Dieses Gerät ist nicht auf das Meer ausgerichtet, sondern nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Gäste, die im Ocean One 504 übernachten, genießen eine Aussicht auf die Landschaft und müssen keine Straße überqueren, um den Atlantik und seine weißen Sandstrände zu erreichen. 5. Stock Ocean Side Condo bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. King in BR1, Two Queens in BR2 und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Nach stundenlanger Brandung spülen sich Urlauber unter der Außendusche auf dem privaten Strandweg des Komplexes ab und tauchen dann in den Swimmingpool am Meer ein. Ocean One hat dem Komplex direkt hinter dem Pool einen brandneuen Grillbereich hinzugefügt. Ocean One ist ein fünfstöckiges Aufzugsgebäude in South Forest Beach. Unter den Annehmlichkeiten, die in Hilton Head Island angeboten werden, befindet sich Ocean One einen Block vom Coligny Beach Market entfernt, einer malerischen Innenstadt, in der die Gäste eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsangeboten für alle Altersgruppen finden.

Great location

Our stay was great - the only reason I gave cleanliness three stars was because the property was under construction and the surrounding area was messy but our unit was clean!! It is also right next door to the Tiki bar and there were some amazing bands playing every day - we could sit out by the pool and hear the live music which was great!

Great little getaway

Just looking for a quick last minute long weekend trip. This property popped up. Perfect location, especially with teenagers. Next to Colligney shopping and lots of restaurants. Very active beach scene for the teenagers, but still family friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Perfect.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay and the property was very much as listed; no surprises. The pool and beach access was better than we expected! There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed and we advised the rental company of each one. Hopefully they will jump on it

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

Not bad but not great

The location of the property and communication were excellent. Easy check in, plenty of parking, and right on the beach and beneath the pool. Also, right next to coligny and didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. However, the condo is in need of some upgrades. We were greeted with a really musty smell when we arrived and it never really went away. Couch is super worn and could be replaced. Pillows were paper thin and felt too used. I believe due to this and more that this was priced the way it was. Overall, not bad, but not tremendous.

We had a great experience and condo was very nice. However, we accidentally left behind a necklace and cooler in condo after checkout. I called to report and the cleaners never turned it in. So I was unable to recover my cooler and necklace.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was great. That said, the condo wasn't cleaned very well upon our arrival. We ended up purchasing a mop to clean. Also, we were unaware of the exterior construction going on which we understand updates have to occur at times, but we should have been notified that this work was in process ahead of our arrival. The one elevator closest to our unit wasn't working and the working elevator was by all of the construction/dust on the far other end. During the day the lights in the exterior hallways and stairwells were shut off due to the work but no temporary lighting was in place so we had to navigate coming and going in the dark. Definitely opportunity to trip and opening up liability to the condo association/owner. Also, in the interior room the new lights are very bright at night and the current drapes didn't seal off. I would recommend getting a more fitted blind to prevent this.
