Diese schöne Townhome wurde liebevoll mit allem Komfort von zu Hause und charmante Berg Dekor. Diese wunderschönes Ferienhaus ist nur wenige Blocks von einem schönen Sandstrand und nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, und nur zwei Minuten Fahrt zu den North Lake Casinos in Stateline.
Betreten Sie die Hauptebene mit einem 1/2 Bad, einer herrlichen Küche mit Granit-Theke und einer Bar, einem komfortablen Wohnzimmer mit einem Gaskamin, einem Sofa und einem Sofa, einem großen TV mit Blu-Ray-DVD-Player, einem Esstisch für 6 Personen und einem Spieltisch. Neuerer hinterer Patio!
Alle 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss: Der Master verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Sitzecke, ein Bad und einen Flachbild-TV / DVD. Das 2. (hintere) Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett; Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über Etagenbetten, ein Doppelbett und ein Vollbad auf dem Flur.
Eine Autowerkstatt steht für Ihr Auto zur Verfügung. Auf der linken Seite der Einfahrt finden noch ein oder zwei weitere Fahrzeuge Platz. Neu ausgebaute hintere Terrasse hat das ganze Jahr über einen Gasgrill!

Comfy and Beautiful

This home is beautiful inside. It's spacious and comfortable. It's also immaculate and decorated so nicely. The location is great and it was nice to be able to park my car in the garage. Our only problem was being so busy with activities that we couldn't stay and enjoy it more! It's a great place to kick back and relax.

A Gem in King’s Beach

I purposely chose this home because of its proximity to the beach, we walked there every day! The duplex was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had anything we might need AND the beds were comfortable.

Comfy and spacious, walking distance to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice place with all the comforts of home and plenty of room for our group of 6. Walking distance to beach but a long walk to carry beach stuff. We loaded our van with awning, beach chairs, etc. the night before, than parked it at the beach parking lot first thing in the AM. Then biked or walked back to have breakfast and get ready for a day at the beach. Only downside to the place was the Keurig coffee maker which did not allow us to use all the coffee we had brought and required us to buy Keurig pods. Suggest hosts make a Mr. Coffee or similar available and also post the Keurig instructions.

Shakespeare on the Beach weekend

The beds were comfortable and location is 1/2 mile to Kings Beach. We walked to the beach easily. We had 3 couples and all fit well with plenty of room. The house was nicely decorated and furniture was in good shape. There is a one car garage to fit a car or beach gear. All bedrooms are upstairs so if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend. Kitchen is small but well appointed. I would stay here again.

Excellent location

Location was great, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Place was as advertised, beds were comfortable, communication was good and timely. We stayed for two nights, and with two families (4 adults, 4 kids), and everything worked out well. Overall no complaints. Would stay here again.

A couple things we didn’t like is previous guests left garbage in the garage recycling bins, so we had to take it out ourselves due to the bad odor. Also, the water heater was off, so we had to wait a few hours to get hot water. Other than that, the house was very comfortable.

The rental agency was great about communicating and helping to solve minor issues. The hot water had been turned down and we had to figure that out House was fine for our purpose but could use some TLC Overall a great weekend trip

We entered into space in binder. 2./ NO bar soap, hand liquid only. 3./ NO spare key. 4./ NO key for trash locker. 5./ Toliet seat Brocken-downstairs bath. 6./ Land line telephone does no work.Nice property, good location, would return, however, above mentioned items were irritating. Great location. Good floor plan. Even some bears strolled by.

We stayed here with 4 kids who all shared a room. Luckily one was small with the weight limit on the top bunk. Great location - close to beach. Well furnished. We cooked dinner there two nights and had plenty of pans/utensils/etc. would definitely rent again.

Kong’s beach rental

The property was clean but a bit dated. Felt like a cabin in the winter so it would be great for a winter vacation. Spacious and nice floor plan. The location is great for access to Kong’s Beach but is close to a questionable neighborhood.

Great Place/Awesome Location

Really loved the property and all it’s adorable touches! Great close to downtown and walking distance to the beach location! The only downside was the alarm malfunction on the last night, and the night manager not being able to help me so we could sleep. Otherwise a place we’ll absolutely be returning to!

Super Comfortable, Great Location, Everything You Need

We housed family members of all ages here during a week long family reunion. All the comforts of home--comfy beds, great kitchen, beach towels, games, washer dryer complete with detergent. Professionally maintained neat and tidy with quality towels and dishware. We highly recommend this home and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay for our party of 6

We stayed here with five adults and a baby and had a great trip. The townhouse is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! Loved being able to walk to and from the beach in under 10 minutes. We'd definitely stay again.
