Einzigartig gestaltet, ist dieses coole Strandcottage nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt und nur wenige Minuten von fabelhaften Restaurants, Surfmöglichkeiten und Angelmöglichkeiten entfernt. Ein authentisches Mexiko-Erlebnis erwartet Sie!

Der Raum

Unsere Villa wurde 2005 gebaut. Es ist nur einen Block von einem schönen Strand im mexikanischen Fischerdorf Punta Mita entfernt. Wir sind weniger als eine Meile vom Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort entfernt und der unverkennbare Jack Nicklaus Golfplatz wurde 2004 und 2008 von einem großen, weltweiten Reisemagazin zum besten Resort-Golfplatz der Welt gewählt.

Wir haben drei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit Klimaanlage, reines Wassersystem für das ganze Haus, drei private Badezimmer mit Duschen, Außendusche, Zimmerservice, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Terrasse und Poolbereich. Es ist sicher und bietet seinen Gästen ein wunderbares Dorferlebnis. Es gibt auch ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft (Manny's) auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Unser Haus schläft 10 und Kinder sind willkommen. Wir haben einen privaten Pool und WLAN.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La villa était parfait pour notre famille de 7 personnes. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté des lieux! La communication avec Fran était facile et il nous a bien conseillé pour des restos ou des excursions. Le village est très sympathique et pas encore trop touristique. Nous prévoyons déjà revenir l’an prochain!

Quintessential Mexican oasis

The house is located one block off the beach in a local neighbourhood. The streets are noisy with the sounds of people, dogs and roosters which is common for the area. The house itself was a gem but needed a few extra touches, like a directory of how to use the stove, toiletries and basic cooking items like oil and spices. The outdoor pool was lovely however half the deck was moldy due to no direct sunlight. A great place for a family.

You can just feel the love entering this property. Mario and his people instantly made us feel like family and we’re so kind and accommodating. Above and beyond!! It was everyone hoped for and more, can’t wait to come back!!

La casa es como en la descripción. Es muy cómoda y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Fuimos 6 personas y tuvimos un convivio muy familiar La playa a unos 200 mts.

Long weekend with family

We spent a week in Puerto Vallarta at the Marriott and then wanted to experience another smaller town and stay in a house close to the beach. This property is exactly as you see in the pictures. Spacious, one block from the beach in a cute, authentic Mexican neighborhood. We loved sitting up on the balcony and enjoying our view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper, laundry and dish soap and soap in the bathrooms. The beach is so close and the beach is clean and beautiful. We spent our days lounging around down there. The waves are great for boogie boarding and the sand is super soft. We rented a golf cart to get around the small town and that was a lot of fun. There is a small corner store across the street, but that’s just for incidentals. If you are staying a long time go to the larger Mega grocery store on your way up from the airport. The import store in Punta DeMita is very expensive, although they have most of what you would need. The power did go out once but the owner Mario immediately sent the electricians to fix the issue. We really loved our stay in Casa Sera and would definitely book this home again.

Casa Sera, Punta de Mita village, Great Spot for Us.

Our family booked Casa Sera for a week mid November. We were cared for and serviced in the best manner, from end to end. Our host Mario was efficient and accommodating, and our concierge Cleome was always available and most helpful. The house suited us perfectly, and the location a block from the beach was just what we wanted. A home with character and class and a great kitchen was much to be preferred over two or three big building condos. So many fun spaces, great architecture and furnishings, a pool and a wonderful firewood grill, hammocks on the palapa porch, and off-street parking... We put eight into the house, including two youngsters. Just the right amount of space. We will book again when we return to the PV area. We would rather stay in Punta de Mita and visit Sayulita, San Pancho, and the various beaches, than stay in any of the other places or grandiose resorts. Many thanks Mario.

JUST the right place for our spring break family vacation!

This house is absolutely charming. We fell in love with it. We had originally planned a trip to Sayulita but were deterred from reports from friends about it being extremely crowded. We were really looking for a more low key week getaway and we found it here. Punta de Mita is beautiful. This house is outside the gated resort area and this suited us. We mostly hung out at the local beach (A few blocks away) which was just right for long walks and hours of boogie boarding with our kids. There were a couple of places to rent paddle boards or get surf lessons but we never got around to it. Right around the corner there is a place to book a snorkeling trip to Marietas Islands but again, we were too happy just chilling out to do it! There were several delicious restaurants in the village which was easy walking distance. Our favorites were Blue Shrimp and Sisushi, but we really didn't have a bad meal all week. Most importantly, the house was just great! There are three comfortable bedrooms with A/C and we spread out. The tap water is filtered so we didn't have to worry about using it to brush teeth, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. Mario couldn't have been a more helpful host. He always texted us RIGHT back when we had questions and he was full of suggestions about places to eat and places to go. He made us feel so welcome and so taken care of. We will definitely be back!

We loved this house from the moment we saw it

Laid back, cool and a bit funky. It is definitely a sophisticated twist on a beach house. Great views across the street from the palapa balcony. A perfect place to kick back after a sun filled day. The plunge pool is cool and relaxing and Mario is a great host.
