Ocean One 415 - Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo

Gäste des Ocean One 415 genießen einen spektakulären Blick auf das Meer und den Pool direkt am Meer, der zum Strand führt. 4. Stock Oceanfront Condo bietet Platz für 7 Personen bequem mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, 1 Queen und 1 Zweibettzimmer im Schlafzimmer 2 sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.
Diese Wohnung befindet sich seit Juli 2019 in neuem Besitz und die neuen Eigentümer haben mehrere Upgrades abgeschlossen. Neue Plantagenfensterläden, Malen, Bodenbeläge, Bettwäsche und vieles mehr! Neue Fotos werden diesen Herbst veröffentlicht.

Ocean One hat dem Komplex direkt hinter dem Pool einen brandneuen Grillbereich hinzugefügt.
Urlauber können sich unter der Außendusche am privaten Strandweg des Komplexes abspülen und sich anschließend im Swimmingpool am Meer erfrischen.
Ocean One ist ein fünfstöckiges Gebäude mit Aufzug in South Forest Beach. Unter den Annehmlichkeiten, die in Hilton Head Island angeboten werden, befindet sich Ocean One einen Block von der Coligny Plaza entfernt, einer malerischen Innenstadt, die den Gästen eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Great family accommodations!

The condo was very clean and just what this family of 5 needed! You couldn't ask for a better location. The balcony is just above the edge of the pool and we could easily see the ocean and watch the dolphins!

The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. I’ve had back surgery and will be looking into purchasing that mattress. The kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade but aren’t bad. Overall very nice. The front door lock was a bit frustrating and hard toOpen at times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been recently upgraded. We had some maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was in a perfect location, very comfortable, and for the most part clean. The only problem that we had was lack of internet access in the condo. We called several times to let them know that the internet connection was not working, and they promised that someone would be there to fix it. Unfortunately they never showed up, not that it would make a difference because there was not a modem anywhere in the condo. They gave us a password for another connection somewhere in the condo area, but we could never get to any sites. I lost 10 hours of pay, and 10 hours of PTO due to not being able to get on the internet. I would still rent other condos in the building, but not this particular one. Make sure to check if the condo you are staying in has internet access!

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

I would stay at a different place due to the fact we could hear the music all day and late into the night next door. (Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I do like to actually HEAR the ocean.)

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!

It had ample closet space as well as kitchen counter and pantry space. I would recommend replacing the carpet that’s in the bedrooms. It was clean but needs a few updates to make it a 10!
