Unsere Einfamilien-Backstein-Stadt Bungalow Haus versprüht Chicago Stil und Charme. Es wurde im Jahr 2015 komplett renoviert und alles bis auf die Matratzen, Möbel und Handtücher sind brandneu! Es ist ein großartiger Ort für einen Familienausflug, eine Hochzeit, Geschäftsreisende oder ein Paar auf der Suche nach etwas Romantik oder Aufregung in der Windy City! Die 2 Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock haben jeweils ein brandneues Schlafzimmer und das kleinste Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene mit einem Doppel- / Ausziehbett. Es gibt eine Garage mit einer Party-Tür und in der Garage gibt es einen Grill, Dartboard, Tiki-Bar und Platz für 1 Auto. Das Deck hat eine Terrasse, die 8 sitzt und es gibt eine Feuerstelle im Freien. Es gibt Überwachungskameras und einen Alarm auf dem Haus für Ruhe. Wir sind nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Innenstadt und
Minuten von den angesagtesten Viertel Chicagos wie dem Logan Square, dem Wicker Park und dem berühmten Lakeview ~ Home of the Cubs entfernt! Mein Zuhause ist im Herzen von Chicago in einer vielfältigen und ruhigen Gegend, aber am Rande der Aufregung!

Home away from home.

Historic 1920s Private Bungalow had everything we needed and more. The photos and description of bungalow were all accurate. The host was quick to respond with answers to questions before booking. It was a great place and we would stay again.

Amazing family vacation in Chicago

This was a first time visit to Chicago for us. We came over the holiday ( July 4th) with our family. The property is top-notch. Home is just as described on the app. Slept 7 people comfortably. Stephanie is an amazing host. Communicates quickly and will Meet any needs/requests you have. If we ever make it back to to the Chicago area, this is definitely the area we would stay first! Wonderful Bungalow on a quiet street

We had a very comfortable stay at this charming bungalow. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is just as described. Extremely clean and well kept. Nice place!!

A very special thank you to Stephanie, and Lily (her assistant), for going above to insure a great experience with our family. We truly felt like we were home, and hope to return soon. The neighborhood is nice, with tree lined streets. The house had amenities that few VRBO's offer, including some food staples. Beds were comfortable, plenty of sheets/towels too. Thanks again!

Great Place with a great location!!

This location was wonderful! It was very clean with easy access. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We had 6 guys staying and we were able to all be comfortable! Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. I will for sure stay here again! Stephanie was wonderful!

Great place & Wonderful host!

Chose this house due to the convenience of being within 10 miles of the Fifth Third Arena. It is a great home, extremely clean and Stephanie went out is her way to make everything just perfect for our stay. The area is safe & quiet. The parking is awesome. Having use of the garage is an added bonus but there is plenty of street parking. Perfect place to work remotely if needed.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our time. The back deck and porch area was a great spot to hang out. Street parking was available in addition to the spot in the garage. Everything was clean. Stephanie met us there at check in and was very responsive to an questions we had through the stay. There was an error in the listing where it showed that there were more beds listed than were in the room. It seemed to stem from a transfer of data on VRBO's end, but Stephanie was quick to make things right.

Great House

This is a great house. Upstairs bedrooms/beds were great.The 1 car garage was great to keep the rental car safe (wouldn't recommend parking on the street). It was long enough to fit a Suburban! The downstairs bedroom has a trundle bed, but the room is not wide enough to pull the second section out all the way (left 3rd couple uncomfortable). Sofa pull out mattress is as thin as most shoe soles leaving every spring/bar very noticeable in your back, and therefore not a usable sleeping option. This was the first time using VRBO/Airbnb that we had to wait for the owner to meet us to let us in the property. Most have a lockbox/code that they give you the code for on check in day. The security deposit listing is misleading. While looking into the property it lists a $500 refundable deposit. While working out the money splits with our group this was planned for. When actually booking the property a secondary $1500 deposit came up that obviously was not discussed with the group beforehand, causing more discussion/coordinating prior to being able to book.

Great Stay!

We booked this home for a three day weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. A very nice house in a classic Chicago neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place is nicely furnished and well appointed. Stephanie, the owner, made a special trip into town from the suburbs to walk me through the house and explain how everything works. The neighborhood is in a great part of town, close enough to Logan Square to be convenient but still family oriented and as safe as can be.

We call it the 15 home! 15 minutes from the Lake, Downtown, Wrigley Field, United Center, Oak Park, Soldier Field and Sox Park. This beautiful, spacious and completely renovated Chicago style Bungalow is single-family 2 story single family home located in a quiet Chicago Historic Landmark District.

Every single thing in the home is brand new from the custom furniture down to the dishes and towels. It's beautifully decorated and has a lot of Chicago memorabilia showcasing the city I love. Parking is hard to come by and I also have a brand new garage available for guests to use on site.
