Excellent home near Old Town La Quinta

This is a very nice, convenient place to stay and we highly recommend it.We usually rent a two-bedroom, two-bath condo when visiting Palm Springs area and that’s usually plenty of room for the two of us. This was the first time we rented a house and we had to admit we appreciated a little more space, most notably our very own front and back yards that come with the California requisite orange and lemon trees. The house itself was clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds and fully-functional, easy-to-use appliances and a simple Nest heating/cooling system. The house was an easy 10-minute walk to Old Town La Quinta with its restaurants, and a farmers market, art fair and a nice museum/historical center. Also, don’t forget to check out - of all places - the Tower Market. It has some of the best ribs and fried chicken we’ve ever tasted. We also made daily use of the Bear Creek Trail, which is less than a mile west of the house. It’s a paved pathway that stretches several miles along the base of the Southern Santa Rosa Mountains and meanders through a protected nature preserve. From the time we booked until the time we left, Jason was also available to answer any questions and to provide suggestions. He even dropped off some delicious, freshly picked grapefruit, which we obviously don’t get in Illinois and was the best we’ve ever tasted.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. The fire put out front was private with a well maintained garden.Great location close to many restaurants and the Sunday market was a must! Our only issue was the missing hot tub but the owner let us know when we arrived that it had sprung a leak and couldn’t be fixed so they had removed it that morning.The owner left us fresh fruit from the trees and Local beers! Nice touch! He also recommended a great Mexican restaurant.

Great spot for a weekend stay

We loved the location and the house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. The only issue was the hot tub was not working as there was a leak. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Home away from home

We were evacuated from our home due to the Line Fire and needed a place to stay with our dogs. This home was a perfect place! It was beautiful and a lovely backyard for our two dogs. Great rental!

This is a wonderful rental! It is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location has easy access to everything. The backyard is super cute, has a hot tub and shaded eating area with lots of trees. The front patio has a nice seating area and fire pit, although we did not use it. The owner was super helpful and responsive, gave us a late check-out time, and even went out of his way to make sure I received the proper refund when I changed the dates of my booking. We look forward to staying here again when we are in town!

Everything you need in a great location!

Myself and 2 golfing buddies stayed at Jason's place for 8 days. The weather wasn't quite what we were used to however the accommodations had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location for golf and the many restaurants and shops in Old Town La Quinta. As noted, the place is clean and has everything you could want. Extra useful having a hot tub which saw lots of use as we played 18 holes a day for 7 days. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful!!

We stayed here for a long weekend. It’s just perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The home is just as pictured. It’s clean, spacious, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t use the outdoor areas bc it was chilly when we were there (end of Dec.), but both front and back yards were lovely and would be nice areas to just hang out and relax. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Highly recommend!!

Jason went above and beyond to welcome us when a few members of our party had to endure meetings after a long drive. House is close enough to Polo Club to drive, Uber, or bike to festivals and really clean and welcoming.

Great stay, great communication

Overall a great stay! Only 5 minutes away from some cafes and 15 minutes away from Coachella, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and Jason always responded very quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed.
