzahl zu schätzen wissen, ist dies Ihr Eigentum. Die 3 Außendecks sind so schön wie der Innenraum. Es gibt einen atemberaubenden Meerblick von allen Wohnbereichen und 2 der Decks. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) mit Meerblick, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Fenstertüren, die auf das 20 x 30 ft. Große Deck führen, das Platz für 12 Personen bietet, einen Essbereich und einen großen Außenbereich Dusche. Die Hauptwohnbereiche und 4 weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss: (1) Master (Kingsize-Bett) mit eigener Terrasse und eigenem Bad (mit Dampfdusche). (2) Ein kleines Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten). Dieses Zimmer hat Aufhängehaken, aber keinen Kleiderschrank. Dieser Raum befindet sich in der Nähe des Meisters und ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. (3). Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett) mit Zugang zu einem Bad mit Whirlpool (dieses Badezimmer öffnet sich auch zum Flur - in der Nähe des kleinen Doppelschlafzimmers). (4). Das 4. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (Kingsize-Bett) verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und etwas Meerblick.
Das Haus bietet Platz für 11 Personen (Betten für 10 + ein Pack and Play für Kleinkinder). Hochstuhl & Pack and Play auf Anfrage erhältlich.
Der Frühstücksraum hat 3 Glaswände mit Blick von einem Ende der Insel zum anderen - ein perfekter Ort, um früh einen Kaffee zu trinken und den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Der Frühstückstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, der Esstisch für 8 bis 10 Personen und der Picknicktisch auf dem Oberdeck bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Es gibt auch einen Tisch mit Platz für 8 Personen auf dem Unterdeck. Es gibt 2 Sitzbereiche - ein 23 x 18 Familienzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher (9 bequeme Sitzplätze) und einen Raum mit einem kleineren Sitzbereich mit Kamin. Der Frühstücksraum verfügt über ein Tagesbett und einen Fernseher. Das Haus verfügt über WiFi, DVD-Player, 6 Fernseher, eine Stereoanlage, CD-Player, Müllpresse und Holzkohlegrill. Es stehen 10 Liegen zur Verfügung. Vielleicht möchten Sie jedoch niemals das Haus oder das Oberdeck verlassen! Great Family Vacation

It was a wonderful week with our family. Our only complaint was that the children's pool at 2 locations were closed for maintenance (we had 3 little ones) so we only ended up using the amenities once. The beach is expansive with plenty of room to play and the accomodations were wonderful.

This was our third visit to Sea Oats. On this occasion we had the entire family and enjoyed a memorable beach vacation. The home itself is outstanding and is located in the middle of the island. The Most Fabulous House

Fantastic Family Vacation

Sea Oats is absolutely fantastic. The location right beside the public walkway was great especially if you are taking a lot of stuff to the beach with you as we did with two small children. Rosanne was super. She had instructions with everything in the house and offered suggestions for eating, sightseeing and even golf cart rides. Her house is beautiful with the best view. We would definitely like to stay again

Great location

Pros: House is on an excellent part of the beach with some sand all day, but not a huge hike to the water. Very clean, well-maintained property. Beautiful outside seating area downstairs. Homeowners were great. There was an issue with one of the A/C units and they literally had someone out in less than two hours to fix it. We were extremely grateful for that! There are two extra mini-fridges in the kitchen that are great for cooling drinks & bottled water without taking up food space in the main fridge. Con: One of the bedrooms is so tiny that there is not even room for two people to walk past each other. No dresser, no closet, not even room to sit a suitcase on the floor. It is an okay space for one person to sleep, but it’s not really a “bedroom.” There were multiple cabinets with tons of cups & kitchen gadgets, but no pantry space to store a week’s worth of food for an entire family.

