Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines alten historischen Gebäudes ohne Aufzug (82 Stufen). Sie befindet sich im Zentrum von Florenz. Ich verspreche dir, dass du dich nicht beschweren wirst, wenn du oben bist!Dieses einzigartige Turmhaus aus dem 12. Jahrhundert ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gepflegt. Wenn Sie sich auf den Balkon setzen, können Sie den größten Teil von Florenz sehen. 1-Florentiner Papier-Marmorierung / Ebru erstellen

Die Erfahrung konzentriert sich auf die traditionelle Marmortechnik. Nachdem Sie die kurze Geschichte der Marmorierung beschrieben haben, werden Sie informiert, wie die Marmorfarbstoffe und die spezielle Marmorierungsflüssigkeit hergestellt werden und wie natürliche Marmorierungsbürsten hergestellt werden. Nach diesen Informationen beginnen Sie zu üben, um Ihr eigenes Muster zu erstellen. Während dieser Erfahrung lernst du 5 verschiedene Techniken und am Ende hast du Papiere mit den Maßen 35x50 cm inklusive jeder Technik. Diese Erfahrung wird in unserem Kunststudio im Zentrum von Florenz in der Nachbarschaft von Santo Spirito neben der Piazza Santo Spirito und der Piazza del Carmine stattfinden.

2-Erstellen Sie Ihren marmorierten Schal

Die Erfahrung konzentriert sich auf das Marmorieren von Textilien. Am Ende des Workshops steht ein Schal mit den Maßen 32x156 cm zur Verfügung. Nachdem Sie die kurze Geschichte der Marmorierung beschrieben haben, werden Sie informiert, wie die Marmorfarbstoffe und die spezielle Marmorierungsflüssigkeit hergestellt werden und wie natürliche Marmorierungsbürsten hergestellt werden. Nach diesen Informationen werden Sie anfangen zu üben, um Ihren eigenen marmorierten Schal zu kreieren. Die Erfahrung wird mit dem Erlernen des Trocknungsprozesses des Marmors beendet. Diese Erfahrung wird in meinem Kunststudio im Zentrum von Florenz in der Nachbarschaft von Santo Spirito neben der Piazza Santo Spirito und der Piazza del Carmine gemacht.

Perfect place to experience Florence

This apartment was truly amazing for us. Let's get the obvious out of the way: the steps are something to be aware of. Choose your luggage appropriately for carrying up the stairs. Also, make it a point to stop for a spritz or cocktail on your way home (there are numerous wonderful places to choose from) to rest up for those stairs. You'll be glad you did. The location is ideal: walking distance to all attractions as well as incredibly close to all that is the Oltrarno. The hosts are incredible: great communication, perfect on both check-in & check-out, and very hospitable in terms of amenities. These are obviously people that understand having guests in the home as you will find all that you need is already in the apartment. The balcony: we loved this aspect of the home. We made it a practice to have a quiet glass of wine overlooking the activity on the Arno every night. Magical. Amazingly, you are this close to all the action and yet it is extremely quiet. With the windows closed the street noise disappears. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fine centrally-located apartment with glorious rooftop view

Just a lovely experience. Situated on the less busy and more quaint side of the river, but only a short walk from all the famous sites. Lost of authentic restaurants and interesting stores in the neighborhood. Top floor apartment in a historic building, with high vaulted timbered ceiling, plenty of space, full kitchen and wonderful balcony with view over the rooftops across the river and towards the Duomo. Powerful air conditioning and quiet neighbors. One warning is the lack of an elevator: a bit of a workout climbing the three flights of stairs. Furnished in family and homey style. Landlord very communicative and responsive, especially when we locked ourselves out accidentally. Had a wonderful time and will come back.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

This apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It is located conveniently in the oltr'Arno, just across the Ponte Vecchio. There are restaurants and shops in the vicinity, and the Piazza Signoria is only a five-minute walk. The apartment easily accommodates a couple, with the possibility of one or two more guests (children) sleeping on couches or on the floor. Its open plan does not provide for privacy for a large group, however. It has a washing machine and dish washer, and two large screen TVs. I did not meet the owner, but he was accessible by email and text. His deputy met me and showed me around the apartment, and she was also very responsive to questions. The apartment is on the top floor (up three flights) of a 14th century building. It is lightsome and airy, and very quiet. Although it is air conditioned, I found I did not need to use it, because the cool breezes kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature. The only detail I did not discern from the apartment listing is that there is no elevator. I was very grateful to Devrim for carrying my suitcase up the stairs!

