Loved the place! Last 0.2 miles were rough due to our arrival time and weather. Our bad! Otherwise, kids absolutely had a blast and us parents, soaked in the mountain views.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful. We all enjoyed being there. However, the main reasons we rented this cabin was for the pool table. Sadly the location of the table makes it nearly impossible to play. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a fire pit. But over all, we all had an amazing time and are so thankful for the memories we were able to make

Perfect getaway spot

The cabin was a perfect getaway spot for my 12 y/o son and me. Steep driveway and camera pointed at you when you park and walk up the steps. The hot tub was nice. Everything was clean. And the fold out couch was comfortable. I was disappointed with the pool table loft. The pool table was one of the main reasons I booked this cabin, and the first thing we did when we arrived was go upstairs to shoot pool, only to find that you cannot actually play because there is no room to maneuver pool sticks on either end of the table, due to the wall and the window. HUGE bummer. There was also a large house built directly in front of this house, partially obstructing the view. You’ll be staring at a large, bright red tin roof. This house is listed as for sale on Zillow with the term, “motivated seller” and several price cuts. There are many, many rental houses just like this one in Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area. The area is a predominantly tourism town, so everything is geared toward catering to tourists. Lots of shops, side of the road antique stores, wood carvings for sale, Pancake Houses, ziplining, horseback riding, waterfalls, hiking, etc. We toured the Titanic museum. We came at the end of March and there were no leaves on the trees. We had perfect weather, cool in the mornings and evenings and perfectly warm during the day. Mountain roads are windy, but once you get into Pigeon Forge, it’s very town-esque with a busy 3-lane highway. Overall rating of the cabin is a 5.☺️

Birthday getaway

Stayed at the cabin for a few days in December. Christmas time decorations at the cabin were beautiful. Not far from any attractions and shops. Great location with some good Mountain Views. Utilized the games in the loft which was fun. Beds were comfortable and cabin had necessary supplies stocked for our stay. Check in and out process super easy. Communication is great with quick response times There is a new cabin going in down in front of this one so just be aware of construction noise at this time. The Only reason I gave a four star is because of the driveway being pretty rough at the base of the drive. Thank you for letting us enjoy the cabin for our getaway.

Great views

The cabin had wonderful views of the mountains and was peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the fresh air and watching the sunset. The driveway was steep and tricky but we managed.

Mixed feelings, won't stay here again.

We had a good week vacation, but it was not because of this cabin. Upon arrival, after receiving the text saying it was ready, we discovered it had not been cleaned AT ALL. Dirty linen pile was in the middle of the dirty floor, beds unmade, etc. Management company corrected it pretty quickly, to their credit. HOWEVER....the hot tub, despite receiving a new filter while we were there, was pretty disgusting. Visible dirt and mysterious white flakey stuff floating in the water that was very visible at night with the hot tub lights on, so everyone refused to use it. Management company offered to refill it (again) but said it was probably due to well water. I've stayed in cabins in these mountains many times, I've never seen the hot tubs look like that. Cabin was very dark at night - bar area needs some lighting. Stove and oven lights didn't work at all. Mixture of bulb types in some of the fixtures made lighting weird. Living room only had comfortable seating for 3; there was 4 of us and sitting on an uncomfortable wooden dining chair was a terrible option. Thermostat would reset to 74 degrees every day no matter what you put it at, SUPER annoying. The view, what there was of it, was tainted by the remains of a former cabin just below this one where only the foundation and driveway remain. Felt like we were living on a construction site for a week. Positives: beds were fairly comfortable. Cabin, for the most part, is as it appears in the pictures

We had such a great time. The two arcade games and pool table kept the entire family entertained the entire stay. Property manager is very proactive and answered all questions fast. Check in was the easiest that we have ever used. We recommend this cabin 100%

Very Satisfied with the Rental!

The booking process was very easy, and expectations were clearly spelled out. The rental was very clean and cozy, and had all of the amenities we wanted. The Keurig was very convenient! Really liked the enormous porch! Process of checking in and checking out was easy and straight-forward.

Beautiful views

Amazing views from the upper deck. The cabin was Very nice and exactly what was pictured. Check in/out was super easy. Only complaint really is that it only has 2 beds. The 3rd is the pullout coach so really only comfortably sleeps 4. Beware of the road going up to the cabin. It is steep and has some sharp turns.

Nice cabin, good location!

No issues whatsoever, but disappointed that people throw their cigarettes everywhere on the property, come on people just pick up after your self. Coffee maker took an hour to brew, so we bought a new one and left it for the next group. Beautiful cabin, close to everything, but outskirts of town.

Great Quiet Getaway

This property is as described on their website and our pup 🐶 felt right at home as well. They had it beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The only downfall I would say this property has, is the driveway. We rented a FORD Expedition to travel in and let me tell you, the driveway is not friendly when it comes to a bigger vehicle. We had to get creative in how to get in and out, seeing how we couldn’t swing the car wide enough to turn into the drive. It was a nice and quiet stay overall!

Love the Smokey Mountains

The cabin was beautiful and clean. I love all the decorations especially the way the decorative lights came on automatically at night. We love the arcade game system and we are not even gamers..lol. Although, the hot tub needs to be updated. Also the upstairs was very warm. I would of loved to open the windows but no screens.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will say that I think the pictures look nicer then when you actually get there. The location is nice, except there is another cabin literally right below you. The views are just ok, so don't think you are getting spectacular mountain views. The hot tub basically has no jets so you will get a bath of hot water. I also agree with other reviewers that the house is not clean. There were cobwebs everywhere in the house. It was very dusty. Also, I am not sure if the sheets in the bed got changed as there was hair on the pillowcase when I opened the bed for the first time. The upstairs gets very warm, even with the air conditioner on. The biggest problem I had was with the rental company. I had filled out the contract and sent back as requested. The day before we were scheduled to leave, I called to ensure they had everything they needed as we would be a late check in. The guy I talked to ensured me we were taken care of and expect a message with check in information the day of arrival. The day of arrival, we received a phone call asking if we were checking in before they closed, we informed the lady of the call the prior day and she said oh let me check on it and call you back, no call back for hours. I finally called back again with 10 minutes prior to them closing and talked to a third person who had no clue what I was talking about. Put me on hold for a lengthy amount of time and then came back on saying ok I will send you all the things. I fully think if I would not have called back, they would have left for the day, leaving us with no place to stay that night after a 13 hour drive. It was extremely disappointing. I attempted to try and tell the lady this but she talked over me and rushed me off the phone so she could go home for the day. I would look at different rental companies to rent your cabin because this place doesn't have their stuff together and doesn't seem to care about their customers.
