Du musst diesen Ort zu sehen. Wir haben eine ganze Wand von Fenstern nach Süden mit häufigen kleinen Herden von Hirschen Besuch. Apple House ist ein 2-stöckiges Haus mit den Schlafzimmern im zweiten Stock (König, Königin und volle Betten) und einem offenen Raum mit Blick auf den großen Raum in der ersten Etage. Die Küche ist gut mit neuen Arbeitsplatten, Waschbecken und Wasserhahn ausgestattet. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen für Sie Quilterinnen und einem Tisch groß genug, um bequem Platz für 6 +.
Das Haus ist beheizt und mit Zwangsluft und einem schönen Kamin Propan liefert die gesamte Wärme gekühlt und Ambiente eine Person wünschen kann. Wir haben T. v./ Kabel / wifi / Netflix für diejenigen unter Ihnen, deren nicht in den Bäumen oder Kamin für lange Zeit anzustarren. Das hat richtig auch ein angeschlossenes 2 PKW-Garage mit einem fraktionslosen Tischtennisraum. Wie kann es noch besser?
Ox Yoke ist ein sehr ruhiger Schleife und unser Los grenzt an den größten Freiraum in Maut. Tollgate bietet Sommer Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Schwimmbad, Tennisplätze, ein Gemeinschaftsraum für zusammenkommen, zu Fuß / Radwege und eine ein 2-Meile gepflasterten Weg zum Sisters für Off-Highway-Erlebnis.

Another great ski trip

Every time we come to Sisters in the winter, we stay at Rod and Linda's place. They are great hosts and welcome us back every year. We love this house because it fits us, my parents, and our kids. The open main floor is great for us all to hang out and play board games or watch movies and the upstairs has an extra common space that we use as a reading nook. We even enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage this time. Tollgate is such a beautiful neighborhood. We love all the pine trees, watching the deer, and riding bikes on the pedestrian path. If you're ambitious, the path can take you all the way to town - it's not far, but our kids are young. When you stay here, I recommend skiing at Hoodoo and eating at High Camp Tap House - amazingly delicious Himalayan food!

Perfect Family Ski Trip

We loved staying in this house for our ski trip to Hoodoo. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. My husband had to take a couple lat minute work meetings remotely and the WiFi worked great for that.

A hidden gem

My best friend, who owns a home in this same neighborhood, was getting married. We were so excited to find a home in her same neighborhood and wow…it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in it felt like it held and promised beautiful family moments to cherish. It was warm and cozy and had everything we needed to make new memories together. We would definitely return!

Sweet Sisters Stay

My two daughters, their friends and I stayed in this spacious and lovely "Apple House" for 5 days while exploring the nearby Cascades wilderness. Rod and Linda were responsive and helpful to our inquiries, but we didn't need to ask very much because everything was in order as expected. Kudos to them for having such a wonderful house for us to call base for our daily hikes. The location is quiet and serene, and we had fun daily visits from a small family of deer that enjoy the front yard. I highly recommend this wonderful location, run by such kind owners!

Quiet and Restful stay

We loved our stay at the property. It is very quiet and the house was set up in a way that made you feel like you were at home. They had plenty to do if you just wanted to hang out in the house. The pool was a nice bonus.

It was fine.

We stay at many VRBOs. We weren't really unhappy with this rental, but it wasn't our favorite place. (This is our third place in Tollgate; the other two were not listed for our dates this year, or we would have gone back to either of them.) Constructive criticism #1: In the master bedroom (the only bedroom I entered), there were lots of lights. But except for a single bulb toward the side of the ceiling, none were plugged in when we got there. We never figured out how to turn on the light in the fan (although the fan worked) in the center of the ceiling - maybe it was burned out. My husband plugged in the lamp on his nightstand as it was unplugged when we arrived. But there was no outlet for the lamp on my nightstand. (Why put a lamp on a nightstand if there is no outlet?) It was pretty dark in the master bedroom in the evenings. Constructive criticism #2: There wasn't much on TV. We couldn't find news at all. My husband almost needs TV (preferably news) to fall asleep. "Family friendly" is a good name for this rental. If I had little kids and didn't want to worry about anything, this is a good place to stay. We didn't cook or spend much time there, so I cannot comment on the many wonderful features this place probably had. Finally, the cost of cleaning was a bit excessive. I was surprised that we had to wash towels and strip the beds. If the cleaning fees are that high, we should be able to just walk out without having to do the extra work.

Nice House!

We enjoyed the house a lot. Great kitchen, comfy beds, showers tall enough for us tall guys. Location was convenient for all of our hikes. We hope the hosts update the information about the house, especially the wifi.

Peaceful, woodsy getaway!

Loved staying here for our third time. Perfect for runs, walks, bike rides and next time the pool and Pickleball. Easy two mile trail and non busy road to town. Fully equipped house and nice fenced backyard.

Apple house was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 3. Very spacious with a great layout and spotlessly clean. We also loved the outdoor areas for relaxing and playing yard games. A great location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing house and amenities!

I so enjoyed syaing at the Apple House. For me,, the ping pong table was the big draw to this property! And they had every other amenity that I could imagine.. crochet, bikes, communoty pool, sleds, board games.. I could go on and on. Quick responses from owners, clean, comfy, and very well stocked kitchen. Close to Sisters for restaurants and groceries. I only wish was that we could have stayed longer so we could totally take in all the homes amenities. We loved our stay! Thank you for graciously sharing this wonderful home with us😊

Annual family trip to Sisters

We had a wonderful stay at the Apple House with my parents and my own family of 4. Great location and amenities...we enjoyed using the bikes for rides around Tollgate! We spent a lot of time outside on the deck enjoying the backyard, as well as at the community pool. The house was very clean and comfortable!

Originally from the the midwest, we've lived in Corvallis, OR for over 40 years. I'm a retired special ed. teacher and my husband is a architectural designer. We're both project junkies and love to travel. We've had a dream to have a place in Sisters for skiing and summer activities... you know the things that you are usually too busy to do unless you are away.

After looking for over a year in the area, we were lucky enough to find this particular house in the beautiful Tollgate community. We wanted real winter weather! And we have been so delighted with all the folks who have helped us out in Sisters. Great, open, friendly people.

As soon as we drove into the the driveway through the trees and saw the wall of glass facing South, we were hooked. The front door leading into the great room, fireplace, the layout of the house and the huge community open space in the back really hooked us. Then we explored the house, noting the detailing and care taken in building it.....really, really hooked.