Perfect Location

From the helpful communication from initial booking to the warm and seamless welcome at check-in with Chianti, recommendations and everything you could need (toiletries, converters, guidebooks) to the beautiful apartment, which was comfortable and historic and elegantly arranged. We were lucky with perfect weather and enjoyed meals on the balcony overlooking the river and the beautiful view. The kitchen was small but perfectly arranged with everything you could need. You are but a few steps away from groceries, restaurants and the center of Florence. We wouldn't hesitate to book this again when we return to see this beautiful city! There are no words to describe this beautiful house. I came with my husband. We were greeted by the owner with such kindness, and she went beyond her duty to take care of our needs in transportation, dinning. and feeling at home. The owner's hospitality and her home will forever be a wonderful memory that made Florence a city to love. A delightful, friendly place to stay and I would stay there again without hesitation. Wonderful very stylish loft

Perfect Apartment

My husband and I stayed at this stunning apartment for a few days and it was magical! We have stayed in many apartments rented through HomeAway/VRBO and this was the most beautiful. The location was close to all the major sites in the city but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for after a busy day. The apartment itself was stocked with everything one would need (shampoo, dishwasher, laundry, iron for clothes.....) Overall the perfect place to enjoy Florence especially with the balcony!!! We loved it so much that we would only return to Florence just to stay at this apartment it was that beautiful!! The service was fantastic as well, the owner met us at the property during arrival helped us with luggage then upon check out arranged a taxi for our next destination. Outstanding stay!!

Fabulous apartment with beautiful view

We had a wonderful time in Ilkay's property in Florence. It is an absolutely beautiful apartment, super comfortable, clean and very well-designed & equipped. The view across the river to the Duomo is simply breath-taking. Ayla welcomed us very warmly, helped us with our luggage and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We had a really lovely time in Florence and Ilkay's property made our stay even more special. We enjoyed the terrace each evening; it is such a peaceful spot overlooking the beauty of Florence. Ilkay & Ayla are fabulous owners and super responsive to any questions; we noticed that the lightbulb on the stairs outside the front door of the apartment was out and they immediately came to fix it. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and we hope to return to Florence soon to stay in your stunning property!

Simply Stunning Florence Stay!

From the moment we arrived at the door we was met warmly by the hosts of this truly stunning apartment, Ilkay & Ayla. They both were so welcoming and very proud of their magical roof top apartment which dates back to the 12th Century. This apartment does not want for anything, it has been renovated with great care and everything you see and touch is of superb quality. Everywhere was beautifully clean and not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere. There is so much space on offer - the lounge seating and the superb large bed are extremely comfortable with lovely bedding & pillows too. The location is within 100m of the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge but is also very quiet and peaceful. The views from the lovely balcony are exceptional - positioned overlooking the river and the Duomo is also less than a 10 minute walk door to door. Our hosts Ilkay & Ayla were very very helpful in providing recommendations of good restaurants and advice in assisting us with transportation from the airport on arrival and the central train station on our departure. Our visit to Florence was part of our Honeymoon - when we booked via the HomeAway site I had mentioned very breifly that we was on a special holiday (that was back in early February) - nothing more was mentioned or said. When we arrived we was blown away by both Ilkay & Ayla’s thoughtfulness & generosity as they had so delightfully decorated the room (see pictures in the gallery) with 20 red balloons, and provided a lovely tray, which had a bottle of sparking wine, chocolates and Bride & Groom glass decorations - truly a fantastic and amazing surprise for us which we will never forget - we thank you both again from our hearts. If you want to have a stay to remember in the magnificent city of Florence with wonderful facilities, out of this world views of the river privacy and surroundings - look no further. What a beautiful view and amazing location!!

