Great place and location

The house is cozy and convenient. It was clean and well-kept. The location was great, just 5min walking to the beach and surrounding by a lot of restaurants and convenient store.

Perfect Location

This location is absolutely in the heart of the south end of the island. Beautiful Home with everything we needed to have a great family vacation. We would definitely book again. Great value for everything that's offered.

Family vacation

The house was just the right size for our group. I was confused at first because I did not see keypad on garage door, however office personnel were very helpful and patient. The location worked well except for my husband. He cannot walk very far. Even though we were close to the beach walkover he still had problems. I'll have to get him a scooter next time. All in all everything went well.

One of the best locations to stay on Tybee. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants & shops. House was very clean, roomy & comfortable. Lots of shade in back. Would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We visit Tybee every March for St. Patrick's Day festivities and it was the best location so far!

Great house and location!

The house was lovely, plenty of room and in a really great location. We were able to walk to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The Tybee Vacation Rental people were very responsive and friendly. When I messaged the Host about a couple of things they responded right away and solved the issue. We had a very fun vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Just a couple blocks to beaches in 3 different directions. Less than a block to great shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes but had a full garage so we could have brought our own. Long driveway - we could have brought out golf cart on a trailer. House was super nice and worked perfect for our family. 3 bed, 2 bath on 2nd floor. Master with private bath and an addition half back on main level. Peaceful neighborhood. Nice front porch to sit in the evening.

It was a nice location, a charming place, four bedroom with three full and one half bath and very clean. The screened in porch was a great place to relax. Ideal.

FAMILY VACATION

CLOSE TO BEACH AND RESTAURANTS. OUT SIDE OF RESIDENCE NEED SOME MAINTENANCE AROUND STRUCTURE BUT THE INSIDE WAS VERY CLEAN. TV IN ONE BEDROOM DID NOT WORK AND BOTTOM AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK, BUT WE DID NOT HAVE EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER SO WE MANAGED. OUR TIME WAS VERY ENJOYABLE AND WOULD RENT AGAIN.

Clean house, plenty of space, great location

The location of this house is perfect. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house itself was clean and had plenty of space for us. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but the area did get a lot busier and louder on the weekend. No major issues, except the downstairs AC seems like it could use a tune-up. Overall a great stay and great location to explore Tybee Island and the surrounding areas.

Great location, great house

House was well built, rooms were nice size and spaced well. Ample bathrooms for all guests. Only downsides were kitchen amenities (knives, pots, pans) were all scratched or super worn down. The outside of the property/ grounds could use some maintenance. When we arrived our kitchen table was broken, this was promptly replaced, but then a day later they brought the old table back which was still broken. Overall you cannot beat the location and our stay was great, but a few more touches would have made it excellent.

Nice beach weekend!

Nice getaway for our family! House is well situated near beach and restaurants and shops, but not in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. Nice and quiet. Only complaint is upstairs was REALLY hot- AC couldn’t keep it cool. But overall a nice stay

Great place for a Family Holiday

We have visited Tybee Island in the past with a group of 15, but this time there was only 10 of us, 6 Adults and 4 teenagers. This house was perfect. My grandson and his cousin crashed in the living room while my granddaughter and her cousin shared a room upstairs between to me and my wife and my daughter and son-in-law. Two of our elderly family members enjoyed having their room on the ground floor with their own connected bathroom. The yard was well shaded and we spent a lot of time sitting on the screened porch watching the squirrels play and having a family cornhole tournament on the concrete driveway connected to the garage. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on site. We needed to wash towels about midway through our stay. You can literally walk to the beach in 3 to 4 minutes. Of course it took us longer because we always had to stop in the shops and grab some sweet treats on the way. We always enjoy cooking breakfast and dinner at the property. The kitchen is small, but functional. I would suggest that a property designated for 10 people be stocked with LARGER cookware. The skillets and pots were just too small for cooking in volume. Also, we prefer a gas grill and there is only a small charcoal grill on site. However the property management delivered us a loaner grill and full tank of propane for 50 bucks. One major complaint. From the moment we arrived the A/C upstairs was not working properly. The downstairs unit worked great. But, upstairs it was a constant 78 to 80 degrees during the day and about 74 when the ambient temperature outside dropped during the night. But it wasnt a problem for us because we mostly stayed at the beach from mid morning until sundown. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to those with a group of 8 or 10 people.

Perfect location! Short walk to beach and shops! Beautiful property!

Well maintained with all the amenities! Had a very minor air conditioning issue and the repair person was there within the hour and fixed! Highly recommend

Beach house with character

This is a great house. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. One of the bedrooms would have been better if it had had a dresser to put clothes in. The family areas have plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is a bit small- but our group likes to cook and eat at home, so we made it work for us. We all really like how close the house was to the ocean and the back bay- it was only 1 1/2 blocks to either side. The town was clean and friendly. One helpful tip would be to put instructions by the thermostats. They seem to change temperature on their own,(one day it was set to 64 the next day it was at 70) so we were not sure if they were programed that way or if something else was going on. Thank you for letting us stay there!
