Schöne, geräumige Hütte am malerischen Wisconsin River. Genießen Sie die Natur mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Atemberaubende 180-Grad-Aussicht auf das Wasser vom Haus und Deck. Unser Haus liegt direkt über dem Lake Wisconsin am Wisconsin River. Wir haben ein 20-Zoll-Dock zum Angeln und Genießen der Aussicht oder bringen Sie Ihr Boot. Der Bootsanleger ist nur eine halbe Meile die Straße hinunter. Genießen Sie eine Bootsfahrt entlang des Flusses zum Lake Wisconsin oder zu den Sandstrandinseln, die den ganzen Tag über Spaß und Entspannung bieten (Sandspielzeug vorhanden). Es gibt eine Feuerstelle für nächtliche Lagerfeuer, einen Grill zum Grillen und einen abgeschirmten Pavillon zum Entspannen.
Im Inneren finden Sie ein 2-stöckiges Gewölbe offenen großen Raum mit geräumigem Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit 10 Fuß Insel. Astige Kiefernwände, ein gemauerter Kamin und eine Einrichtung im Landhausstil. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer (eins voll und eins ¾ Bad). Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Zugang zum Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten mit Zugang zum Badezimmer. Das 3. Loft-Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das große Zimmer und den Fluss verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Futon. Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Nehmen Sie einfach Ihr Strandtuch und kommen Sie.
Genießen Sie unsere schöne Lage am Wasser oder erkunden Sie unsere lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der unterhaltsamen Wisconsin Dells (30 Minuten) mit erstklassigen Wasserparks und Attraktionen. Machen Sie einen Ausflug zum Glücksspiel im Ho Chunk Casino (25 Minuten). Wandern und genießen Sie die atemberaubende Landschaft im Devil Lake State Park (30 Minuten). Besuchen Sie die International Crane Foundation, in der alle Kranicharten beheimatet sind (25 Minuten). Mieten Sie Kanus oder Kajaks bei T & G Canoe (608-617-0998 wildwiscowaters @ gmail. Com) und sie holen Sie ab und bringen Sie flussaufwärts, und Sie können zurück zur Hütte paddeln. Burhops (ca. 10 Minuten entfernt) vermietet Pontons und Fischerboote am Lake Wisconsin (608-592-4802). Entdecken Sie das MacKenzie Naturzentrum mit einheimischen Tierausstellungen (15 Minuten).

Die Hütte ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hookers Restaurant & Bar entfernt, wo Sie fast jedes Wochenende Ihre eigenen Steaks und Live-Musik grillen können.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir unser Dock einlegen, wenn der Wasserstand normal ist (normalerweise Anfang Juni). Wir bevorzugen es, Samstag bis Samstag von Memorial Day bis Labor Day zu mieten. Wonderful Wisconsin Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River and was close to everything we wanted to see or do. There was room for all of us, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The cabin's owners were very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our trip. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Cabin on the river

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. The view of the river from the living room is wonderful. We were disappointed that the back yard and dock were unusable due to heavy rains causing the river to flood the yard but realize this was beyond the control of the home owner. Host communication was very good. We would stay again!

Cozy cottage in wooded Wisconsin

Our stay included a senior couple for the week. The weekend included a son and daughter in law and 4 grandkids. The home was very comfortable and clean. The kids had room to explore. All bedrooms were upstairs except for a futon in the laundry room. The path to the main door to enter was gravel. Spacious family room, kitchen very equipped and plenty of dining space. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating.

Another great stay

This is our third year in a row staying at the house and it was another wonderful experience. It's quiet, but close enough to get places like Madison and the Dells. The Roku wasn't working but John and Jen were right on it and ordered a new one but when it was delayed, John brought out one a couple of days later and put it in. They are both very helpful and respond very quickly to any needs. The house is amazing, the two refrigerators are a real plus, and the bed is very comfortable. The water level was low so hard to get on the dock as the bridge was steeper for older people:) The river does go up and down but still so serene to be on it and always enjoy our time. Thanks much!!

Great place to stay!

We had 5 adults and 3 kids visit the Dells in July, this was a nice place to return to everyday. There was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy. We came back and made dinner several nights and kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill as well. We enjoyed fires in the evening and neighbors were nice. Kids enjoyed playing on the dock and looking for toads. Washer and dryer are older so they do run a little slow, but they got the job done. There is a small park and restaurant nearby. We brought our own but they did have soap and shampoo in each bathroom, plenty of towels (even had some beach towels we were able to use), plenty of extra bedding in closets. There are lots of notes around the house letting you know how to run things (lights, TV, fireplace, etc). Only thing I could see being a problem is all bedrooms are upstairs so if you had someone that doesn't do stairs well, they would have to use the futon in the laundry room to sleep on. (my son slept on it and had no problems). We would def stay again if we return to the area.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Beautiful location. Wonderful windows overlooking the river. Enjoyed the beach about 20 minutes away as well as a boat day. Enjoyed the log cabin feel. The neighbors were very nice and got to enjoy kayaking down the river as well. Thank you for the stay.

Peaceful cabin on the Wisconsin River

This cabin sits right on the Wisconsin River and has beautiful views from the living room’s large windows overlooking the river. There is an island directly across and a larger channel on the other side of the island, which most of the boat traffic uses, so the smaller channel that the cabin is on is quiet and very peaceful. From the cabin, we saw fish, deer, turtles, frogs and toads. The cabin was great base for many activities in the area (Devils Lake, Mirror Lake and water parks).

Exploring The Wisconsin Dells Area

This house was absolutely what we wanted. A nice quiet place to spend the evening while exploring the Wisconsin Dells area during the day. The view from the living area was peaceful and serene. Our son and daughter in law were staying with my husband and me. We had room enough that we were not tripping over each other or getting in each others way. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots pans, mixing bowls...everything you would have in your own home. If we ever decide to come back we will definitely stay in this house.

Perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "cabin" was so well outfitted with what you'd hope to find from linens to kitchen tools and dishes. Two full sized refrigerators were great as well. This is a very nice rental indeed. It felt as though we were on the water as the large picture windows display the Wisconsin River flowing by as you sit in the comfortable living room. Highly recommend this and want you to know the owners were excellent to work with.

the cabin it self was great, nice view of the river, the only problem was the wife recently had a knee replaced ,and the property only has stepping stones with gravel in between and it ,making it alittle difficult to walk on,other wise a great place

Cabin was as cute as it could be.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Cabin was big and had everything you could think of. Plenty of beds, blankets, pillows, towels, I could go on and on. Kitchen was well equiped, again we didn't need anything that wasn't there. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed at the River house for second time and just as great if not even better with a few upgrades with outdoor lighting and handrail going up to bedroom. New gas grill as well and will hopefully be back

Outstanding week.

Very quiet. Hosts were great. It’s an older home. Not musty at all. Very clean. One bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms. One downstairs. If you’re not wanting to share a bathroom, it takes a bit of coordination but works great. All the appliances were in great condition. We did get a boat up the river from the lake. A bit tricky to do so, but once we managed the route the next trips went quick and easy. If the river fell another 6” it would likely not be possible in the big pontoon. Overall this is a great spot, great hosts, a great house, and we’d surely stay again!

We discovered Lake Wisconsin and the Wisconsin River in 2002. We would trailer our boat to the lake and go up river where all the beautiful views, wildlife and sandbars are. When we spotted this home from the river we were taken in by the breathtaking views and great location. We love it and our families love it. It feels like a vacation every time we visit.