The BEST location and view. GREAT apartment

Celebrating our 25th anniversary so decided to get an apt in the middle of Florence. So glad we did. This place was fantastic!! Super big, immaculately clean and the views were breathtaking. Ideally, there would be a lift, but it was not an issue at all and I would rent this apt again in a heartbeat. It was so great to be able to walk to all of the sights - Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Veccio, etc and just the neighborhood was fantastic. Clean, safe and about 100 restaurants in a 5 block radius. The ones we tried were really good (Mama Gina's, Cinghiale). There was also a great wine shop across the street and many retail stores nearby. The apartment was HUGE and the balcony was our favorite part. Such a pretty view. The owner and his girlfriend were super helpful too - showed us the apt, made sure we had everything we needed and also called a cab for us to the airport since we had to get there at 4 am. Staying here really made the trip special and saved us from having to taxi to the main sights. I highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious Towerhouse with Riverview & Florence View

This place is absolutely fantastic and has an amazing rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city. I am very great full for the stay ! The hostess gave a free bottle of wine as a welcoming gift The hosts are super nice and welcoming.The home was well placed to walk to all the major attractions . . I would definitely recommend staying there. For the location, price, cleanliness and help from the host you can not beat this apartment. The hotel ( Hotel Lungarno)near the apartment cost $950 euros per night.

Magnificent view

This apartment was absolutely wonderful - perfect for a romantic night with mi amore, complete with a complimentary bottle of wine and all the beauty of Firenze. Clean, comfortable, spacious and bright and gorgeous balcony with spectacular city view. Awesome location for restaurants and bars, too, or just a lovely evening in la casa. ilkay and his girl friend were extremely kind, communicative, and helpful. I can say with certainty that this has to be the best place to stay in the city.

Spectacular holiday!

Flat was perfect. İlker and Ayla was very friendly and they gave us information more than we need. You feel like you staying at 5 star hotel and same time you feel like it's like your home. You have incredible view from balcony. Outside was cold but house was always warm we never felt cold. Bed was very clean and comfortable. We very like the cactus corner. Very well decorated, nice, clean, warm flat, it gives you positive energy. I personally highly recommend this place. Thanks to Ayla and İlker to gave me this nice experience.

Beautiful place with an amazing view and a perfect location. Ilkay was quick to respond and very helpful - with recommendations of things to do and places to go. Probably much better than most of Firenze 4 or 5 stars hotels. Definitely the place to stay

Perfect Location,Perfect View,Perfect Host!!!!

ILKER amazing guy, the apartment is just WOW, perfect.The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable . In the middle of city center and at the same time quiet , you can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the balcony. I ll back for sure on my next time in Florence. An Experience to try. Highly recommended!

Awesome apartment-great view-perfect location

This is a great apartment in a very convenient location just a short walk away from all the central tourist spots, no more 10 minutes. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean and quiet. We loved the views and sitting out on the terrace enjoying wine after a day of sightseeing. Iker is a gracious host, helping us with our luggage, taxi and local restaurant recommendations.

My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful impeccable place in a great location . The best 👍

Loved loved loved it! İlker was a great host. The location could not have been better. The apartment was spotless with fantastic views and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided for us. On our next Florence visit we are planning to book our stay here for a much longer period of time . Yes, there are way too many stairs to get up there but it kept us in shape and it was well worth it 👍

Loved the balcony!

Ilker is an excellent host with a great apartment. He met us on time and even carried my wife's suitcase up when we arrived and down when we departed. The views are spectacular and well worth the hike up and down. This property was perfect for us. As stated in other reviews there are third floors of stairs so this location may be problematic for some. Ilker is a five star host who provided us a chilled bottle of wine when we arrived and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station at our departure which required that he called three different companies and stayed until we were in the cab!