Location, Location…and a Spectacular House

I recently organized a beach trip for some of our Colorado friends and the choice of the house at 707 Flying Fish made me look like a Rock Star. The VRBO descriptions, amenities and images are all that and more. The house is absolutely spectacular and overwhelmingly beach comfy with several living spaces both inside and out that can accommodate everyone’s needs (rain or shine). The house is at one of the best locations on Fripp Island—directly beach front, adjacent to a boardwalk for beach access, and within walking distance to the Beach Club. Even on the weekends, the boardwalk and beach were never excessively crowded. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well appointed and could easily accommodate three people working at once. Take your pick from four different eating areas: The sunroom or dining room (inside) or the picnic table on the deck or the dining table on the downstairs lanai. I have to admit we spent quite a bit of time on the lanai downstairs that’s furnished with outdoor furniture, TV and small refrigerator. All the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathroom space for our group. Rosanne, the owner, was so welcoming and accommodating. She truly wanted to make sure our stay was an outstanding experience. I’ve rented a lot of houses on the beach in South Carolina and this was hands-down the best beach experience, not only for me but also for all my Colorado guests. Everyone is already talking about coming back next year!

Family stay at the Sea Oats

We had a wonderful time at the Sea Oats on Fripp Island. We love how the house is decorated - perfectly matched and tasteful. The combination of the bright light, the unobstructed view of the ocean, and the beach themed interior, gave us an immediate vacation feeling that stayed with us during our time on Fripp. The home is well cared for inside and out and has everything you need for your stay. From the moment we first booked, the property manager has been very helpful, providing us with information, and kindly answering our questions.

Wonderful Ocean Front Escape

This house is in an ideal location mid island. It is ocean front with beach access all day. It’s just off of Tarpon blvd, but far enough away to cut down on the noise of the golf carts cruising by. The house itself was well furnished and comfortable, with amazing views. The deck is great for lounging in the sun and listening to the waves crash. If you prefer shade, there is a cozy area with plenty of seating underneath. Rosanne was great at communicating and made the whole process very easy and a pleasant experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Words and pictures would never do it justice

This house is AMAZING. We had a family vacation of 3 families here, which included 6 adults and 3 young children. The photos and description really could never do this place justice. The house itself is sparklingly clean and tastefully decorated, and there was ample space for our families to have the option of spending time together in nice communal spaces or enjoying some privacy in our large en suite rooms or outdoor spaces. And of course THE VIEWS--breathtaking, spectacular. You can be on the beach in about 30 seconds. You just can't beat that. The communication and check-in/check out process was seamless and easy. We all felt sad leaving and hope to be able to spend time at this gem again in the future. Highest recommendations!!

In 1999 we drove onto Fripp Island for the 1st time. That same day, without ever spending a night on Fripp Island, we put in an offer on our 1st home there. Best decision we ever made. In 2010, we bought 'Sea Oats'. Our daughters and sons in law and 5 grandchildren adore Fripp Island. It has given us years of many happy memories. And many families return to our home every year for their family’s vacation. We know 'Sea Oats' can be the same wonderful experience for you.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It’s all about The View!! Many people have told us that we have the best ocean view on Fripp Island. Since we are center island, it is wonderful to have a nice beach 24/7. Because of the home’s configuration, our upper deck is protected from chilling winds. On a 60 degree sunny day, our deck usually registers 70 degrees. So even in off season, it is a great place to enjoy the sun and ocean view. The upper deck has 6 chaise lounges and a picnic table for 8. The covered lower deck with ocean view provides a wonderful outdoor experience even on rainy days. We love looking up at the stars at night and the dolphins in the morning. Every year, sea turtles lay their eggs near our house. Wake up early and you might see a Mother Turtle going back to sea. Later in the summer, it is so fun to watch when the baby turtles hatch! The Master Deck is also the perfect private place to get some sun.

We loved the ocean view, Fripp Island’s soft, silky sand, and the style of the home. We like the fact that it is open yet it has several different seating and deck areas. Tour Penn Center and study the Gullah culture. Horseback Riding Facility 10 minutes from Fripp. Art Galleries, great restaurants and shops in charming Beaufort by the Bay. Buy your fresh fish and garden vegetables along Highway 21.
